Alpine Meadows values you as a guest and thanks you for sending such a nice review of your stay at LongBranch 116. We hope to see you again for your next visit to Breckenridge.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed Breckenridge, found the location convenient, and appreciated our responsiveness and the early check-in. We’re sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We understand that having four guests for three nights can require additional towels, and we’ll review our towel quantities to make sure we’re providing an appropriate supply. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the laundry facility and understand how the additional cost can be frustrating. Regarding the temperature, we’re glad the wall-mounted fans were helpful. We’ll certainly keep your comments about additional cooling options in mind. The standing water in the parking garage is also something we’ll bring to the attention of the building’s HOA/management so the drainage issue can be addressed. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can improve. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your overall Breckenridge experience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back!

Thank you for your review of Long Branch 116, we are happy to know you enjoyed the condo and location, we did just take over managing the complex and have done many upgrades to the building recently since your stay, wed love you to come back and see how much better it looks.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool and pool heater are managed by the building’s HOA, so they are outside of our direct control. During the holiday week, the pool pump unexpectedly broke, and the building manager had difficulty sourcing the required part due to limited holiday availability. We’re happy to share that the issue was repaired during your stay. We also understand your concerns regarding sound between units and regret that this impacted your experience. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and layout of the place. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the toaster, cutting boards, and pillows. We’ve already ordered replacements for the toaster, cutting boards and pillows! We appreciate your input and would love to have you stay again now that we have new items! thank you.

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. While we strive to ensure everything in our properties is in working condition, unfortunately, appliance failures can happen unexpectedly, and in this case, multiple issues occurred at once. Please know we responded as quickly as possible to address the water leak from the refrigerator failure, including replacing the appliance and offering alternative accommodations. We understand that using a fridge in another unit was far from ideal, and we truly regret the disruption it caused which is also why we were understanding to refund half of your stay. We hope it helps to understand how we can respond in challenging situations like this. Thank you again for your patience and for acknowledging the efforts of our team during a difficult situation. Warm regards, Alpine Meadows Management Team
