Rossana's Beach House er et nybygget hjem i den populære Seacrest Beach, snuggled mellem Aly's Beach og Rosemary Beach. Omgivet af endeløs spisning, shopping og underholdning, kan din familie altid finde noget at lave. Vælg at gå 5 minutter til stranden eller hop på den gratis shuttle service (kører sæsonbestemt). Du er få skridt væk fra den 12.000 kvadratmeter lagune pool.

Når du ankommer til hjemmet, har du parkering til fem biler og nem adgang til ejendommen. Når du kommer ind i dette nye og udsøgte fem soveværelse, tilbagelægges fem og et halvt badetilværelse, hvor du kommer ind i åbent konceptkøkken, stue og spisestue med et strejf af kystnyt elegance, der var ekspertdesignet med gråfarvede egetræsgulve, importeret fliseregulve, hvid marmor og granit tællere og køkkenhjælp apparater. I stuen er der masser af overdådige siddepladser til hele familien.

Du finder den første konge gæstesoveværelse lige ud over køkkenet med eget bad. Når du kommer ind på anden sal, lige før du kommer ind i "shiplap" soveværelse med kingsize-seng og privat bad med bruseniche og badekar. Du har også en privat balkon fra mesteren. På tværs af soveværelset finder du det sjove køjerum med fire indbyggede køjer og et fælles badeværelse. På den anden side af badeværelset finder du den tredje konge gæstesoveværelse med fælles bad. På det nordøstlige hjørne af hjemmet på anden sal finder du den femte konge gæstesoveværelse med privat bad.

På tredje sal kommer du ind i husets legeplads, så at sige. Nyd spilkvelder i spillelokalet med bordtennisbord og dartbord eller gå ind i hjemmebiografrummet for at se en film eller et stort spil på et 80-tommers tv med surroundlyd og teatersæde. Den tredje etage dæk har en overdækket terrasse med en grillstation og solnedgang visning område.

Beautiful and clean home - sleeps a lot

We loved the home and the location. The home was just across from the pool, and the tram was easy to get back and forth to the beach. Everything is walkable - lots of restaurants and shopping. Home was well decorated and comfortable with plenty of seating for our group of eight. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome property

This is our second year staying at this property. It is clean, in a great location and works for our group perfectly. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the property. The home is beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living room, modern kitchen and the bedrooms were so comfortable and more than plenty for our team of 7. The house was exactly as described and provided all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The location on the house to the proximity of the pool and the entrance was ideal with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for us to venture. After a small hiccup with the grill, we called maintenance who came out and fixed immediately, we grilled 3 nights and sat to enjoy our dinner alfresco in the courtyard. We highly recommend Rossana's Beach House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely return for another visit!

This is our third year in a row of renting this house. It’s a beautiful home with something for everyone of all ages and plenty of space for adults and kids. Great location too! Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for a large family with teenagers

We enjoyed the location and all of the amenities of this Seacrest beach home. The layout was perfect and there was tons of space for our large family. Our only complaints are there were no beach towels provided by the rental, or the management company, so we had to purchase some. Not exactly easy when you’re flying to the destination. Also, the furniture needed to be cleaned but overall it was a perfect rental. The management company was very thorough and provided us with all of the detailed information we needed. Everything else was great!

Wonderful Girls Tennis Getaway

This house was perfect for the six of us. It was well appointed and we loved the indoor and outdoor space. We only wish there was more lighting outside on the patio so we could have stayed outside later. The rooftop space is a lot of fun too. Great location for the beach and pool.

Perfect

The property was just as described. The location was perfect—close enough to everything, but not close to craziness! Kids had a great time in the game room and movie room which were perfect on the rainy days. All beds were comfy and rooms were spacious.

Family beach trip

We had an excellent vacation! We loved the location and everything about the house! Loved the easy access to beach and restaurants! Loved the tram to the beach and biking around! We will come back for sure! Internet was a bit funky and we never got the smart TVs to connect so that was the only bummer for the kids not being able to use the movie room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Phenominal House!!!

This house was incredible. It had everything we needed and then some. Lots of space, very clean, game room for the kids and right across the street from the pool so there was easy access to everything. We love the area and the fact that you don't have to drive anywhere. you can walk or ride bikes that are easy to get ahold of. Rental management company was easy to work with as well. We will be back. I highly recommend this house.

We will be back!

This was the perfect house for us since we had 4 teens and 2 adults (and still plenty of room!). The game room was very fun, the pool is just across the street, and the house had everything we needed. It was even ready early. The self check in is great! I just wish we would have known how to get the pool bracelets since we were early, but once we got in the house, there were instructions on that. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Wonderful Space

This is a great space for families. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment- we made our full Thanksgiving dinner with all trimmings. ONLY issues- we had to contact management ALOT for things we wish they would have been more pro-active with...bands for pool/beach, key to fire pit, access code to get in when we got there did not work, wifi code in email did not work.... Book for new guests needs to be better updated and email needs to match.

