A little bit of heaven

Perfect location, on the beach and many restaurants in walking distance. The property host, Peter Georgiadis couldn’t be any more accommodating or professional.

Beach Getaway

This was absolutely perfect place to stay. Being right on the broadwalk was amazing. Views of the beach were gorgeous. Peter is an excellent manager and responded to any of our questions or needs.

Beach Front Beauty

Fantastic place to enjoy Hollywood Florida. The house is in a great location for restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and live music. Peter was exceptionally responsive to all our needs. Our trip ranks as one of our best vacations!

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

Property is so convenient to both the broad walk and the beach, plus centrally located. Peter is a great host and very responsive. House is nicely decorated and very well stocked. Fresh flowers in several rooms was a nice touch when we arrived.

Right on the Broadwalk

The home is dated but the deck right on the Broadwalk was amazing. Sufficient space with 2 bedrooms, large living room, dining area and kitchen. Having a parking spot right in front of the garage was great. The garage had a washer and dryer, bikes, beach chairs and a small gas grill. Had a good week there.

Amazing location, with all the right stuff

This place is all about the location! It can't be overstated how perfect a location this is, just mear steps to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. As a family we had everything we needed from sleeping arrangements to kitchen supplies. Boogie boards available, adult bikes, and sand toys. One thing to note, is the amazing positives of the location means that privacy is limited. Once you open the windows/shades, you can hear and see all of the boardwalk happenings. Didn't bother us but this would be an issue for those who like more privacy. Finally, Peter was great and attentive with our needs. I'd highly recommend for any get away!

Ideal spot

The Pink House is the most perfect spot. It is a hop skip jump from the front door to the beach. If you have young children, the splash pad park is right next door which just adds to this spot. Even being on the boardwalk you do not hear any noise from outside. The house has many accommodations (plates, coffee makers, cups, etc). The house is so inviting. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Incredible MCM pink house on the beach

This little pink house is a MCM gem- so unique- comfy beds, really nice bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Proximity to beach makes it so special- like living right on the beach! The house is located on a busy boardwalk right next to a busy public access sidewalk and across from a busy park- though it could get a bit loud outside, once inside the house, all was quiet. Peter was a fabulous host-dream to work with- really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was special. Great vrbo experience!

The property is simple but has everything you need for a beach vacation. The location can be noisy but it is a popular location filled with beach goers who were all jealous of our location! The beaches were nice and well taken care of. We would come back again!

Perfect location on Hollywood Beach

We have stayed in other locations on the broadwalk, but this house is by far the best location. Close to the shops and restaurants, next to a very nice family park, and directly located on the broadwalk. Everything we needed for inside or outside of the house was available. We only had 2 small requests from our host Peter, and he responded very quickly. We would book again next year, but February is already booked!

Perfect Location

This spot is a gem on the boardwalk. It’s a little bit older but the location is perfect. We didn’t even rent a car. You can walk to everything beach, food, bars and shops. The property manager Peter was great. Had great recommendations and meet me there to show me around the house. Would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location

Simply wonderful! We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located house. It has everything (really everything) that we needed and directly on the beach. If you are looking for a comfortable private place to stay that has everything you need to live as if you were home, this is the place. To be transparent, if you are looking for a 5-star, new hotel, this house is not for you. The house shows it age and is not in pristine condition. There were several little issues, mostly a result of age. It can be a little noisy which is to be expected as you are staying in the middle of the boardwalk, next to a public park. People are walking by with music boxes and coming to enjoy the sights. That said, it was clean, it had the perfect location. Thirty seconds walk from the door to the beach. It has many amenities, good WIFI, comfortable beds, full kitchen, lots of space, parking at the beach and many extras. We have already booked again for next year! What else can I say, for our family it was a very nice place to stay. Location 10/10, parking 10/10, amenities 9/10, cleanliness 8/10, management assistance 10/10, space 10/10 and noise 6/10. Thank you, Peter, for a perfect time! See you next year!

Born in Hollywood I have been living on Hollywood beach all my life and lifeguarded on this beach 35 years ago. Also, I am a state licensed General Contractor, which affords me the insight to put this home back together again for the enjoyment of many visitors. I have two daughters; one is a PA in Santa Barbara CA and the other is raising her children in Ohio.

If you like a house on the beach, people watch on the boardwalk and toes in the sand then this one is right for you. Plenty to do nearby and a free shuttle will take you to downtown Hollywood stores and shopping. Open the windows for the balmy breezes blowing through your home. Walk out your front door and to the beach.
Location is the best at the center of a 5-mile boardwalk and shops, best sandy beaches, and if you dive there some of the most fantastic reefs the SE has to offer.
The historic band shell host free live bands Wednesday thru Sunday nights, 4 short blocks south next to the Margaritaville Resort.
The beach is crowded on the weekends but not so much during the week. Early morning is blissful as the sun rises out your front door. Police patrol the area, but you are still in the city so always be aware of your surroundings. The city of Hollywood goes to great length to keep tourism a safe and secure industry.

Historical Home on the beach built in the 1930's. Find it on the website in photo gallery: Historic buildings on Hollywood beach.
The home is old which gives a good flavor to the beach and always undergoing upgrades.
The new "Smart TV" has cable channels (local and basic) and internet choices, bring your passwords for your favorite internet TV, or Roku type HDMI plug in.
The large wood deck facing the ocean is a great spot to sit and enjoy the people watching and set up your beach chairs, drink or lite meals.
