Hvis du er på udkig efter en fantastisk strandferie for hele familien, skal du ikke kigge mere, da dette smukke hjem er blot en halv kvarter til stranden og lige rundt om hjørnet fra Nehalem Bay State Park. The Sanctuary har 4 soveværelser (3Q, 2 sæt køjesenge, 1 dobbelt futon) og en ovenpå TV Room / Den og 2. 5 badeværelser.

Tv-stuen / hulen har en udfoldelig sofa i fuld størrelse - hvilket er mere behageligt for børn end voksne. Spørg os, hvis du vil sove mere i dette rum, så vi kan hjælpe dig med at beslutte, om det vil fungere for din gruppe.

Dette hjem inviterer dig ind med smukke trægulve i hele stuen, spisestuen og køkkenet. Hyggeligt op til den store flodstenpejs i stuen efter en lang dag på stranden. Stuen strømmer ind i det store åbne køkken med bordplader af granitplade. Lige ved køkkenet er de franske døre, der fører til det overdækkede dæk og baghaven med grill og ildsted. Tilbage inde finder du et soveværelse nedenunder med en queensize-seng og tilknyttet dejligt master-badeværelse med badekar / bruser og derefter et helt separat bruser i klippegulvet med stort regnvandsbruserhoved. Fantastisk til at springe ind efter en dag på stranden. Vaskeri og halvbad er også i stueetagen.

De høje hvælvede lofter med ovenlys fører dig ovenpå til 3 soveværelser mere og et tv-stue. Soveværelset på toppen af trappen er fantastisk til børnene med 2 sæt køjesenge, en dobbelt futon, spil og legetøj. De andre 2 soveværelser i god størrelse har store skabe og smukke sengetøj. Det 4. værelse ovenpå er et stort tv-stue, kærligheds sæde og fuld størrelse fold ud sofa til at sove. Det kan bruges som et tv-stue eller som et soveværelse.

Beliggende på et stort parti med masser af parkering og privatliv. Beliggende på en meget ret gade på den sydlige side af Manzanita. Bare få skridt væk fra cykelstier, der fører dig ind i byen eller statsparken. Garagen rummer et antal cykler, strandlegetøj osv. Til familie sjov. We had an excellent stay. This property was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to have a full kitchen for cooking and serving meals.The short walk to the beach was exactly what we wanted and allowed us to get out for early morning beach walks and also catch the sunset each day. I would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Can walk to the beach

This house was fantastic! It had plenty of room for all of us (8), it was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood is adorable and is 2 blocks from beach access. It was quiet and the beach area was not too busy. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again!

This was a great home for a group of 5 women friends to enjoy a week on the Oregon Coast. An easy walk to the beach and close to downtown Manzanita and Highway 101 to explore the rest of the coast. It was a perfect location allowing for easy day trips to Astoria or Tillamook and beyond.The house had plenty of room for our group and is very nicely outfitted for a vacation stay. The kitchen was more than adequate for preparing our meals; beds were comfortable and the living and dining areas worked well for hanging out, playing games and watching movies. There is also a nice peaceful backyard with a deck and fire pit and the neighborhood was quiet with minimal street traffic. It met our needs for this trip and the owners were very helpful and responsive when we had questions throughout the week and we would recommend this place for your visit to Oregon!

Conveniently located, well stocked, comfortable home.

We had a wonderful time at The Sanctuary in Manzanita. The location was perfect- easy walk to the beach both day and night (to see the meteor shower and bioluminescence in the ocean) and close to trails in the State Park. The house was very well stocked and clean. The layout was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time!

Family get together

We met up from different areas and we had a great time. Grandparents, kids and grandchildren. Had room for everyone and the cousins enjoyed sharing the rooms with bunk beds.

Great for a family vacation!

This is actually our second time staying at this house. This house is so spacious and well-laid out. We had six adults and two kids and everyone fit so comfortably in the house. It's also a very quick 5-10 minute walk right to the beach and near cute main street in Manzanita. House is also very well appointed, lots of towels, stuff in the kitchen, bikes and beach things in the garage. Highly recommend!

Great for families

Love this property. They house was clean. It had all the essential and more. Bikes, plenty of towels games small appliances. Easy 3 minute to the beach. My kids had a blast.

Comfortable home

This home is in a quiet location in S. Manzanita. It's an easy walk to the beach and is close to Nehalem Bay State Park. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean. A bedroom smoke detector started beeping while we were there, and it was promptly taken care of by the maintenance team. We've stayed here twice now and would be happy to return!

