The location was great! Kids loved being able to swim in the pool and jump in the lake. It was nice to only have to walk across the street to use our paddle board where the lake was much calmer. Room itself was clean, but we had an issue with our shower which led to a huge puddle on the floor after each shower. Thankfully, the maintenance crew responded quickly and were able to come up with a solution. Bathroom could use some updating and so could the blinds. They were falling apart. Would have been nice to have some blackout drapes or something too to block out all the light in the morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay though.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled the kids had a blast with the pool and lake activities—those are truly special highlights of our location. We appreciate you letting us know about the shower issue and are glad our maintenance team could help quickly. Your suggestions about updating the bathroom and blinds are valuable, and we'll definitely pass those along to our management team as we continue improving the property. We'd love to have you back and will work on those comfort upgrades. Thanks again for choosing us!

Great facility, location, and pool

We had a wonderful time! Although the text was honest about limited view from the room, the pictures were somewhat misleading and fairly easy to miss that your view is a parking lot. But nice room, clean, loved the pool and location

Family Summer Vacation

We were rained in for 2 days but we made the best of it in this large home with Grandkids and kids. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and the casino. The house was clean and organized. Great safe place to walk with kids.

Overall pretty good stay. Listing makes it seem a lot bigger than it actually is. Sofa couch was so uncomfortable!! And beds made so much noise otherwise pretty good

Vacation

The unit was clean and accommodating, one of the issues we found was no metal grilling utensils, room 305 and 305A are completely different as far as expecting a water view. No washer and dryer in the unit so checkout list was not reflective on what to do with towels and blankets if it didn’t have a unit. Freezer is nothing- super small might fit a frozen personal pizza in it. So don’t pack without a cooler. The room overall was great though just small hiccups we weren’t aware of.

On the check-in form that you signed at check-in, it says for check-out keys just need to be returned for departure. The listing for this unit should have stated no washer and dryer, and mini fridge. This unit doesn't have a kitchen so no cookng utensils are provided.

305A non view room

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge to chill food and drinks. I’m giving a 4/5 for cleanliness due to the AC unit filters being clogged with dust and hair and very noisy as well as hairs on the bathroom floor and baseboards upon arrival. We would come again and enjoyed the location to downtown and the pool!

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Pool area and hot-tub were closed which was the main reason we booked this location, so that was frustrating. Overall a good experience.

Great Location - Very Soft Beds

The one serious flaw with this unit, for us, were the beds. They are very soft, like sleeping in a hammock. Maybe that's your style, not ours. Otherwise, the unit is nice enough. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants. It is quite large. Didn't matter for the two of us, but for families this would be nice.

Comfortable Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grandview is in a great location right on the lake. The unit we stayed in was quite comfortable, although it does not have a lake view. The unit was spacious and clean. It would have been nice if the unit had a coffee table or end tables by the sofa so one could do some work and set down a beverage. A bar sink by the microwave would have been nice too. However, these are quite minor items and overall we were very happy with our stay. The management staff was extremely helpful and provided great service.
