Calandria Benidorm er en helt ny lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt fra 27. sal. Nyd solnedgangen over Middelhavet og byens lys fra et eksklusivt synspunkt.

Denne lejlighed ligger på Levante Beach og er en af de højeste og nyeste skyskrabere i Benidorm. Kun 7 minutter fra stranden er det moderne, rummeligt og meget lyst.

Dens distribution har en hall, et meget komplet køkken med alle apparater, en rummelig stue med 38 'tv, sofa (meget behagelig italiensk sovesofa), spisestue og direkte adgang til terrassen, hvor du finder liggestole til at nyde solen og de nødvendige møbler til måltider.

Soveværelset har en dobbeltseng, skabe, læselamper ... badeværelse og et vaskeri og strygning. Aircondition og automatisk videointercom.

GRATIS fiberoptisk WiFi (300mb). Højhastigheds-elevator.

Great appartment, great location.

Had a very good week in the apartment. Met by Rosa who was very helpful. Communication is excellent. The apartment is spacious and clean and very well equipped (although we only used the fridge and washing machine). The best bit is the large and sunny balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs. Fantastic view from the 27th floor and the lifts worked well. Due to the location and height it was always quiet at night.

What a place to be

On the date of arrival we were welcomed at entrance of the building, we went up with the elevator to the 27th level. We came in a very nice modern furnished, clean and luxurious apartment. All equipment you need for a comfortable and carefree stay was available. A nice little kitchen, a bathroom with a big shower, a sleeping room with a comfortable hotel bed, a Livingroom with dine facility, a (sleeping)couch, a TV with a kinds off channels some English and German as well and the entrance to the big balcony with 2 comfortable sunbeds, a table with 4 chairs and the most fantastic view all over Benidorm you can get. What a place to be, we very enjoyed to be in the apartment. We were lucky and had most of the time beautiful weather but we also had a day and evening with thunder and lightning all over the place, a happening normally you hope to be over as soon as possible but we really enjoyed this beautiful show of the nature as well on with the view over the sea. Some friends who were also in Benidorm came to visit were also very positive and enjoyed most of all of course the beautiful view. The apartment it is very quiet, no rumours. The sun is shining most of the day on the balcony, to cool down the apartment you can close the dark curtains or use the airco. The contact went over the owners son, a very nice and caring person. On the day of departure we had to leave very early, we could leave without any problems because we got our deposit back the evening before allrady. A really very nice place to be with a kinds of weather and spent your holiday, we know for sure when we visit Benidorm again were to go, La Calandria. Thanks for having us, till next time, adios.

Wir haben die Wohnung als kleine Familie mit Kind für unseren Urlaub gemietet und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage des Objektes sowie die Nähe zum Strand und zu allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mit Schwimmbad, Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplätzen tolle Möglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Auch zahlreiche Ausflüge lassen sich von hier aus bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto unternehmen. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Ort, um als Familie einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Una ubicación excelente! Cercano a la playa, bares, tiendas de alimentación, tiendas de ropa, etc. La única pega fue la limpieza, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar. El piso es bonito y acogedor, con unas vistas impresionantes. El trato recibido por los propietarios ha sido excepcional en todo momento. Seguramente volveremos otro año!

I stayed here before so knew what to expect. Great view close to new town night life. Walk past the pool and out the gate turn left and then right down a little hill. There's a few small shops here for water and milk . Go on a little further and turn left and you'll find a bigger supermarket. Continue on and turn right and you'll come across some of the bars that have tribute acts on. What I didn't expect was being accused of breaking a door frame. We are a couple in our late 50s. And not in the best of health. Part of my deposit has been withheld. Nobody called to inspect the apartment before we left. I started to take some photos of the apartment but had 2nd thoughts and trusted the owner to return my deposit. I assured the owner we did not notice any damage before we left. But he disregarded what I said and has blamed me for the damage by deducting an outrageous amount of my deposit. If there had been damaged I would have taken a photo and reported it to him. I couldn't connect to the wifi and rang his and the caretakers phone but no answer from either. I sent texts also. We didn't even use the living room. Only ever passed through to reach the balcony or kitchen. Never had a need to open or close the door. I was about to book again for next year until I got the email from the owner. I would never trust this person again. I feel like I was robbed. This is totally unfair and unacceptable to keep money given in trust. I book with private owners all the time and have never experienced this before. We always leave our accommodation in good condition. So beware if you book this apartment take a video and pictures of all areas before you leave. Don't put your trust in the owner to repay your deposit. I did and now I'm being accused of damage to the apartment. You have no control over your deposit when it's included in your final payment. I'm still in shock and the great memories we had of that week has been soured .

avons passe un tres bon sejour . l appartement est tres confortable avec une vue imprenable sur benidorm pres de toutes commodites. le proprietaire est tres gentil et tres a l ecoute de ses locataires. marcos egalement qui nous a recu a notre arrivee est tres sympathique .

