Vores Condo er perfekt beliggende på 4. sal direkte udsigt over Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramaudsigt over bugten! Undgå elevatorer og parkere på samme etage som lejligheden !! Vi har også en nøglefri adgangsdørlåse, så du behøver ikke at holde op med nøgler under dit ophold! Du kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt over bugten fra balkonen eller gennem gulv til loft vinduer i stuen og soveværelset. Med mere end 1.750 m² er enheden meget rummelig, nyindrettet og ny til lejemarkedet !!



Faciliteterne er rigelige på denne condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheden er udnævnt med fuld størrelse apparater, våd bar med ismaskine, 65 "fladskærms-HDTV i stuen og en fladskærm 55" HDTV i master og en 50 "Smart TV i 2. og 3. soveværelser, vaskerum med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der er en kingsize seng i Master og to dronning senge i 2. og 3. soveværelser sammen med en sovesofa i stuen til at sove op til 12.



Der er en fantastisk nul indgang udendørs pool med en vandrutschebane, der forbinder til en doven flod, opvarmet swimmingpool i døren, to store jacuzzi-suiter, state-of-the-art fitnesscenter med udsigt over bugten, grillgryder og en tennisbane på 10. etage.



Der er en 25 år gammel aldersgrænse for at reservere enheden, som vil blive håndhævet uden tilbagebetaling for overtrædelse.

The pictures show different furniture and appliances. ie coffee pot we bought regular coffee and it ended up being a kurig. The mini fridge by wine bar smells of mold and is unusable. Otherl than that stubbing place spread out enough for us as a family of ten. We had a great stay. Would definitely rent there again!!!

Family Beach Vacation

Eleven family members stayed in the condo. Plenty of beds, seating and kitchen supplies. We loved the fourth floor making it easy to access the beach and pool and still have a great view. This is our fourth time staying in 405 and hope to make next year our fifth!!

Condo very nice, loved the balcony and view, pool, hot tubs, lazy river and slide all wonderful Loved our stay. Wonderful beach. In our queen’s bedroom on the right, the ceiling light flickered badly, our bathroom had no toilet paper holder which was inconvenient. The bar’s ice maker had mold in the back of it so we never used that ice. The refrigerator ice was good. Also our bathroom toilet didn’t flush well. Hopefully these things will be fixed or cleaned and someday we can come back.

Nice but needs some maintenance

Nice condo and facilities. Lots of small things need attention. Dryer takes all day to dry. Light over stover and light in freezer doesn’t work. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans pretty much worn out. Otherwise was enjoyable.

Disappointed

When we arrived it took us quite a while to get lamps to work. We discovered that all of them had been unplugged. Also, there were several light bulbs out. I had to buy batteries for several remote controls for the televisions. Most were either dead or missing.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo, furniture was brand new, different couches from booking photos (they look like they are now updated), also there is a review about the beds being old, those are new too. Overall great experience with condo itself. Had everything we needed. There were a few small things that could have been better. In the condo one of the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was also loose. These didn't impact our stay but are just small signs of age. The building overall was great, it is showing some signs of age but everything appeared to be well taken care of. The pool was nice and hot-tub and lazy river were as advertised. Beach access was super easy as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great location

This condo is a great location. Right on the beach with a pool, lazy river, and water slide. Very close to restaurants and grocery. I usually like to stay in smaller condo complexes but didn't have any issues getting an elevator during our stay. Only one day was the beach so full that we walked down to the public beach. The ice machine was a nice added feature that we really appreciated. Our complaints are minor but we reached out to the property manager on Tuesday about not being able to get the remote to work due to dead batteries and never heard a word back. Also, the kitchen is not stocked for preparing food. No measuring spoons, dull knives, etc. Again, our complaints are minor and we enjoyed the property for the most part.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix Orange Beach is in a prime location with a beautiful beach and a relaxing lazy river pool. We’ve stayed at this property before, though in a different unit. This particular unit was missing some kitchen essentials, such as a blender and a pitcher—we purchased a pitcher and left it there. On the positive side, it did have both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, as well as a crock pot for guest use.There were a few maintenance concerns: the stove was greasy along the back where the controls are, and there was visible grease on the cabinet and ceiling above it. One guest bedroom was missing a nightstand lamp (the lamp was broken and left in the closet), and one of the bathroom hairdryers was not working.The living room, however, had new furniture and everything else about the unit was great. Overall, I would recommend that the owners do a thorough inventory and replace any missing or damaged items, as the location and amenities make this a wonderful place to stay.

A family reunion time for my mother

We had family scattered in other rooms so my wife, mom and I stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Since we didn’t go out much the kitchen was not stocked well. On the pics we saw a coffee pot and a kueric but it didn’t have it so we purchased one at Walmart. The main building not set up for handicap accessibility. If we did leave we had to go get the car and come to the garage door closest to the room. But all in all a good time my brother and myself both went up and down over 3 times to get a parking pass. No one at the desk

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! Just a few complaints. First the beds; the mattresses are all VERY firm!!! I stayed in the master and actually slept on the couch a couple nights bc it was just too hard. I compare it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. Second the filth under the furniture in the bedrooms. Those areas had not been cleaned in a long time!!! There was a dirty sock under a dresser and a single flip flop under a bed along with months of dust, dirt and sand. The living/dining room furniture was comfortable and clean underneath. ( did not check under couches). Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. Los of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was even a large crockpot and really good pot for boiling seafood. It is conveniently located to several grocery stores and Walmart. As well as many restaurants! We had dinner at Bahama Bobs 1 night. It’s a bit of a drive (or Uber). But it’s absolutely worth it! We eat there every time we go to this area! I selected “do not recommend “ solely on the beds. It was a problem for many.

Overall the location and view were excellent. I think there are some housekeeping and maintenance issues that could be improved upon. We needed way more towels, hand towels and wash clothes than we got for a weeks stay. 1 washcloth per person and one towel per person and 1 hand towel per bathroom for a week is not acceptable in my opinion. 2 of the beds, including the master , had no comforter, just a top sheet. The wet bar ice maker wouldn’t work. It kept throwing a breaker and turning off. Had mold in it as well. The role floor made our feet black when we walked on it the first day we arrived, so we just wore our flip flops inside after that. It had not been mopped prior to our arrival. The Tv quit working, possibly lighting strike caused it, but we had no tv in the living room for 2 days. For the cost of the condo , I would expect better housekeeping. Other than that we had a great stay. I know some might say who needs a tv but we had rainy weather and storms all week in so yes it would have been nice to have the main room tv working to watch together with my family. Hot water was great and all other appliances were just fine.Large bathrooms for our big group was appreciated as well.

It is great to be able to park and walk right in - no elevator. The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleanliness is not the utmost importance. Hairs in showers, stains on bed sheets, covers, pillows, towels, dining room chairs and even the bed skirts. We had gnats the first few days because of food left in the sink. Beds were horrible. Everybody wanted to sleep on the couch because of how poorly the beds slept. You can feel the bed springs in them and pillows are paper thin. Overall a good location. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants right across the street.
