Very cute and clean. Rooms do need to have the doors opens to get any air so privacy can be a problem.

Family holiday

We had a great week here. The condo had everything we needed and the check in process was smooth. Amazing view and great pool. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay to be central if you plan to see most of the island!

We were traveling with our 20 yo son and we were so glad he had his own bedroom/bathroom. The apartment was spacious and the balcony was a wonderful place to sip morning coffee. The place had all of the amenities we needed and more. We did a whale watch and a snorkel tour and it was wonderful to be able to leave everything at the condo, including our car, and just walk to the docks. This was the first place we saw turtles swimming (in front of the condos on the right as you face the water. And not far away is a public place to get in if you want to snorkel. There is no beach - but there is a pool which we didn't have time to use. Great clean spot. We'd stay there again. While there are other people, it was nice for us that we were in a less populated area.

Accurate description of property

The property was described accurately. We enjoyed our stay there. It was our first time on the island and this is a quiet area. There aren’t many restaurants nearby.

Family Vacation

Great whale watching from our balcony! We were in Maui from Feb 12-19. Location was great as it was centrally located for easy access to any part of the island! Only bummer is no beach access but that didn’t bother us as we enjoyed visiting several beaches around the island..

Really stellar place!

Blinking our eyes open to roaring waves and birds chirping was the best. Centrally located we were able to tour the whole island easily - any way you go the drive is 30 min or less. Condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Short walk to beach access. We grilled out and enjoyed the pool. Checkin was easy. Would definitely come back.

Great view!

This condo was perfect we like staying in this area close to several areas on the island. Condo was really clean and new. The lani was wonderful view was fantastic! I loved the slider in the master bedroom you can hear the ocean. We will defiantly keep this in mind for our next trip.

Great place to stay in Maui

We loved staying in Maalaea while in Maui. It's a little off the beaten path of all the tourist locations, its quiet and beautiful to see the ocean right from your window, but it's also close to all parts of the island so very easy to get around. The place had everything we needed - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. Whenever I had a question, the property managers answered super quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, beautiful ocean view, convenient

Functional kitchen and overall floorplan that worked very well for our family. Adult daughter and grandma took the twin beds while spouse and I took the primary bedroom. We loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean views, and convenient access to all the Maui sights and activities.

Very good stay

Very good stay. No problems with the condo. A couple of considerations about the area - 1. Beach access is limited (small area) 2. Pool didn't seem very clean 3. Nothing much around. Must have a car.

Great Place

1) Place is super clean, updated, comfy beds, and nice balcony -reserved parking spot included is a plus 2) The location is great if you have a car rental -you have great central access to most of the island 3) The neighborhood is nice and quiet -don’t stay here if you want to be in the center of action. Place is well built -never heard any noise from neighboring condos. 4) Didn’t matter to us but there is incoming flight noise overhead

Great location, clean and well equipped suite

This is a good property in a great part of the island. Maalaea is not the place to stay if you are wanting to be near the action, it's a quite location right on the ocean and a short walk from a beach popular with locals. The unit is well equipped, the kitchen tools are good quality, and there is an excellent set of binoculars for watching the whales from your lanai. We contacted the property management team with some questions and they were quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely consider this unit again.

Pictures looked good, but actual property was old.

Thought it would be clean and new, no. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The clothes washer was broken. The noise in the building was bad. The AA Oceanfront Rental agency didn’t really do anything about it.

Dream stay in Maalaea

We spent 9 days at this property and it was all we hoped it would be. The listing and photos depicted exactly what the unit looked like. In fact, the unit is even better in person. We did not know much about the area as it was our first time Maui but we were drawn by the description and the location being a great point on the island to explore. We spent the morning drinking coffee on the balcony witnessing regular whale spouts, distant whale breeching and large turtles feeding in the shallow waters. It is a quieter part of the island which brings the ability to sit quietly and appreciate the stunning natural beauty of the area. We loved our stay and feel very lucky to have experienced this slice of heaven. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo in an ideal location

The condo is exactly as pictured, it is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Many days we sat on the balcony watching the whales while eating breakfast, truly a delightful way to spend time. The pool while somewhat small, was never crowded and the perfect temperature for cooling off. We rarely heard anyone else in the units around us and never anyone above us. The only downside for us was the beds, we are used to soft memory foam, the mattresses in the unit are nice mattresses but much firmer than we are used to which caused some sleepless nights. Additionally the couch while also appearing rather new was very stiff and not the most comfortable for longer periods of time. One of our kids was sick the first two days causing us to spend more time in the unit (and on the couch) than I think we normally would but it gave us a good chance to really evaluate the unit as a whole. It is a very clean unit with a beautiful view and ample space. Additionally the condo is very well located, it is a 7-10 minute drive to Kihei, 20 minutes to Lahaina as well as within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and the beach. We would happily stay here again, just perhaps with a topper on the bed for a better nights rest.

Great central location!

First- the location was great if you wanted to travel all over the island. It’s in a central location. Grocery stores were a bit of a drive, but there was a great little harbor bar and grill that served good food. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family of five. And the view couldn’t be any better!! We watched whales from our balcony and the beach was within walking distance (and we saw turtles as we were swimming!). The combination on the door stopped working and we called the emergency hotline and they got us access through the second access door. The pool wasn’t awesome (but we came to Hawaii for the beach not the pool)- however during covid, management only let you sign up for pool times and they were in 30 minutes increments. Super hard with three little kids that want more time. And the slots filled up fast. And some condo owners were sticklers about signing up for more than one time a day . The only big suggestion would be they need more silverware and plates. Trying to eat at the condo- we went through the silverware and plates fast. Felt like we had to do dishes a lot. They had a couple beach chairs and umbrella to use and some beach towels. That was a good bonus for staying in a non-resort. All in all it was a great spot and we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

The condo is just as advertised. It's updated and modern. Great big TVs with lots of channels. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views.

Fun trip

Our family stayed at this property for a week. It had a nice view and the property was clean and orderly. It had everything we needed for our stay. Hoping we can come back and stay here soon.
