Located 90 minutes from Toronto on a quiet, kid-friendly cove with sandy, shallow entry plus deep waters off the dock in a luxurious fully-stocked, lake house! There are 4 bedrooms, a den (in case someone has some work to do) and 3 bathrooms.

Stay in luxurious comfort: Primary bedroom with king-size bed, window facing the water and a full ensuite located on first floor. Bedroom 2 with king-size bed with window facing the water. Bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds, which is great for kids! There is also air conditioning and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a electric fireplace and a large sectional sofa.

Lots of water activities to swim, play and laze the day away: 2 adult kayaks, 2 kid's kayaks, paddle boat, lily pad, stand up paddle board (SUP), floating dock, life jackets.

Relax in Muskoka chairs and enjoy roasting marshmallows by the water at the firepit. Or enjoy looking at the night sky while sitting on a three-piece outdoor sofa set and being warmed by the fire-table on the upper deck.

Lots of indoor entertainment: pool table, ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, lots of board games, video game console with 1000 retro games, Netflix, Disney+, Rogers sports package, hi-speed Rogers Ignite with 150MBS download, 3 TVs.

Modern kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, full-size fridge, full-size stove and oven, microwave, filtered water system, pots, pans, baking dishes, serving ware, cutlery, utensils, air fryer, blender, crock pot, espresso machine with milk frother, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, some condiments and spices, tea and coffee, napkins, dish soap and hand soap.

Bathing towels, beach towels, hand towels, tea towels, paper towels and toilet paper are included.

Summer/Spring/Fall activities:
Hike many trails in beautiful Awenda Provincial Park (40 minutes away), bird-watching at Wye Marsh, visit landmark of Saint Marie among the Hurons (10 minutes away), 20 minutes to several golf courses, rent a boat or jet ski from local rental shop, kid-friendly park with sandy beach and huge play structure 3 minutes away.


Winter activities:
20 minutes to wonderful skiing at Mount St. Louis / Moonstone, snowmobiling on Georgian Bay and lots of nearby trails, located 5 minutes from extremely popular ice fishing location, create your own skating rink, cross country skiing 20 minutes away.

LCBO 3 minutes away, Grocery store 3 minutes away, public boat 2 minutes away, couple of restaurants in the village of Victoria Harbour 5 minutes away, Town of Midland 20 minutes away, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Winners and many restaurants 20 minutes away.

* There are outside security cameras at each entrance to the cottage, for your safety and security

* Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) can come to the lake house to do massages for $145/hour. Direct billing can be arranged with most insurance companies

* Starting July 1st, throughout July and August, we only do weekly rentals from Friday-to-Friday.
* Standard contract needs to be signed with standard house rules and guest info
