Der er ikke noget sted som hjemme, før du kommer til Pajaro Dunes Resort! Nyd vores unikke Pajaro Dunes strandhus! Huset er fantastisk til at dele med flere familier eller en genforening blandt venner.

Vores hjem har en vidunderlig udsigt over havet! Du kan se havet fra flere værelser inde i huset. Dette hjem er ikke egnet til gæster med mobilitetsproblemer, da der er flere trin til huset, og vores hjem har 3 niveauer.

Nyd panoramaudsigt over Monterey Bay-kysten fra vores tagterrasse! Nyd at tilbringe tid sammen i vores familieværelse med en brændeovn.

4 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser - 2 master suiter, et med en king size seng og et andet med 2 dronning senge. Der er to gæsteværelser, hver med 2 enkeltsenge. Gæstebadeværelset har et badekar, som børnene kan nyde. Hjemmet behageligt kan rumme op til 10 gæster.

Din oplevelse på Pajaro Dunes vil være sjovt! Beundre skønheden i sandklitterne og nyd miles af uberørt strandlinje. Saml sanddollar på stranden og se dyrelivet lige uden for dit vindue. Fra sæler, havterne, hvaler, snedækkede kløvere, til de magiske seværdigheder hos pelikanerne, der flyver over hovedet, træd tilbage og nyd virkelig afslapningen.

Family time

It was nice with lots of stairs.( I had just had a bad fall, the stairs were challenging ) Good view. Family area a little smaller than we would have liked.

Stay was ok, disappointed in listing accuracy.

House size and location and view was good, but rest wasn’t really. Pictures in ad weren’t all accurate. I’m ok with aged homes but not flooring coming apart, large cracks in the grout on counters, heater not working in 1 room, tiles in 1 bathroom detached all outside stall shower area. Several issues that could cause mold issues, and one room snelled mildewy. Also, we were told a week before our stay that a couple of the stairs outside to the deck were condemned and not usable, and had been for over a year. The decks can be accessed from inside though. This home needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Nice relaxing stay beautiful weather one day fog and quiet the rest. Lived hearing the waves when we went to sleep.. Very comfortable

Family reunion

Great view, wonderful top deck with sun and views, easy beach access, plenty of parking, kitchen well-stocked, bbq was rusty, two bedrooms without closets need hooks for hanging clothes, and the bedroom with twin beds smelled musty. All four of us couples enjoyed our stay though.

Creeking floors and place is really dated n old. Hard to sleep when people walking above you n feels

The first floor sheets n towel were sour n there were no spares to replace them. One housekeeper in sight so never got to address the problem. We washed the stuff ourselves. Charging a cleaning fee should cover clean everything. The guard was rude no the South Gate n will be filing a complaint.

March stay

The stay was good. Like everyone stated lots and lots of stairs. Showers are small. The house was clean and the appliance worked except the toaster.

Too expensive for an outdated house.

This house must have been amazing when it was built 50+ years ago. The problem is not much has been updated since then. To name a few examples, bathrooms are in poor condition, the showers don’t fit a regular height person, the top floor heater made horrible noises, and the kitchen floor is crumbling. Warning: visitors must be physically fit because there are several flights of stairs between the parking and the house and then the house itself is and additional three stories with kitchen at the top so expect to get a workout. This wouldn’t work for anyone elderly. We still had an enjoyable time because any shack at Pájaro Dunes let’s you enjoy the amazing beach and it beautiful sunsets.

Beach Stay

Hi, we had a nice time staying at this house in Pajaro. The house is very dated, the bathrooms are very small and dated and the furnishings are also dated. The windows throughout the house look like they haven't been washed in 20 years and could really use a cleaning. The outdoor furniture was also not in good working order and were not clean. It was a nice stay but could be much improved with some modern furnishings, a good cleaning and window washing. Thank you

Don't be fooled by the online photos. They are very old!

The property is desperately in need of updates. I can handle that, but this place is downright dangerous. Outdoor chairs that are ready to collapse, a shower head that came flying off the shower when used (my husband actually fixed it with piping tape he happened to have). The switch for the garbage disposable is in such a place (on the wall so that when you are at the sink, it is positioned right at about pocket level if you are say 5'5". It was accidentally turned on 4 times. The wood floors have missing and buckled areas. The deck is pretty sketchy. I paid an extra $150.00 to check in early. There were two half empty plastic bottles in full view in the master bedroom on the floor when we arrived. The beds were clean and comfortable, but overall the place did not feel clean. I've stayed at Pajaro Dunes several times. It's a great place. This house is not up to par, especially for over $1,000 a night.

