Upon arrival, not all lights could be turned on. First floor bedroom lights and some lights on main floor would not turn on. Owner asked guest to flip fuses on breaker box, requiring him to climb over furniture/boxes/cobwebs in dark garage.The house was not clean. It smelled very badly, esp. in kitchen by stairs and near stove. I suspect there was a dead rodent behnd appliances. I did not want to make a big deal about it because I knew it would really upset others in our party.Air conditioner unit on first floor had mold all over vent. This presented a health hazard with moldy air blowing into room where people were sleeping.There were a lot of lady bugs in the 3rd floor primary bedroom. There was mold and rodent poop in corners of the window in 3rd floor bathroom. There was also rodent poop on bath towels in the first level bathroom and on blue hot tub towels on the main floor. The home was dusty and there were cobwebs in various corners throughout the house.There was no suction cup on the end of the curtain rod in the first floor shower. It fell several times during showers and actually fell on a family member. Having stayed in numerous vacation rentals, this home was very poorly stocked and lacked a sufficient inventory of basic supplies. There was only a partially used roll of paper towels in the kitchen, no laundry detergent, the hand soap container in the kitcehn was empty. The only part of the house that we enjoyed was the gameroom
