Excellent Place To Stay

Beautiful home at the perfect location!! Clean and plenty of room for a large family. The beach front view from 3rd floor was amazing.

70th Birthday

My aunt, my mom's best friend, and I brought my mom here to celebrate her 70th Birthday. We had a wonderful time! The Condo was perfect! Well appointed, great layout, and THE VIEW! Amazing.

Beautiful condo

Loved the evening sunsets from the beach balcony. Only complaint was there was no cabinet space to put away groceries.

Great property and value.

Pros: Perfect location a short bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo is quite roomy and has everything needed for a great stay. Amazing views up and down the beach; sunrise and sunset. Great value compared to other properties nearby. Cons: Very comfortable but somewhat dated. Could use some sprucing up and fresh paint. The porch doors really need to be replaced as well as a few windows and broken blinds.Also recommend a refresh of the cooking utensils. Having said all that we had a great time and will return.

Wonderful

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and CLEAN! It had plenty of room and the view from the patio was breathtaking. We ate breakfast and lunch out there nearly everyday. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will most definitely be back!

The Perfect Beach Trip

Our family gathered from to celebrate birthdays and our daughter’s residency completion. The gulf views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing, the sugar sand beach was beautiful and spacious, and the gulf waters were crystal clear. The open kitchen, dining and living area was the perfect space to gather after spending long days on the beach. The kitchen was well organized and equipped., the condo beautifully decorated and its location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach was convenient to shopping and dining options. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

30A Gem!!

Favorite place we’ve stayed yet

My wife and two kids (12, 8), and two grandparents stayed here together and it was amazing. The condo units only having two on each level made it super calm and relaxed. The view and the room were perfect. It’s just far enough from Rosemary, Watersound and others that it was perfectly quiet. The beach being private was even super calm. Not a ton of beach chairs set up like other places that have been 3-deep in umbrellas! Highly recommend Jake @ Jake’s Beach Service too. Great guy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful stay. It was truly the best location for bicycling and getting around 30A. Thank goodness the view was really breathtaking from a crazy large balcony and pool because the stairs to get to the beach would have been a big issue if my mother had come.(I think we would have had to carry her down) Other than than it was REALLY nice!

Great complex, uncrowded beach

One small issue. There was not one toilet tissue in any of bathrooms when we arrived. Usually there is at least one roll per bathroom upon arrival. We usually do not go to the grocery store until after we check in. Luckily I had brought some with me. We love this complex and this unit and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout was perfect for our group of 4 women and two children. We spent most of our time on the beach and the lovely balcony. The kitchen was well equipped except there were no hot pads. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken but a tabletop ice maker was provided. The towel supply provided did not include bath mats.

Relaxing, Comfortable and Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is not as crowded as other places on 30A but it is a bike ride away to everything. If was the first time we were able to see the sunset from our balcony verses having to stay on the beach to see it. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaints were the WIFI was weak and the refrigerator and dishwasher needs repairs. I would stay here again but would expect the appliances to be working properly for the money we paid. We had a great time making memories to last a lifetime!

We Loved It!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five loved the condo. Excellent outside seating and views of the ocean. Beach was not packed and the chair service company (right outside the condo) were great to work with. Walk from condo to beach or pool was less than a minute or two (right out your door). More than enough space for our family. Appreciate the ability to walk to Alys (~1 mile) and Rosemary (~2 miles) every morning. Close to The Big Chill / The Hub (we loved Duos restaurant) and other areas of 30A. Rental company was also great to work - sent us many ideas for what to do in the area and were always quick to respond.

Great stay in 30A

I usually don’t leave reviews especially on places I like because I selfishly don’t want people to know about them. 😁 but we had read some less than favorable reviews and wanted to give our opinion because we couldn’t figure out why? And figured the owners deserved this review. What a beautiful condo in a more beautiful setting on the beach. The property was just as represented. Delightfully decorated. Clean. Well appointed kitchen including the fun ice maker on the counter. Comfortable beds and nice linens. And to have the door of the master bedroom to view and hear the ocean was heavenly. We were “stuck” inside with a couple of rainy days but didn’t mind because of how lovely the condo was. Forced us to be still and relax. CommunicAtion with Richard was quick and responsive from the beginning. Love this area. Bustling 30A but the condo was away from most of it The beach was not crowded. I would book again ! One last thing. The beach roars so loud here you forget about the rest of the noise in your mind and the world ! ❤️

Great location but disappointed

The location was fantastic. The condo was a large space; however, there were several things we were disappointed in. The ottoman in the living room was broken, the toilet seat in the master bath was broken, the comforters were dotted with stains, and the floors/rugs were not clean. There was pet hair (we are assuming) on the furniture. Areas that were hard to reach were not clean (i.e. the space between toilet and vanity or toilet and tub). We think we paid enough for this rental for it to be clean and to have everything working. The refrigerator freezer did not work, and we were thankful for the additional freezer that was provided; however, it took up too much space in the dining area. It would have been nice to just have the freezer work. Overall, we loved the area; however, were disappointed in the cleanliness.