Lots of stairs!! :)

Must be able to climb stairs because there is a lot of them. Stairs from the parking lot and stairs to the third level. Location was beautiful. House was nice but needs a little updating.

A wonderful California experience at the beach

Our experience overall was a good one. There is a lot of steps inside the house and outside the house (it is the first thing that will stick out to you), be ready for a work out. Have some muscle with you to bring the coolers, bags, and heavier items up. I was with some younger teens, and we felt safe the whole time. it was a seamless process. The beach, we came here for the beach though, and it did not fail. Dolphins, whales, sailboats, Sandollar‘s, bonfires… epic !!

some issues with the place

There were 2 issues that made the VRBO stay a bit unpleasant. # 1 • The dry did not work. After trying to turn on the dry, did we notice a small notice that the dry was not working. • In one of the reviews, in Mid-June, it noted that the dryer was not working. I also believe the dry had not been working since mid-June, that the part was on order. • It would be nice if the website or the property manager would have mention before come and that the owner was willing to pay for 1 day drying service. ..... # 2 • The first floor shower only had cold water and the shower did not work... this should be posted or the manager should notify the next VRBO family.

Needs maintenance

Property has obviously not been maintained for years. Hard to sleep on the second floor when people are in the kitchen, as all the floor boards creek and it sounds like the ceiling is about to cave in so keep that in mind when you try to put young children down for bed early. Beds had sand in them, I assume from a previous guest. Towels were on the shelf as if they were clean but didn’t appear to actually be clean. Dryer didn’t work, even though days before our stay we were told the place in fact had laundry. One of the sinks was out of service and supposedly scheduled for repair. We were warned that some of the floor boards may “pop out” when walking around and that the outside stairway was in the process of being fixed which is not what you want to hear when you have small children walking around. Dishes were dirty. Sofa cushions and pillows were soiled and stained. The place did have a beach wagon, chairs, and beach towels which was nice. Location is obviously wonderful which was the only saving grace but for the amount of money you spend to stay here, the overall condition of the property was not anywhere near acceptable.

Too many stairs, not for elderly or small children. shower down stairs not working, dryer not working, all towels felt like had sand in them. Not very clean. Ceiling leaked in bedroom below kitchen. Good location to ocean access. Three stories with kitchen on top. Roof top access (4th story) stairs sketchy.

Way too many stairs but gorgeous sunsets

The property is misrepresented in the pictures. Do not rent if you have toddlers or infants. It’s not that big. All bedrooms are 1 or 2 levels below the main level. It’s exhausting. However if your party is adults only then it’s doable. Literally steps from a private beach, with gorgeous sunsets.

Loved the rooftop area

Sun and the sunshine rooftop was amazing. Outdated floor and lots and lots of stairs. Walkway right to beach, great for a younger crowd.

Beautiful home needs maintenance

I gave this property three stars because it gave us all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed with beautiful ocean views. There are several levels, and a lot of stairs. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I would absolutely rent again if they solved the cleaning and maintenance issues. The sheets were dirty, the rooftop deck had garbage, and the stairs to the beach and rooftop needed maintenance. The biggest problem, however, was the musty mildew smell. There was only one dehumidifier on the bottom floor that was full of water when we arrived. They need dehumidifiers in each bedroom and in each hallway on every floor and emptied regularly. Airing out the house did not remedy the problem.

Much older than expected and lots of stairs

This is an older property but fairly well maintained. They could do a better job of cleaning spider webs off the outside. Much of the exterior deck and railing needs to be repaired/ replaced and definitely wouldn’t let kids out on it. Saw one silverfish looking big hanging out on the inside. Beds were comfortable and had lots of room if you don’t mind stairs.

Pajaro Dunes long weekend

The location and office were great. The property needs some attention on the lights, fans, decks. Many were not working or were highly worn. The rooms and beds were as expected or better.

Run down property.

Run down property. The description of the property does not include what The defects are and only when you go to check in they give you a list of what is wrong with the property. Quite deceiving , shouldn’t that be on the ad before you rent it? The document they provided me with the defects I tried to attach but unfortunately I cannot. The document say “exterior needs repairs. Lights in bottom South guest bedroom are not working. Caution when walking on the kitchen hardwood floor, pieces tend to pop out. Lights in the outside deck are not working.” Not to mention, you pay a cleaning fee yet when we showed up there were cobwebs all over the house on the windowsills and did not look clean. Stairs were scuffed up I can go on and on and on. Although I got some money back I would’ve much rather relaxed, stress free with my sisters and not to have to call the maintenance people and have three maintenance people show up unannounced-Spending half of the day dealing with this.
