Ekstraordinær mulighed for at få et længere ophold i en ekstraordinær, ikonisk ejendom beliggende i hjertet af det meget eftertragtede West Beach-kvarter. Dette er en lovlig ferieudlejning i byen Santa Barbara. Alle bookinganmodninger kr��ver en underskrevet lejeaftale og formular for at bekræfte. '' Casa Azzurra '' er beliggende mindre end 2 blokke til stranden, State Street, Funk Zone og Pier. Med sin overflod af naturligt lys, mange terrasser, hvælvede lofter, 2 private mester suiter og yderligere 3. soveværelse med badeværelse, udstråler dette hjem den rige og historiske arkitektur i Santa Barbara. Bygget i 1904, er dette hjem en helt speciel ikonisk hilsen af histiry, kærligt elsket gennem mange år.

Med denne utrolige beliggenhed i centrum af alt er der virkelig ingen strand, havn, aktiviteter, festivaler, restauranter, barer, togstation, State Street, The Funk Zone (hot new local favorite) og caféer der strækker sig ud i alle retninger. brug for en bil, når du bliver her.

"Casa Azzura" er det perfekte tilbagetog og er veludstyret med alt hvad du behøver for en mest behageligt og luksuriøst ferieoplevelse. Kick off your sandals ... du behøver ikke se længere, dette er stedet at bo!

Denne ejendom tilbyder 3 rummelige terrasser og er konfigureret med utrolig privatliv for hvert soveværelse. Hvert Beachroom har også det eget på suite badeværelse og sover 2 gæster komfortabelt.

Alle sengetøj, køkkengrej og forsyninger leveres til alle vores gæster hele tiden. Du skal bare pakke din badedragt og lade os gøre resten ... vi er ligeglade med dit ophold og håber at få dig som vores gæst meget snart!

Vi tilbyder også en pakke og spille bærbar krybbe og høj stol til gæster, der rejser med spædbørn og små børn. Lille hund er også velkommen på dette hjem, men der er ikke en gård.

Wonderful Place, close to everything we needed ..shoppijng, eating, beach walking, art galleries etc.Three 65 year old ladies ...had a blast...comfy Yes there is a train station right there but it was no biggie.... can where an ear plugs if the whistle bothers you.Lovely stay

Great house, perfect for our group while attending our daughter's wedding. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for "getting ready" pics with bride. Very close to the SB courthouse as well as shops, beach, and restaurants. The reception dinner was held at State and Fig, which was also very convenient.

Great location. Walked everywhere; beach, restaurants, shops. The fire pit on the balcony became a favorite location to chat and plan our next day. We love Santa Barbara and would certainly stay here again.

Great location

Great location, comfortable beds and couch, clean, as described on the listing. The only thing is there is a train that is kind of loud nearby but it didnt seem to run that often at night. Would stay again

Cool house in the heart of it all

This property was awesome for my extended family. The many decks were awesome as was the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible spot

I stayed here with a group of 6 girls for the weekend. The location could not have been more perfect right on the beach, 5 minutes to the Funk Zone, and 10 minutes to the heart of State St. The house was spacious and comfortable. The multiple porches & balconies were our favorite part as we enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on them. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely family home close to everything

Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Clean and roomy

We were in Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding. My sons and I stayed at the house. It was well appointed, very roomy and clean. I highly recommend this place and it’s great location.

Awesome Home!

We came to SB for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect for us! Great location. Great garage. Beautifully furnished and provisions. From the coffee and appliances to the lovely linens and shampoos, conditioners and soaps Highly recommend this lovely historic home. Loved it!

Perfect spot

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Huge Master Suite

Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.
