Vores smukt indrettede 3-værelses lejlighed med 2 badeværelser, Southgate Village, ligger en kort 5 minutters kørsel syd for Moab centrum lige forbi Moab KOA. Beliggende i et roligt kvarter giver vores hjem ideel adgang til alle områdets topfaciliteter - Nationalparker, mountainbike- og vandrestier, 4-hjuls eventyr og mere.

Vores hjem har en åben koncept plantegning, et fuldt udstyret køkken med rustfrit stjæle apparater, en gas pejs i det vigtigste boligareal, en terrasse i stueetagen med udendørs siddepladser og en gas grill, og en to garage med en udvidet højde hoveddør, så jeeper passer fint! Ud over garagen er der plads til at parkere op til to køretøjer i indkørslen og masser af parkeringspladser i nærheden af trailere og lastbiler i hele kvarteret.

Vores familievenlige leje giver masser af plads til børnene eller flere vennegrupper. Det er den perfekte ørken flugt med en uovertruffen smuk udsigt over La Sal-bjergene og Moab Rim.

Poolen og boblebadet er tilgængeligt fra marts-oktober. Puljen åbnes senere og lukkes tidligere på året. Adgang er afhængig af vejr og vedligeholdelse.

Book mindst en uge, og 10% rabat anvendes automatisk (gælder ikke i Jeep Week).

Afbestillingsregler: Afbestillinger, der foretages mere end tredive (30) dage før ankomst, medfører ingen straf, og alle betalte beløb refunderes fuldt ud. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen for making meals. Really appreciated the garage access for our 10 mountain bikes. The hot tub was fantastic after long days of hiking and biking.

We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the door code when we arrived, the management staff took care of this right away. The purpose of our visit was to explore/hike the National Parks, we felt this was a perfect location. It was nice to have access to the pool and hot tub after a long day hiking. The town has many shops and restaurants and there are nice Markets for groceries if you want to cook in. We definitely would stay in this rental again and recommend the rental to relatives and friends.The only suggestion would be to provide cushions for the outdoor patio furniture.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

It had a ton of space (large bedrooms and good-sized bathrooms), and the outdoor areas were amazing! The location was great--quick & easy to get downtown (~10 minutes). While we didn't utilize them, lots of dog supplies were provided and there were tons of games and children's books.There were no kitchen trash bags provided (and there wasn't one in the trash can when we arrived), but they quickly brought some over for us. It also appeared not to have been swept/vacuumed or mopped, which was disappointing. We were also surprised that there were no tissues, lotion, body wash, or shampoo and/or conditioner.

Beautiful views and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the bedrooms and the kitchen table were beautiful, and the place was clean. We also liked the small bin of dog items, we used the blankets and bowl. Our one complaint was that it was a bit too hot to sleep. We opened the windows which cooled things down, but there was a lot of road noise. I then closed our window, but I kept hearing a bumping sound throughout the night (probably from a family members window but I'm not sure). We couldn't adjust the temperature because it was set to the lowest temperature allowed due to a possible icing over of the AC. But everyone else seemed to sleep well, so it worked well for my family.

Moab Jeep trip 2024

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

A piece of Moab

This house really blended in with Moab with its desert themed decors. Located in a good location with great views. Host responded very promptly with any question we had. I would stay at this location again if we return.

We had just one little issue and the management company responded right away, very easy to reach them. Would definitely stay here again. This is my second year here and it was a pleasant experience.Everything about the house is nice and convenient. No problems with anything in the house and it is right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go.I am pretty sure we will be coming back to Moab (God willing) and would like to stay there again.
