Great location. Super clean. Comfy beds. Too cold for the pool at this time of the year, so I can't comment there. Will definitely stay again next time I come to town. Thank you!

Overall we loved it! Location was great! We had a fun time at the “Cove” nextdoor. Only issue we had was the pool was closed most of the week. Only opened the day before we left.

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you loved the location and had a blast at the Cove next door. We sincerely apologize for the pool closure during your stay; we understand how disappointing that is when you're looking forward to a swim. We're happy it was finally open for your last day, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a stay with even more pool time!

We liked the place but there were a lot of small things that were a disappointment. We weren’t able to use hot tub since it wasn’t on. Weren’t able to use fireplace but don’t know why. The remote control for tv was the most frustrating thing we’ve ever come across when it came to volumn. Just didn’t work properly. No bedside table on one side in one of the bedrooms. The coffee table looked great, but we would have much preferred a place to put our feet up in front of us, and then had end tables in living room. Would have been much more comfortable. Cracked window and peeling floor in en-suite bathroom was surprising. Need bigger coffee mugs and more wine glasses. The kitchen set up was great and the bedrooms were comfortable and decorated great. We loved the sun exposure. Great location. It was a bit noisy when sitting on back deck with the cars going by. The place was extremely clean except for the screen door going into the back deck.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, sun exposure, comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and overall cleanliness of the property. We’re sorry that several details fell short during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the hot tub and fireplace, TV remote, bedside furniture, ensuite bathroom maintenance, living room seating, kitchenware, and screen door to our attention. We’ll be reviewing these items and addressing what we can to improve the experience for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the traffic noise on the back deck. While that is somewhat outside our control, we understand how it can affect the enjoyment of the outdoor space. Thank you again for staying with us and for the constructive feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your overall stay and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the long weekend. The service was awesome and they were able to rebook us to this weekend after my wife and I caught Covid. I would stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at Park Point many times, so we obviously enjoy the area. We can walk nearly everywhere, close to downtown. Yet, the complex is quiet and peaceful. This unit is listed for sale, so may not be available in the future, but there are many rentals in the complex.

The day was great. Everything about the house was amazing. Other than the fact there was a Bajillion bugs. Highly recommend having this unit bomb. There was a spider around every corner, and there was many webs in the ceilings corners.

Wonderful

What a perfect condo! So close to the pool and hot tub. The place was clean and spacious. The layout was tastefully done. We had such an enjoyable and relaxing time here with our family. We will definitely be staying again. It was so close to town and the water park. Close to the lake, park, go karts and putt putt golfing you could walk to it all if you wanted. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Nice short getaway

We enjoyed our short stay with two exceptions NO INTERNET Wifi would connect to the router but no internet connection We were very sad to not be able to use the pool on the last night of our stay. The gate code was not correct. Strange that it worked earlier in the day but not in the evening or early morning before check out .

Nearly perfect

Great value stay. Great location! Very clean! Very comfortable. Right next to pool! Small things that hopefully are addressed next time we stay here: Wi-Fi. No way would I have been able to use the Wi-Fi for work calls. It is slower than death and has I think firewalls up so you can’t even get to google. TV in smaller Bedroom could not connect to Wi-Fi. This is a Wi-Fi issue. We fixed this by hot-spotting. Master bedroom TV worked well. Water pressure in master shower is too low. The entire family had to use the other shower for this reason.

Easy check in process, the pool was awesome and so close, the location of the condo was great too. We could walk to town, the grocery store and to the park/beach easily. The condo was stocked as advertised however the kitchen only had salt and pepper so bring your own spices if you want to cook. The toilet paper holder in the primary bath was broken so the toilet paper kept falling on the ground. The outside balcony wasn’t very clean. Overall we had a great time and would come back to this condo building but perhaps not this unit.

Short weekend stay in Chelan

Clean and convenient to downtown and a waterfront park. The only complaints are that the check-in time is very late (5PM) and that there are no spices for cooking (but this didn't impact us too much since we ate out most days).
