The place was clean, comfortable and well appointed. One note, the place has a mini fridge, so be mindful of what you bring (or bring home) that needs to stay cold.We really enjoyed Island Provisions around the corner. Can’t go wrong for breakfast or lunch. Easy walk to King St for practically anything you care to eat. Suggest making reservations ahead of time unless you don’t mind sitting at the bar for most places on King though.Parking isn’t far, but it’s tight if there are 3 cars back there.

Loved this house…especially the balcony off of the bedroom and rooftop patio. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Very clean and communication with office was excellent.

Location is good, though there is a city block of construction across the street, which is disclosed in the listing, but weekdays they were pounding piers into the ground, so I'd check with the host to see if that part of the project has concluded.

We stayed at this location for a quick weekend getaway to Charleston. The unit was great. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable weekend. The upstairs bedroom is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The sleeper sofa was perfect for our daughter.The unit sits off the street and was nice and quiet. We are already planning on coming back for a longer stay next time. Communication from the property owner was excellent. Instructions were very clear and it was easy to locate the parking and the unit.

Property was very quaint and appropriate for just my spouse and I. Love that we could walk down King Street as it wasn’t very far. All was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Comfortable, stylish and well-appointed spacious property. We very much enjoyed our stay! Sheets and linens high quality and clean. Sound machine and fan were an appreciated touch. The roof top balcony was amazing! Loved having the washer and dryer. Walkable to every thing we wanted to do/ see. The parking was a little tricky but once you figure it out is very convenient.

Quick getaway

Great location

The home is beautiful, roof top deck is amazing for coffee in the early morning or relaxing in the afternoon. It's located in the perfect spot to walk around Charleston and see all the sites.

I had a really enjoyable stay in Charleston. The location was a major highlight, with a pizza place and coffee shop within walking distance—perfect for easy mornings and quick bites. The home felt warm, inviting, and well thought out. I especially appreciated the kitchen setup with quality cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals.King Street is walkable if you’re up for a longer stroll, but if you plan to shop, driving may be easier. Just note that parking garages fill up quickly, so plan ahead and consider making dinner reservations.A few things to keep in mind: there was early morning construction across the street, which could be disruptive. Parking at the property was tight when all three spots were occupied. The fridge is small, so pack accordingly—but with Charleston’s amazing food scene, you may not need much. The WiFi was also inconsistent at times.Overall, a great stay in a cozy space with an excellent location—just a few minor inconveniences to be aware of. Don’t miss immersing yourself in the “Holy City,” from its cuisine and rich history to carriage rides and haunted tours!
