Place was amazing, great location, beautiful beaches in close proximity. Parking was a bit tight, but overall excellent experience, one of my favorite VRBOs of all time.

Great condo- very spacious for my family of 5. Amazing views from the covered deck! And Stacy was terrific- very responsive and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is lovely and location is perfect— a short walk to beach or supermarket! Very spacious unit with most amenities on hand. The patio was wonderful but gets very slippery when wet!

The view was beautiful. We saw the mountains and the ocean from our veranda. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable! The location was excellent. We were near restaurants, shops, and markets for groceries. I would definitely come back!

Place was beautiful pictures don’t do it justice .. view was beautiful.. place was clean. Stacy was amazing and answered promptly if i had any questions. I wish i would’ve read the emails before hand about assitance with activities, chef and groceries, but there’s always next time.. felt very safe too

Great place!!!!

Exactly what you'd want in a place in paradise. Owner was very accommodating and the place was spotless when we walked in. Beautiful views and within walking distance of great food and markets.

Outstanding location!

We were not sure what area to stay and decided on this location and unit, it was a great decision. You are not only right near the beach for this unit but it is easy location to get to french side attractions and airport, etc. unit was a great layout for three couples, very spacious.

Host Stacey was very reponsive and welcoming. security and pool bartender very nice and tasty drinks. Great location and beautiful private beach. Maintenance issues with ar conditioner in living room( bedroom units kept area cool), slider door locks broken and front bedroom shade remote did not work and shade would go up and down on its own. Unit listed beach chairs but was told owner did not include. Stacey did find 4 chairs and dropped off next day. This is a beautiful large condo we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious with beautiful views!

Very spacious condo with beach towels, toys and chairs. Beautiful view from condo and property! Great secure location. Nice pool with bar/restaurant serving beverages and dinner. Prompt attention from John and Stacey for with any questions.

Outstanding in every way

From the personal arrival to the beautiful sunsets on the fantastic deck; everything about this property and the rental experience was top notch. The unit is comfortably furnished, well maintained, and it's steps from two of the nicest beaches on the island.

We had high hopes for this property given the location, but cleanliness and maintenance issues were bad enough that we checked out after just one night.The unit wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival: Outdoor Patio was filthy, dead bugs in the first bedroom ceiling fan, cobwebs in the ceiling, the bath towels provided were dirty, and the pillowcases were old and worn. The bed frame had chipped, damaged edges. Overall cleanliness fell well short of what we'd expect.The final straw was the shower. We woke up the next day to find the bathroom and bedroom flooded from a leak. When maintenance arrived, they confirmed the valve needed to be replaced entirely and said it would take at least another day, if not longer, to fix. Being left without a working shower on top of everything else was the deciding factor in checking out early.Also in the first bathroom, the wall behind the toilet had an open cutout exposing plumbing and wiring.The property manager was responsive until I asked about the homeowner's response to my Vrbo complaint. I didn't hear back until late afternoon, after Vrbo had already instructed him to cancel my reservation and reimburse me. When he finally responded, he told me the property manager had "inspected the home before check-in and found it in good condition and ready to welcome guests." The home was a complete mess. No one should have to stay there on vacation.

The apartment was fully inspected by our Property Manager prior to check-in and found in top condition. When a shower leak was reported, our team and a licensed plumber responded immediately, confirming it was a minor issue that was promptly fixed. Despite our swift action and the fact that you received a 100% full refund, this comment misrepresents our effort and property status. With over 12 years of experience hosting guests, we remain dedicated to providing exceptional stays and full transparency.

This was a wonderful place to stay--steps to Mullet Bay

This place was better than pictured. We had plenty of space with 3 beds, 3.5 baths, w& dryer, kitchen, large living space, wrap around deck overlooking Mullet Bay. Was also nice being in a gated residence for secure measures. Gwen was fantastic at meeting us on site, showing us around, providing must haves (water, cokes, etc), and providing info. We appreciated all the efforts in making sure our stay was wonderful!

Great location

First time to the island. Great location. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants. The property is secure and clean. The only thing is that it is really close to the water treatment plant and if the wind is wrong you really get the smell. The rooms are really nice. Only recommendations would be to add more plastic reusable water and wine glasses. 8 or more please.

Extraordinary place

The location and condo were fabulous. Close to great shopping and food. Fat Tony's is a must. The only downside was the elevator not working. It made getting in and out of the condo extremely difficult, especially for my husband. Being able to get gold cart service to Kalatua at Mullet was an unexpected surprise. All in all a great stay at what we have found to be our favorite part of the island.

Wonderfully relaxing condo

We took the family on a long over due vacation. We wanted great views, a relaxing atmosphere, and walking distance to good food. The property was great. It is a gated community with 24 hour security, not that it was needed as the area was very safe. The condo was nicely appointed. All amenities that could be expected were there. Stacey, our concierge, was available for any questions we had. We have already recommended this location to some of our friends. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing but Paradise

What a great place, the condo is fantastic. There is plenty of room, we had 3 adult couples. The patio has really nice and comfortable patio furniture, great for morning coffee, and happy hour drinks. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. The private beach is beautiful, nice having it all to yourself for the most part. The pool bar has great food and drinks, reasonably priced as well. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. Looking forward to our next trip there .... Thanks John.

Mullet Bay area

We had a maintenance issue with our originally booked condo that made it unavailable for our stay. The host, John, did a great job communicating the issue and finding an equal (or better) replacement for us. The area and unit were great. The concierge, Stacey, was very helpful on several issues and questions we had. We would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect condo in a great and convenient location!

The description of the condo was very accurate. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and attractive. WiFi was excellent. John and Stacey both provided quick, clear communication and were absolutely responsive. Because the condo was so spacious, there was no sense of feeling crowded and there was a great deal of privacy. We enjoyed the wrap around deck, being able to look out over Mullett Bay, the pool or the golf course. Regarding the location: Mullett Bay is gorgeous and it was a five minute walk, the private beach is very private and definitely a place to swim carefully, the pool was clean and deep with plenty of seating. There is a small grocery store, restaurants and a bakery within easy walking distance. This condo is a gem!
