A nice condo with really good features in a really nice setting on the south side of Moab. Located nicely for quiet environment and access to national parks. Well stocked and comfortable for two to three couples. Enjoyed our time there. The air conditioning while a bit loud in the kitchen area worked very well at keeping all rooms comfortable on 90 degree days. We highly recommend it.

This is a very quiet, cozy, pet friendly place close to trails, town, and a gas station. We were able to ride our side by side from the condo to some of the trails. Easy walk to see the sunset on the rocks. Plenty of parking on the street for trailers. Very clean. The VRBO was very accommodating, very quick to respond to any of our communications. We had a great time. No complaints.
