Our stay at Walt and Carol’s property was incredible. Great location and amenities .

Rental and check in/ check out process so easy. Would highly recommend this property.

We are currently at the unit performing our preventative maintenance and upgrading our unit. We have just ordered new drapes, carpeting, new bedding and serviced all items.

Beautiful grounds and home

We Enjoyed our stay at your place the amenities with our one year old grandson. It was great to have the stroller play crib and booster seat available along with all the beach amenities. Our only issue was the water pressure it was so low just to wash dishes, and could not take a shower at the same time, even when it was by itself, it was very low, just a trickle for the hot water. We would definitely come back for the family and thank you for being such a great host.

Warm Get Away

Lovely property. More than enough room for 3 adults. Well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and accessories. Pool areas were great.

Awesome condo near the beach that is super family friendly. Stocked immaculately for the outdoor activities as well as the home family life. We recommend this condo highly!!!

Maui Enjoyment!

This place is really special. We loved being here and appreciated how decked out it was-- you can tell that Walt and Carol actually care whether their guests have a good time and are comfortable (which can be a rarity nowadays)! We used the snorkel gear multiple times, the beach chairs, they have multiple umbrellas, a great washer/dryer, towels-- the works. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

The perfect getaway in Maui

This was a perfect place to stay with my family while we were in Maui. We were in Maui for a wedding and all the other people were jealous of our place. Not only less expensive but much nicer than what other families had during their stay. This condo was in a very nice community with friendly people.

Fantastic home base to explore

This was juat what we needed! Beautful and clean, within walking distance of the beach. And so well stocked with like beach chairs and a cooler. We will be back :)

Maui family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Walt’s condo. You can tell Walt is very detail oriented and we appreciated all the info he provided to us ahead of time of things to do and see. We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool. The grounds of this condo are beautiful and the location is perfect. Walt was very accommodating and easy to work with . Hope to come again.

Amazing holiday!

We stayed at Walt & Carol's condo with my husband, two children (ages 4 & 6) and in-laws. There was plenty of room for us to all stay and the pull-out-couch in the living room was so comfortable! You can tell that Walk & Carol really want their visitors to enjoy their stay with all the information they provide, plus all the available amenities for guests to use. The property was stunning, and we spent so much time at both pools. I would highly recommend this property - thank you Walt & Carol for the amazing memories!

Condo in paradise

The pool and grounds where the condo is located are stunning. It's a short walk 5 min walk to the closest beaches and 5 -10 min drive to amazing snorkeling. The condo was so clean when we arrived. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, plenty of towels and sheets, pillows, etc. There's a closet full of anything and everything you'd need for the beach. Towels, beach chairs, tons of snorkel gear, boogie boards, shovels, pails, etc I recommend reading Walt's 3 ring binder with information about the area and snorkeling. It was very helpful.

Our Kihei Home

The moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome and fortunate. The condo is just lovely and very well appointed. It's perfectly located, both in Kihei and within the complex. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. It's thoughtfully, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The facilites of the complex were absolutely perfect for us. The beds are comfortable, the equipment closet has more than you can imagine and the kitchen is very well stocked (I loved the fresh-grind, pink sea salt for my margaritas!!) The hosts of the condo are positively doting; it's obvious they want you to enjoy their paradise home as much as they do. We were quite sad to leave.

These guests also left this review in our Guest Book: Lovely: This vacation has been a blessing. We had so much adventure and relaxed as well. The condo is perfect - gracious and homey. The sports closet gave us exactly what we needed. Loved Polo Beach. What we did: Arrived on "Tsunami Saturday" and went straight to the beach at the bottom of the hill. Iao Valley/Lahaina, Marriott Luau (give that a miss),Horseback ride w/ Mendes Family Ranch - Amazing. Surf Lessons@ the surf shack fantastic. Kayak Snorkel Tour w/ Maui Eco Adventures - perfect, We ate at da Kitchen 3 times. Maui Taco's for snacks and Sansei twice - amazing. We considered how to stay but decided to go home and work harder to come back more often. Thank You Mahalo!

Excellent!

We loved our stay at this condo. The owners have everything you could possibly need from water/beach equipment, kitchen utensils/pots&pans, TV & streaming (which was perfect us), comfortable beds, guidebooks and lots of information about vacationing in Maui provided by the owner. We used the spacious lanai everyday (before sunup and after sundown). The awning for the lanai works great. It’s a great place to stargaze too. Perfect location at the edge of Kihei and Wailea. We frequented both places. Nice parks/beaches within walking distance. Overall we were very pleased and are looking forward to our stay next year. The owners are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this condo!

Great place to stay

My family and MIL stayed here for 1 week. The place was perfect with a good layout, plenty of kitchen supplies, brita filter, working AC in 3 areas, large lanai, lots of beach gear, great pool that wasn’t busy and decent beds. We did not have a car for the whole trip so the only downside is that the condo is in the far back of the property. It takes about 7-10 min to walk from the condo to the street which was not a big deal for my husband and I but my MIL is 78 and 6 y.o. this was a big challenge as it was on a slight hill. Other than the location of the unit, the place was fabulous. We had a great stay

Perfect for our family of five!

We loves our stay at Walt & Carol's condo in Kihei. We were right across from Kamaole III which was a wonderful beach to swim and watch the sunset. The property exceeded our expections. I really appreciated their large supply of kitchen utensils and pans as well as having basic condiments and spices for us to use during our stay. They had every single utensil/gadget that I needed, which has never occured in previous VRBO rentals. Also, having the large supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, towels, etc. were a huge bonus to our stay! For those who haven't made plans for what to do in Maui, Walt has a ton of information with recommendations, information, brochures to keep you busy on your stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome, too! Thanks for a helping us have a wonderful Maui vacation!
