The fruit and avocado trees in the back are perfect for having a fresh snack or making avocado toast! Having the master bedroom upstairs and another bedroom downstairs makes for a great floor plan.

Thank you Angie for the wonderful feedback. So glad you were able to pick some oranges while you were there too! It really is a special property in one terrific location. One of the city's most prized historic landmarks, the property owners make sure to keep it clean updated (in line with the period) and offer lots of amenities to guests. We would love to have you back! Many thanks, Haller Coastal Homes

Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to vacation or have a weekend visit! We are only the property managers and the property owners stay in their homes as well. They also select the furniture of their choice. As property managers there are somethings that are out of our control and the type of furniture selected is one of these, as we do not have input in this decision. We are happy to hear you did find the beds comfortable! Santa Barbara is such a beautiful town and we hope you were able to enjoy all the wonderful dinning, shopping, beaches and other activities! Thank you for staying with Haller Coastal Homes and we do hope you will be back again!

We really appreciate your 5 star review and highlighting that the bike rental was convenient. We did want to address any future guest concerns here since we have NEVER had any issue with this in the past with a hair found. The cleaning company we use is CDC certified and use the highest quality of care in each cleaning performed. Information about their cleaning protocols is listed in each property and on our website. We have discussed this with them as well but no guest reading the review should be concerned at all with what this guest mentions about a hair found. All linens are bleached in hot water during each cleaning. Thank you.

Thank you for the wonderful review. At Haller Coastal Homes providing you with the best stay before and during your arrival is top priority. The property is very relaxing and the backyard setting is beautiful with the orange and lemon trees. We look forward to your next stay with Haller Coastal Homes and love to hear you enjoyed your stay so much!

Thank you so much Tim for the great feedback. We do try hard to make the stay as hassle-free as possible and make sure to include easy quick texts and emails to help you find everything you need, including the property! Thank you Maria for the amazing feedback! So happy your family and kids enjoyed their time at this amazing property. We strive very hard to make sure guests have everything they need and more to help save time and money while vacationing. The flower garden is gorgeous. Much appreciated, Haller Coastal Homes

What a terrific review of the property and area! Thank you Mitchell. The property owners work very hard keeping this property in pristine condition and in line with the era it was built. Thank you Tony for your feedback. We really appreciate the kind words about our clean and well kept house with character and charm. This historic landmark is one of the most treasured gems in all of Santa Barbara, one-of-a kind in fact! We will definitely share your your feedback with the property owner and look into sprucing up outdoor seating, however we would be remiss to not mention how impactful the weather this past year has been on furniture near the salty air and coastline. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the excellent and safe location! Thank you again, Haller Coastal Homes

Thank you so much Susan for the great feedback! There is a mirror in the closet but an additional mirror we will for sure bring up with the property owner. Much appreciated, Haller Coastal Homes
