Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and two twin over full bunks in the 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

I love staying at Phoenix Orange Beach. This condo was beautiful. It was clean and well thought out for sleeping. The 20th floor is awesome. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Great location and great place!

We have been coming to Orange beach for a long time. The Phoenix Orange Beach I and this unit beats them all. Great pool and easy beach access. Beach chair service very easy at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. Across the street from the market and tackle shop! We’ll be back!

Great experience

Property was clean, easy check-in, and a great location. We stayed a full two weeks at condo and didn’t have any major issues. Would stay here again in the future.

Great for families.

This property was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. The indoor pool and exercise room were perfect for a winter stay. Views from the condo are spectacular!

Unit was beautiful & thoughtfully decorated. Cleaning is done through the phoenix staff and is very poorly done. Bathrooms were gross & mirrors were covered in a greasy film. King size bed frame was broken, so you rolled to the middle bottom when sleeping. They offered to have maintenance fix but I didn’t want to have them interfere with my vacation time. There is no way the cleaning staff didn’t notice the bed was broken when they made the bed. Lack luster selection of pans (only 2) and stovetop was very confusing to figure out. Had high expectations given the nightly rate & was sadly very disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pictures of the unit were as advertised. There was a little wear and tear that you'd likely expect, but it was a wonderful space.

Beautiful beach view! The indoor pool, lazy river and hot tubs were a plus. Easy access to the beach. The cleanliness of the room was not noticeable at first glance. However, after not realizing there was a hole in the coffee pot and water spilling on the floor, the paper towel that was used to get that up was black with dirt. So we tried the other drip coffee maker only to find the filter basket did not fit the maker properly thus causing another mess. There were no cleaning products whatsoever in the condo. When it was time for showers we noticed in each bathroom there were clumps of hair either in the drain or on the sides of the shower. The dishes we used did not seem clean so we were thankful we brought dish soap and washed each piece we used. There were more little things but I don’t want to be totally negative. We had a wonderful time - the balcony was my favorite part. Very relaxing.

The unit is nicely decorated. The mattress in the master is worn out. It is stained with body fluids and has a big depression in the middle. The rugs need to be shampooed.Kitchen sink faucet needs tightened.Drain plug in whirlpool tub does not hold water. There is only 1 skillet and it is worn out. There are not enough drinking glass’s for a large group.

Property is located across the street to Walmart and Publix- which is great for families. We cleaned the tile because we had a baby crawling, other than that it was great!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. The condo complex itself was nice, and the condo had plenty of space for our group. 2 families, 4 kids and 4 The condo complex itself was nice, and the condo had plenty of space for our group. 2 families, 4 kids, and 4 adults. . The biggest downside was the cleanliness.. At first glance, it looked clean, but once we settled in, it became obvious that housekeeping had cut corners. We found a hat and a piece of already chewed gum stuck to paper under one of the beds. The baseboards had a thick layer of dust and dirt, and my son found random items and quite a bit of dirt under the TV stand in the living room. The walls also had noticeable marks and could use a good cleaning.The dryer was another inconvenience.. We had to run every load through a second cycle because the clothes never dried completely the first time.The kitchen was functional, and we were able to cook breakfast and several other meals, but it could have used a few more cooking utensils and bowls with lids for leftovers. The stove and oven also didn’t heat or cook very efficiently, so meals took longer to prepare than expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did become frustrating at times.Overall, we enjoyed the location and the size of the condo. If the cleaning were more thorough and a few minor maintenance issues were addressed, this would be a great place to stay. I would recommend it to others who prioritize the location and space, but for our family, we didn’t love it enough to keep coming back.