Loved the house!

The house was fantastic! Lots of room for the family! The kitchen and dining table were perfect for our family! The kids room with the bunk beds gave the kids their own area to hang and sleep. While the back yard area was small, they've really maximized the space by putting a nice sized deck with a seating area and bbq, and a fire pit in the yard. It was fantastic! The walk to the beach was a quick couple minute walk and the beach right there is AMAZING! This is one of the best ones we've stayed at yet! We loved it!

Family of 10

We (6 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our 6 nights at the Sanctuary. We were concerned about having that many in one house, but it was big enough. 3 kids slept on bunk beds while 1 year old was in the paknplay in the den upstairs. Bikers were happy on state park trails, and one used a bike from the garage. It was also good to store a few things in the garage. We didn't use the back deck much because it was too small for our group to eat there and we had some rain, while the dining table worked for us with little kids. Wonderful water pressure in 3 showers and 2 bathtubs -- again, good for our little ones. Lots of linens and choice of blankets! Well stocked kitchen and good grill on the deck. 2 block walk to path to the beach -- bring your kites. We would be happy to return! Thanks for sharing your place.

Family Fun!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our six nights spending time at the Sanctuary. Thank you to Dedra and Beau for opening up their home to us and also, for being very responsive to all of my emails. This lovely home is on a country road a little less than a mile from the quaint village of Manzanita. We walked through country lanes and a city park to get there; an easy walk. The house is about three blocks from the ocean, but you can still hear the ocean sounds as you sit in the quiet and restful backyard. Using our bird apps, we were able to locate the sounds of at least fifteen different bird species. Every morning, we found solitude on the deck in the backyard and enjoyed nature at its finest. The house has four spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and linens. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets as well as beach towels for all. The house was very well stocked with everything you can think of. There was even a Fuzz Ball set as well as bikes, scooters, sand toys, beach chairs, and a large sun shelter. The house had large common areas, and many of us were able to prepare our meals together in the open concept kitchen area. I would highly recommend this house for relaxing and fun family or large group getaways.

Great trip!

Great property! Close to stores and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. A short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and we received prompt answers when we had a question or concern.

Family 4th of July beach trip

We had a great time at the Sanctuary. Good location, you can walk to the beach and downtown Manzanita. The house is comfortable and the layout worked well for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is fenced and great for kids and relaxing on the deck. We would stay here again!

A wonderful home away from home

We are no longer campers so while the larger family stayed in Nehalem Bay State Park - in the rain, we were warm and dry and slept well at The Sanctuary. Yet we were close to the park and could easily join them for meals and campfires.

Great space to get away with family!

Perfect location for my father in laws birthday. Easy to get around places in Manzanita and easy walk to the beach. There was room for all 3 families and the grandkids no problem!

Everything was as promised

Very nice house- 2 blocks from the beach path. A quieter part of town while walkable to the main part of town. Very clean, owner very reasonable and responsive. Only thing missing was tissue boxes- owners said folks use TP. So we bought a box- no biggie. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome house for family with little kids.

We just returned from a great weekend here - we have two kids under 4 and this house was perfect! Easy 1.5 block walk to beach and house has plenty of helpful items when you had kids in tow - stools, tons of towels, bunk beds and toys. Tons of space and great primary suite. We plan to stay again it worked so well!!

Wonderful!

We met up with another family for spring break and this house was perfect. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. Lots of towels, beach toys, games, etc. We appreciated the extra shower in the master bath so the kids could shower quicker after the beach. The owners responded quickly with our questions. We would definitely recommend this house to friends & family.

Great Space/Accommodations, Quiet Area

I reserved The Sanctuary for a small group of friends at New Year's. We had a fantastic time. Everything was clean when we arrived. The temperature was comfortable. The kitchen had all that one would reasonably expect. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we were in close proximity to the strip of restaurants/shops in Manzanita. I would very happily stay here again.

We are a family who absolutely loves Manzanita and wanted a home we could visit on a frequent basis. We love this house and it's location and are happy to share it with others looking for the perfect place to relax. We find that it is a great house for our family and for inviting others to join us. We have also used it for a few family reunions.

We love this area of Manzanita - it is near the state park where we love to take hikes or ride bikes. It is a block and a half from a quiet beach that is less than a mile's walk to town. We also love the craftsmanship of the property.

The location allows us to ride bikes into town, walk to the state park and the city park, or just stroll to the beach. And the fire pit makes a great place to roast s'mores with the kids.
