Denne fantastiske feriebolig med terrasse og Internet er beliggende i kvarteret Malagueta med udsigt til havnen og kun 300 meter fra stranden.

Ferieboligen er beliggende på 10. sal i en bygning med elevator i kvarteret Malagueta kun få minutters gang fra stranden. Området hører til blandt Malagas mest eftertragtede.

Med sin fantastiske beliggenhed og udsigt giver denne smukke nyrenoverede feriebolig dig de bedste betingelser for at nyde en perfekt storbyferie i hjertet af Malaga.

Ferieboligen indeholder en dejlig stue med sofa, TV-fladskærm og et åbent køkken samt adgang til den charmerende terrasse med udsigt over Havnen Muelle Uno, Katedralen og borgen Alcazaba.

Anniversary trip

Very nice location. Host met us and was available for any questions we had during the week. Great spot to hit the restaurants on the port or a short walk into town centre. Quick trip to the beach as well.

A lovely flat is a convenient area. The views are incredible, and it was very clean, with a comfortable bed. It is small though, and even making a piece of toast in the kitchenette was challenging. A couple of things would make a big difference - a Nespresso machine, as the coffee machine is huge, taking up. most of the counter space, and some basic supplies like olive oil - nobody wants to spend 10 euros on a bottle they will only use a couple of times. But these are minor things. The location is perfect for the beach and the Old Town, but still very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved this apartment! location is perfect. The apartment is very modern and a lovely furnished balcony with great views. Contact with Solaga and Susana the owner was very good. Would definitely book this apartment again. It had everything we both needed for the week. Can´t think of anything, we were very happy with the booking and the meet and greet arrangements.

Great location near beach & park + city center. Great views port. Cafe 1 block away for nice midday break. Grocery store around the block to pick up necessities.

Beautiful Location

The location is amazing! The best part of the property (other than the view) is the AC and the patio. Because it is centrally located, it is very easy to walk to all the best places. This property is definitely woth the stay.

Beautiful View

When you roll up you to the building it is not impressive, though once you get to the apartment and look out off the patio the view is spectacular. The apartment is close to all the sites and within easy walking distance. Lots of activity in the marina area - try the Italian restaurant La Tagliatella, the food was great, the sangria was great and the desert was great. The apartment is small so good for two people max for a short stay, but you don’t spend much time there anyway. The shower is a tight fit if you are a larger person. The beach is a 4 minute walk and you can rent a palapa, beach loungers and towels for 2 people for 18 euro. The beach bars are next to the palapa rentals so easy for food and drink when you are in the beach. Susanna was great and answered the few questions we had quickly.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in bester Lage

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit unschlagbarer Aussicht. Mit 10 Minuten per Fuß zur Innenstadt auch zentral gelegen. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Was will man mehr? Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Wir konnten dort auch unsere Koffer bei An- und Abreise zwischenlagern. Der Empfang war so herzlich dass man auch gleich im Urlaub ankommt. Einfach die perfekte Unterkunft um Malaga zu erkunden und Abends abseits des Trubel der Innenstadt einfach den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Magic in Malaga

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in the Susana apartment. It was perfect for two adults wanting to explore the anrea and enjoy the port. The apartment location is ideal!!! It was clean upon arrival, our contact person was accessible, and checkout was a breeze! The best feature of the apartment is the patio/balcony. It expands the small apartment for outdoor eating, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful water views and sunsets. Malaga is a magical place and the Susana apartment is a great base for discovering what the city has to offer. Better bedside lighting.

Fabulous Apt in Perfect Location

Apartment was very modern and clean. with best views over city and marina. Although small there is everything you need and more. Thank you to Susana for welcome wine, fruit and water. Location is the BEST! Bathroom may need a little improvement to bring it up to standard of the rest of apartment.

Great location, lovely views

Great location, easy to get to beaches, restaurants and to the historic city centre. Food shops really close by. The flat is small but very efficient in space and well maintained. There is not a full kitchen, but we managed to cook on a few nights. The terrace is spacious and has expansive views across the city - beautiful to sit and people watch, definitely the highlight of the space. Unfortunate that there was work being done on the roof of the building directly in front of us - it spoiled the sitting outside somewhat when they were working most days. Managing company was very easy to work with. Really enjoyable stay.

Wow! A view to die for.

Having visited Malaga last year, we were keen to return and explore more. Staying at this apartment has been fantastic. It's a well appointed apartment with the most amazing view you could imagine. Day or night there is always something going - boats coming and going or just people watching. Lovely and peaceful at night as well. Location-wise it is ideally placed - very pleasant 10 min walk into the heart of the old town. Wish we had booked to stay longer.... next time. Nothing - our stay was perfect

I loved the apartment and location! Beautiful views and prime area. The hosts greeted me when I arrived and provided extra services. Susana the owner and her husband presented me with a bottle of wine and a fruit plate and the essentials I needed to get started which was a lovely gesture. I also could reach them if I needed anything. The apartment was spotless and I can’t say enough about the location and views. I hope to be back! I had everything I needed!

Great place in Malagueta

We enjoyed our 2nd stay as much as our first! Susana and Joaquin are helpful, flexible, hosts. The apartment is in a terrific (safe) location. All that you need is on the doorstep (beach, shops, bars, restaurants) and all parts of the old town are within less than 30 mins walk. The apartment is secure and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good and there is plenty of storage and linen supplied. In particular the terrace offers brilliant views over the harbour, old town and Alcazaba especially at night. Overall this is a great spot for two people - salut! Dining and terrace chairs are in need of replacement (but are on order) and a few more wine glasses would be helpful. Otherwise all good!

Breathtaking views and a perfect location.

Our third stay in this apartment, it would have been our fifth if we had not been forced to cancel twice due to Covid. The apartment is compact and cooking facilities are a little sparse but the balcony is a fabulous place to sit and take in the views of the palace, cathedral and port. The sunsets over the mountains are amazing, as are the huge flocks of seabirds leaving the port in the evening. Shops, restaurants and buses are nearby and it is an easy stroll in to the city for the shops and galleries. Susana, our host, was as usual, welcoming and helpful and left plenty of towels and bed linen for our three week stay. We will definitely be returning.

Comfortable apartment.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, all you need for a short stay is provided. The location is perfect for access to all the sites and walks of the City/beach. The high point is the balcony and it’s stunning views. Unfortunately there is currently building work being conducted on the building in front of the apartment block, which impacted significantly on our use of the balcony. Unlucky for us but once the work is completed the apartment will once again be a great place to stay.