Gorgeous Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful and had it all. my only wish is that the kitchen was more well stocked but that happens when the rental is new. the furnishings were all top of the line and the beds were comfy. the top floor deck and grill area was super cool to hang out and the surround sound throughout was a huge plus. The movie theatre was the biggest Hit. What a great rental, we will certainly rent again!

Fabulous home, great location!

We loved the Rosanna beach House. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures. There was lots of room for everyone in our party, which included grandparents, a teen, young kids and a baby. The location is a 5 min walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Seacrest beach. It’s a 10 min walk to the Rosemary beach shops and restaurants. A couple of things came up during our short stay and the maintenance team was very responsive and very efficient via text. They helped us with the fire pit and heating issue in a very timely manner. Couple of nitpicky things: the floor was not very clean, the cleaning crew need to do a better job as our feet were very dirty each day; the pillows weren’t great and should be larger for king beds. Definitely recommend this fabulous home.

Great Space for family fun

Getting the wristbands for access to the pool and beach was frustrating. We we all so excited and able to 'check into the house' 15 minutes early (smile)......but then could not get a person to answer the phone for the wristband/parking passes request. Got them too late to access those areas that day. There was little to no pantry space to store our dry goods for the week. And the refrigerator was nice but with all of us, we had to grocery shop often. The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work and maintenance had to order parts and unable to fix the week we were there. Honestly......sort of nit-picking because we did enjoy this home and would go back.

Beautiful House, TINY Beach Offered

We absolutely loved this house and the space it offered. It appeared to be clean, my only complaint about cleanliness would be a layer of sand on the bottom floors when we arrived, kind of hard to avoid with a beach house. The location of the house is excellent, pool is right across the street and you can walk to shops and restaurants. It is even a quick walk to the beach, however, none of the reviews seem to talk about how TINY the beach is that you are brought to. The trams bring you to the beach, which is nice, however, you get there and 3/4 of the tiny beach they offer you is sectioned off by five rows of rental chairs and umbrellas which leaves 1/4 of the beach left for all the rest of us. The beach is beyond full before 9 am and by full I mean, literally NO where to put a chair or umbrella. It was SUPER frustrating being that the advertisement leads you to believe you will have transportation to the beach and that you will actually be able to USE the beach that they have advertised as the beach for this house. We ended up being forced to rent golf carts and spend over $1100 additional dollars to be able to drive over to local Inlet beach just to get a spot on the beach. After calling and leaving numerous messages for this frustration and asking for compensation due to false advertisement, no one called me back or even responded to me until we were home and I sent an additional email. Of course they were not willing to compensate any portion of our additional cost. So sad because this house is beautiful and we loved staying here and loved its location. But to plan a beach vacation and not have access to the beach you were promised is very upsetting!

Very expensive

The house is beautiful and it was set up very well for a large family but we had basically no internet/WiFi for the entire stay. I sent several email messages to the booking company and got zero response back. Called several times to a few phone numbers and left messages. Finally got a call back and they sent a person out. We were at the pool when they stopped by so we weren’t there to speak with the person fixing the issue. When we got back ww found a message on the door telling us the WiFi code. This was not the issue that we didn’t know the WiFi password. We had to call again to get a person back over. The person came back and said they will send over a tech to see what’s going on. The tech asked us where the router was?? Hello not my house so I have no idea!! After searching through all the closets I finally located the router. He then rebooted the router that was 10 foot up in a closet. Finally we thought everything was solved once the reboot came back up. It worked until he left. Football game finally!! Hahaha.....NOT!!! Internet crashed once again day 2, 3 and 4 were a totally bomb on internet. After a long day at the pool/beach you want to be able to settle down to a movie or tv. If you have children (husband) you know this is super important you can’t survive without internet!! We had 2 twin girls that crawl around on the floor and their little hands, knees and feet were black from the dirty floors. Their clothes were also black. They had a gate for the stairs in the closet that was just full of lint and dust bunnies. When you pay for a cleaning service you expect for a cleaner environment then what we ended up with. The SONOS didn’t work because the internet didn’t work. The grill was nice once we figured out how to use it. It was very dirty because someone had just used it prior to use. This should have been cleaned. The door in the media room got stuck on us and was very dangerous. One would also think that you would have a dvs player in this room.

Good Entertainment Spaces But Not A Great Value

In general, the experience was good. House has good entertainment spaces and King beds are great. Having a bathroom for each room was great as well. A few "problem" items that came up, especially for the price point being paid. 1) fridge door latch is broken and requires replacement (not more tape). You can get it to close only after using your hand to manually manipulate french door latch. 2) all of the outdoor cusions have black stains or mold all over them. They don't have to be washed every week, but once a month with bleach would be nice. We are in Florida to enjoy the outdoors, but really couldn't with the cusion condition. 3) Washer has black mold in it or something very similar to it, plus an oder. It needs to be cleaned regularly and clearly it was not or has not been cleaned properly. 4) Movie room chairs' reclining feature seem to be broken. Honestly, for the price point, there are much better options in the neighborhood. We probably won't rebook here, though we enjoyed our trip.
