This villa was a perfect fit for our family of six. Such a beautiful view and perfect outdoor kitchen and dining. Easy to get everywhere with a golf cart.Loved the pool!

Beautiful home, well laid out for couples to have privacy and their own space when not enjoying the beautiful pool area and view! As advertised. Enjoyed our stay. Would go again.

Casa tres vistas is perfect

We had an absolute perfect trip here. The views from the patio and balcony are incredible, the house was great, staff was friendly and attentive. 10/10 we will be back for sure.

Great place, exactly as advertised!

This is a fantastic home at the top of Gringo Hill. It’s beautiful, has a great pool, and the property manager helped a bunch when our kiddo was hit by food poisoning. (He’s fine, just needed treatment at St. Luke’s clinic in town.)We are definitely staying here again!

Incredible Stay

We stayed here with two other couples and we absolutely loved the place. It is a very short walk to town. The walk to town is a steep hill (with some steps), but it honestly wasn’t too hard. The place has everything you need and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely come back to this place.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We loved our stay at Casa Tres Vistas! Carlos and team were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The property was well appointed and close to all the action of Sayulita. We are still talking about the sunsets and being able to see whales in the ocean from the deck. Gracias!

Great spot!

We all agreed it was even better than the pictures looked, check in process was great, cleaners and a pool guy came by during our stay, filtered water to drink, etc.Only thing I could say is that you will want to rent a golf cart. It’s a really close drive to everything but you would not want to walk up that hill.

Wonderful place to unplug

Spent a long weekend relaxing with my adult niece. House has everything you need to cook enjoy pool relax and unplug. Proximity to the Lively town is a five to six minute walk down a set of stairs making staying in or going out seamless. Highly recommend if you want to relax and unplug with friends or family.

The Perfect Vacation

This home felt like home the minute we stepped in - it's a glorious open air set up with multiple outdoor spaces - yet each room has a door, bathroom and air conditioner. The views are majestic. We felt like we were living in our own little paradise right above a vibrant city with access to hiking, snorkeling and surfing. Memorable week for us all.

Loved this house

Stayed here with my wife and daughter’s family. Tons of space to lounge and all three bedrooms were nice and spacious. The pool was nice although no shallow area for young children. one bonus was the property management people especially Bloyd who met us when we checked in and explained the house and gave all sorts of good advice for navigating Sayulita. Bravo!

Beautiful vacation home!

This home is gorgeous, well maintained, and very clean. Even though or trip was in the middle of July, the AC in each bedroom worked very well to keep us cool at night. The pool is warm at this time of year- very nice flor floating on provided rafts and sipping a cocktail. There’s a nearby outdoor shower if you need something more refreshing to knock off tge heat. Beautiful sunrises every night! While close to town, we did rely on a golf cart to get around due to the steep hills. Great communication with staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

Our Sayulita Home on the Hill

The house was perfect for us. Starting with the private pool, outdoor kitchen, beautiful big dining table and stellar views of sea and neighborhoods below. We enjoyed all our breakfasts, and many of our dinners in the outdoor living space. On days when were weren't site seeing or at the beach, we were hanging out at the pool with cocktails in hand! The living room and dining rooms are lovely with views of the pool. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of counter space for 2-3 people to share in the cooking. Bedrooms were very nice.. The beds in each of the bedrooms were very comfortable ~ each with air conditioning and fans if needed. We stayed in the bedroom upstairs which had even more of a view! There are 3-1/2 baths - all of which have really nice showers. Sophia came every other day for house cleaning and our house manager, Carlos, was always available for any questions we had about restaurants, bars, beaches, sites in and around Sayulita AND when we locked ourselves out of the house! They were there in minutes. We've been home for over a week now, but I still find myself thinking about our Sayulita Home on the Hill. You'll love it!! We hope to come back for another stay.

Magnifique villa !

Notre séjour de 9 jours a été très agréable. Tout est propre, la vue de la terrasse est superbe! La literie très confortable. Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant. Très spacieux. Le seul point négatif; les soirs de week end; très bruyant à cause des bars au village, mais la villa fournit les bouchons pour dormir.. Je le recommenderais à tous sans hésitation.

Really beautiful property

This is a beautiful home with a great view. Lovely rooms and peaceful feeling. The property manager is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it. The access to the town square in Sayulita is very close. It's a friendly area with great dining and drinks, and it's very pretty.

Awesome Property!!

We rented this property for my husband's 30th birthday it was a total of 6 of us. The property is beautiful...The view you get from the pool area is awesome you get to see beautiful birds and enjoy nature and a beach view. The location is perfect about a 5 minute walk to the plaza we rented golf carts so it was super quick to get around all town ! The view gets even better from the 2nd floor.The cleaning lady Sofia did such a good job with always making sure we had enough towels and the property stayed cleaned. When ever I would write to the owner/manager of the property they always answered fast ! The owner even arranged our transportation from and to the airport which was awesome the driver welcomed us with cold beers and waters. When we arrived to the property the owner had gifted my husband a Tequila bottle for us to enjoy on his birthday!!!! Made our stay in Sayulita so worth it !!!! Can't wait to be back! I definitely would recommend this property *****

This property is amazing and even better in person as the pictures don’t capture quaint amenities.

I’m new too VRBO , but the site is easy to use and the messaging feature from host is easy . Our host followed through on all information and updates, they made our trip personable yet private. The property is amazingly beautiful with awesome views and great location, only 5 too 10 minutes walk from town . If your looking for a luxury villa with great pool this is a excellent choice , too add to the Sayulita magic !