Word of warning/advice: our stay was early May and we never contemplated how 'nippy' the breeze/wind could be when on the 27th floor. Tremendous view over Benidorm and out to sea. Actual sun on Balcony was limited due to 'overhang' above and this will, as the summer advances, become ever more limited. One annoyance (and this is I believe endemic to certain high rise apartments) was an at times overpowering odour that seemed to originate in the Shower room Plumbing and which despite our best attempts at ventilating and the use of perfumed chemicals lasted through most of our stay.

estancia una semana en semana santa

el apartamento está fenomenal y su ubicación también. Hemos estado una semana dos adultos y un niño de 8 años. es tranquilo, amplio y permite ir tanto a la playa como al centro del pueblo caminando en 10-15min. la vista es estupenda y es amplio y moderno. el garaje muy comodo y la wifi funcionaba bien. El aspecto a mejorar en nuestra estancia ha sido la limpieza. Hemos encontrado el apartamento sucio, pelos en el suelo (bastantes) y suciedad en la cocina (tuvimos que poner un lavavajillas antes de usar el menaje). también estaba muy vieja la ropa de cama (agujeros ) . la piscina cubierta, no es climatizada, es simplemente cubierta y la piscina exterior hasta Junio no funciona. Deberia advertirse en el anuncio.

Hola Chema, Muchas gracias por vuestro comentario. Sentimos mucho escuchar que la limpieza no era la correcta así como la ropa de cama. Nunca habíamos tenido problemas en cuanto a limpieza, en cualquier caso os contacté durante vuestra estancia para confirmar que estaba todo bien y no recibí respuesta por vuestra parte. De haberlo sabido habríamos enviado a alguien para que limpiara y cambiara las sabanas. En cuanto a la piscina tienes razón y voy a actualizar el anuncio. La casa bastante bien, el hecho de que sea el piso 27, hace que la zona de terraza / salon esté siempre muy fresquita por el aire que entra. La terraza está muy bien para hacer tus comidas o estar tomando algo La cocina y el baño muy correctos. El punto que menos nos gustó fue la habitación en la que creemos que se concentraba más calor y que luego realmente ahi no hay vistas (pero no obstante la casa dispone de aire acondicionado con lo que es algo subjetivo más que otra cosa) La ubicación es muy buena en mi opinión, y los servicios asociados en la casa son tremendos: - Piscina - Pistas de tenis y padel - Garaje La gente que nos recibió muy amable también, como única pega que la llave del garaje que nos dieron no funcionaba y eso nos generó algo de incomodidad(aunque tampoco movimos mucho el coche)

Because our stay in October 2015 was perfect and we had to visit friends in the neighbourhood of Benidorm we decided to book again La Calandria for a week. Again Jorge took care of us and made our stay perfect again. A concern was our arrival after midnight but it wasn’t a problem and so the key handover took place 01:15AM. For the rest we can repeat what we wrote in our last review and we still recommend La Calandria for a higher situated stay in Benidorm. Thanks for having us Jorge, CU you again. Compleet en netjes.

Dit is een mooi appartement met een nog mooier uitzicht in het centrum van Benidorm. De hoogte was bij binnenkomst erg overweldigend maar we waren er de volgende dag al aangewend. Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen waarna wij ons konden settelen. Wij zijn hier een week geweest en hebben genoten van het weer en het appartement. Alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig en op het grote balkon was het goed toeven. Het appartement is niet overdreven groot maar voor ons twee méér dan voldoende. Goede heerlijke bedden, een keurige douche en verder van alle gemakken, zoals vaatwasser, wasmachine, droogrek, strijkijzer, stofzuiger en TV (met zenders in diverse talen, geen NL) voorzien. Internet is goed en redelijk vlot, niet de snelheden die wij in NL gewend zijn maar ruim voldoende om dingen op te zoeken, te emailen, skypen etc. De slaapbank staat in de huiskamer maar hebben wij niet uitgeprobeerd. De eigenaar reageert altijd erg vlot als je vragen hebt en eigenlijk konden wij ons verblijf niets negatief ontdekken. Kortom, zoekt u een net en schoon appartement vlak bij de Av Europa waar héél véél winkels, bars en restaurants zijn, dan is dit zeker een aanrader.

Séjour d'un mois à Benidorm Bel appartement lumineux et ensoleillé , très bien situé Calme, propre et bien agencé. Avec toutes les commodités pour y passer un mois A 10 Mn de la plage et du centre ville Commerces à proximité ( pharmacie supermarché .....)

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Benidorm

We have just returned from spending 12 nights in this apartment and would recommend it to anybody considering it. The apartment has all the facilities you could wish for and more, it is in an ideal location which is pretty much central. Although the apartment is on the 27th floor you never have to wait long for a lift as there are 3 fast lifts. The apartment block was always quiet all the time we were there, we slept uninterrupted each night. The best thing about the apartment is the views, they are truly stunning both day and night. We are hoping to return to Benidorm next year and will definitely be looking to book this apartment then.

Espectacular apartamento para pasar unos dias inolvidables, vista maravillosa, limpieza, equipado con todo lo necesario, piscina grande y cancha de tenis y padel en zonas comunes, buen aparcamiento, en definitiva, todo lo que se puede desear para pasar unos dias estupendos, lo mejor de todo su terraza, amplia,fresquita dentro de lo que cabe en estas fechas y con unas magníficas vistas al mar.

Hey there! We are German and Virginia, a couple with two children. We love to travel and we have been renting a cottage (http://www.homeaway.co.uk/p839585) in northern Spain for a while , we also spent the summer in Benidorm for many years and we decided to get this apartment on the 27th floor to enjoy the stunning views of the city and the Mediterranean.

We love the sea and the mountains, walking, sunbathing, the delicious cuisine of the coast ... all makes Benidorm a perfect holiday destination ... not to mention an exceptional climate, both summer and winter.
