Water View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 4 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:
6 Bath Towels

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent- close to downtown and restaurants, yet only about 6 minutes from Walmart, which was very convenient. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond and listening to the fountain. The condo itself was clean, well kept, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.

Was the perfect getaway! Even better than the pictures, loved the balcony and the water view. Enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The condo was super clean and comfy! Would highly recommend!

This place was nice. In a quiet location. The balcony was relaxing by the water. Had comfortable beds and plenty of space for us.What we loved is the walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Not steps away but a short walk away.

Overall, The unit was clean. The place was quiet and felt safe! The view was very good. The location was very good.However, The place needs some updating. The king mattress in the master was not comfortable. It was Very soft. The furnishings, chairs, table etc were very basic, not comfortable. The sinks and mirrors were built way too low. The bathrooms are desperate for a remodel, same with kitchen... The value was ok.

That’s exactly what makes this property such a unique and sought-after stay on the island. We did want to provide a bit of additional context for future guests reading your review. The condo is part of a well-maintained community, and while we continuously update and invest in the unit, certain elements (such as bathroom layouts and fixture heights) are consistent with the building’s original design. That said, we are always making ongoing improvements to keep the space fresh, comfortable, and in line with guest expectations. Regarding the mattress, we understand comfort can be very personal. Interestingly, many guests love the current mattress and have even asked us for details to purchase the same one, but we recognize that preferences can vary from person to person. Wonderful family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Dave was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We loved the bikes and enjoyed riding them to the pier in the evening. The place is very family friendly. We hope to come back again soon!
