Villa Sophie er et smukt åbent ejerlejlighed beliggende på Villas del Palmar strandkompleks på nordsiden af Sayulita. Komplekset har en stor smuk pool og en fantastisk terrasse med udsigt til stranden og surfbranden. Huset har to fuldt udstyrede køkkener, to stueområder og tre soveværelser, hver med deres eget private badeværelse. Aircondition er tilgængeligt i alle soveværelser. Vi leverer strandstole, parasoller og pool / badehåndklæder.

This is a clean place that has great access to beach and pool. It’s gated and guarded which is nice. Can’t say enough great things about the restaurant across the street the “Tropical House.” Great fun bar and restraint; good food. Owner “Michele” (a guy) is always at bar and super welcoming.

Great Location - Comfortable stay

Great stay for families with kids. Very safe environment.Great location a walking distance to downtown Sayulita.Golf cart rentals easily available and affordable for people averse to walking.

Outdoor villa fun

Great place. It was really hot but the pool and beach were great. The bedrooms cooled off really fast also. Great location to walk to everything.

Great week at Villa Sophie

Stayed for a week for our kid's spring break. Spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. Property is in a great location and walkable to everything. Its north of the main Sayulita beach where it starts to become less crowded. Crowds were not an issue. We didn't need to rent a golf cart but there is parking available if needed. We liked that there was a security guard at the front gate. We felt safe the whole time. We loved the property and the City. Wilbert was our contact and he was very responsive with questions we had.

Had some plumbing issues but property manager was very responsive!!

Location is excellent with very good restaurants right across the street. Pool and beach are right out the door.

I love Villa Sophia

The location is amazing on the north side of town. The security guards on duty 24/7 are reassuring. The pool and beach access are excellent. The villa design is open air and fantastic. One improvement needed is the upstairs bathroom on the east side did not have hot water in the shower. However, this did not affect my happiness with the unit. It is my second time renting this place and I hope to be back next year. Thank you for managing this wonderful little piece of heaven on earth.

Great Getaway

It was a perfect location for a getaway for 5 days. Pool access and the beach right there was great. Will was very responsive to our inquiries and check in was easy. Thanks for a great week!

Great location!!!

The location was phenomenal. Right on the beach, walking distance to anything needed, restaurants, convenient stores, beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living. Only thing is because it doesn’t close off and quiet time is 11pm we all would head to bed at that time. So if you like to stay up later and hang out it might not be the optimal choice.

The location of the house was perfect. Very close to all the amenities and the north side of the beach. The property is well kept and we enjoyed the open air concept of the house. It is a very good value for Sayulita.

Fun stay in Sayulita north end

This was perfect sized condo for our family. The kid pool was a hit and so was the ice cream shop across the street.

Great location and layout

We had a great stay at Villa Sophie. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the space - it’s not fancy or super updated, but the layout was perfect for our group, and it actually seemed more comfortable than a lot of the more updated units on the property. We loved the open air living spaces and spent a lot of time cooking and hangout on the main floor. The large main floor bedroom was perfect for a group of older teens, and the upstairs bedrooms were great for couples. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was great. The property manager was very responsive, kind, and helpful. We appreciated having the water supplied, along with bath and beach towels. We were there for a week - there was a midweek cleaning which included fresh towels which was great. The location was excellent - on the north end of town with restaurants, cafes and bars right outside the complex. The main part of town is just a short walk away. It’s on the northern part of the beach which is less crowded and we enjoyed hanging out in that part of the beach on most days. We would stay there again, thank you!

Good Beachfront Location, Complex in need of TLC

It was our first time in Sayulita and we enjoyed our stay. The villa is inside a gated beachfront complex and sits towards the back, no beach view. We liked the location.....beachfront and close walk to downtown & all Sayulita has to offer. However, the complex pool / grounds are a bit dingy and in need of attention. Specifically, the pool was over-chlorinated, lots of gas smell / taste, both our little ones hair turned green after a couple dips. Folks are investing in their individual units as there was lots of remodeling / construction going on during our visit.....they should ban together and give the complex the same attention. The property manager clearly stated check-in wasn't until 3pm and we arrived to the complex at 10am. On-site security told us the prior renters left so we dropped our bags inside the beaded entrance and headed to the pool. There is no front door, only a low wall separates the open air living area from the grounds. The PM Jewel was not happy about this and made it clear upon her arrival....not the tranquilo welcome we were expecting from Sayulita but we brushed it off. If we come back, we would likely stay in San Pancho or try a different accomodation in Sayulita.

Wonderful stay hope to come back!

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 6 years old. The setup was perfect, a master bedroom for each couple and the kids loved the big room downstairs. We were able to put the kids to bed and hangout upstairs without feeling the need to be quiet. We were all pleasantly surprised at house close we were to the pool and ocean, only a few hundred yards from the condo. The kids played in the road in front of the condo as it is gated so there is no traffic. We were a bit nervous about the open air feel with the kids downstairs sleeping but we borrowed a baby monitor from a neighbor and locked the door downstairs while the kids slept. Overall it felt very safe and the security guards were always there. The location to town is perfect, you can walk everywhere but it’s enough on the outskirts that it’s not too loud. So many amazing restaurants right out the gate, including ice cream across the street. Can’t say enough, I hope to come back someday!

Villa Sophie review

This is a nice development of what seem to be a mix of full time residents and VRBOs. I most appreciated the dedication to quiet hours. This can be a problem further north with rentals. Access to beach and town was ideal. This is not as high end a development as others, but if that's not your thing then you will find this property delightful.

Bohemian Delight

A delightful bohemian getaway ... combination of indoor / outdoor living ... comfortable and close to most everything - pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream ... short stroll downtown ... only minor complaints were the nearby taxi stand that could be noisy, the lower ceiling in main level area, and the lack of an oven or BBQ but overall no real complaints

60th Birthday Celebration

Brought my 22 year old daughter, her friend and my 2 friends to surf, relax and enjoy the cute town of Sayulita. We are already planning our next trip back! Loved the open air, quaint home, not fancy but clean with comfortable beds and sheets. The beach is a quick stroll away and the town is nearby. We all enjoyed our stay!

Sayulita Delight

The property and location were wonderful. The property manager Jewell was incredibly helpful and responsive. When we arrived there was an EDM festival on the beach touching the property and blocking off the beach so for two full days (out of 5) we were unable to to access the beach, see the beach or use the pool. The music was so loud we could not talk to each other in our place or sleep. Difficult for adults but we also had two young children with us. We feel like we lost two days but the property itself is wonderful.

Sayulita Fun

Location - Location - Location! This property is the perfect setting for enjoying all Sayulita has to offer. The restaurants nearby are top notch, the swimming is perfection, and the little bar next door makes up for not having one on the property. They bring your drinks and food to you at the pool. It was a perfect blend or rustic and nice!

We are originally from Belgium. We've lived for 8 years in beautiful Laguna Beach, California, and now we live in equally beautiful Sayulita, Nayarit.
