Book nu til efterårs- og vintertilbud! Ejendom ved stranden Ikke kørende strand

Kom og nyd vores smukke 2/2 enhed beliggende ved Seacoast Gardens III. Komplekset er direkte ved havet, og vores enhed er ved poolen, kun 2 tilbage fra havet. Du har en smuk udsigt over både havet og 2 olympiske størrelser og 2 børnepooler. Beliggende på 4. sal.
Stuen er behagelig og indbydende. Sofaen åbner til en queensize-seng. Køkkenet er veludstyret til alle dine spisebehov. Slap af i soveværelset på en king size seng. Det andet soveværelse er møbleret med komfortable enkeltsenge og en trille. . Som ejere opdaterer vi og ændrer konstant i år har vi udskiftet alle køkkenmaskiner og nye enkeltsenge.

Perfect Vacation getaway!

Beautiful condo. Perfect location on the no drive beach. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

Fantastic!

Can not say enough good things about our stay. The Trimble’s were amazing to work with and the condo was perfect for our family. We have been visiting NSB for years and this condo was by far one of the best!

Great place

It was such a nice place to stay with our family . Very clean and they had everything we needed to make dinners. Great place to stay with our 3 kids . I also forgot a whole drawer of bathing suits and they were nice enough to send them to me !! Would highly recommend staying here . I texted the owner and he always replied back to me which was super nice !

Spring Break

We had a perfect stay! Condo is gorgeous- hosts thought of everything, right down to a bottle of wine at arrival. We had an issue with our parking pass our first evening, and Bill was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. He even checked in on our last day to make sure we had enjoyed ourselves. Our favorites: spacious for our family of 5; beautiful view of ocean and pool; beach chairs, umbrella, towels provided; fully stocked kitchen

Excellent condo!

The only thing better would have been direct ocean front so that we could see the sunrise. Otherwise, excellent condo, excellent upkeep, beautiful decor and cozy!

The grounds were super clean. Our unit was perfect for our family and even better than the pictures. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Almost like oceanfront. Mr. Trimble was so kind and easy to talk to when we had questions. We had a welcome gift upon arrival. Looking forward to returning to this unit.

Great winter vacation!

Very nice condo. Beautifully decorated, up to date, and very clean. The whole condo was well stocked. The grounds and pool area landscaped very nicely. Had a few questions for the owner and he responded very quickly and was glad to help us out. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing

The location was perfect. This part of the the beach has no vehicle access. So it’s perfect for families looking for for a relaxing and safe time. It’s picture perfect. The condo itself is so beautiful and tastefully decorated. The worst part of this trip was leaving!

Great Family Get Away

Our family of 6 had a great time at this condo. Check in was straight forward, the place was immaculate and we had lots of room for all of us. The location was perfection. My husband and I ate breakfast every morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. My teens loved the option of the swimming pool, the ocean, shuffleboard or just chilling in the condo. The pictures do not do this place justice!

Perfect Getaway to New Smyrna Beach

My family and I have been traveling to NSB for 20+ years as this little beach town has everything from great weather, local shops and delicious food. We have stayed at many different condos, and I would say this condo location was one of the best! It is on a private beach with no car access that is an easy bike ride to downtown shops/restaurants and a short car ride to our favorite seafood place, JBs Fish Camp. The condo itself was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen items and my favorite part was the porch area overlooking the ocean. It is decorated beautifully and beds/couch were very comfortable. The amenities at Sea Coast Gardens III were great as well as there were 2 pools, shuffleboard courts and many chairs available to lay out by the pool or the ocean. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Just Perfect :)

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit/Sea Coast Gardens III community! The unit itself was just right for our needs, space-wise, amenity-wise and location-wise. The master bedroom was spacious and opening the windows at night allowed for falling asleep to the relaxing sound of the ocean. The balcony offered a great view of both the ocean and the pool area. We loved that we could walk across the street to the largest Dollar General we've ever seen and to the Baker's Table which immediately became our favorite food of the whole trip (well... it may be a tie with them and The Garlic!). The hosts replied promptly to my one question and the welcome gift was such a nice touch. We would love to stay here again someday! Thank you <3

We loved our stay: clean, well-stocked, and beautiful location and decor. This was our first time to NSB, but it will not be our last. I would absolutely rent from the Trimbles again.

Wonderful Hosts

Our unit was exactly as pictured and very comfortable! We went to the Sea Coast Property with 10 other families and I’m so happy we were lucky enough to stay in the Trimble’s unit. Another family had a terrible experience renting their condo through Florida VaCa on the same property. Choose the Trimble’s unit if you are scrolling- you won’t be disappointed at all! Everything you need is in this unit for a perfect stay!

NSB Stay

Place had everything that was needed. It was nice sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

This adorable little place checked off all my vacation desires.

The apartment was clean, bright, perhaps newly upgraded or so it seemed. Small but adequate quest room with full bath. Large master with king bed, tv and nice views of ocean., a deck overlooking pools and view of ocean with lounge chairs and table and chairs. the pools and grounds were clean. Plenty of lounge chairs around pool and on the ocean deck. Only downsize was a bit of construction on the adjacent building. Minimal noise. occasionally needed to wait for laundry but not too long. Stores, restaurant, a quick easy walk across large road. Priced very fairly.

Lovely Condo

The complex is in the midst of a renovation. The listing info stated it would be completed by the time of our stay in February but there is still much to be completed. Be warned that it can be noisy at times. The unit we stayed in was adorably furnished with beach themed decor and was very clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended

Our stay was very nice and I highly recommend this condo and we definitely will return. Bill is very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. The condo is fully functional and provides all needed necessities.

Great condo and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great on the no-drive beach but also not too far from town. The condo itself had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Balcony had a nice view of the beach, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We would definitely rent this condo again!! Thank you

The property is among the best on New Smyrna Beach. Our unit overlooks almost the entire facility including the beach. That was a huge plus when the kids were smaller.
The complex has two large pools that accommodate so many there is always room for more to relax.
The kiddie pools are a favorite for creating a "tidal pool".
Two large grills at the open clubhouse allow you to get your grill on even on vaca.
If you have done it all in New Smyrna then shopping and other and venues are at the max just 45 minutes away.
