Overall visit was okay. We didn’t have access to the pool for two days because of sealing pavers around the pool area. Wish we had known ahead of time and may have rescheduled our visit. A couple housekeeping issues…area rugs are dirty and need cleaned. Bath mats in the master were so bad we washed them ourselves. Sliding glass door needs serviced, extremely hard to open or close. Remotes for the ceiling fans don’t work, I had to stand on a chair to pull the chain and adjust speed.We have stayed at Ebb Time numerous times (never in this unit) and love the facility overall and will go back again.

Clean and great location! Love how close it is to the ocean. Great view from balcony. Not too crowded no fighting for chairs at the pool etc.

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! The owners have gone above and beyond to decorate and furnish the unit with all you need for a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, and the view is stunning! We hope to stay here again in the future

Ebb Tide is very nice. However, this unit lacked any extras like beach chairs, sand toys, plastic beach cups, or a small beach cooler.

Great stay!

Great condo in a gorgeous spot! Check in process was easy and condo was very clean! We brought our newborn and everyone was super nice. Only thing is the place doesn’t have an oven. Which was fine for us!!! Would stay here again.

We stayed in Moontide 707. Excellent location & amenities, short walk to the beach & pool.We appreciated the convenient foot-rinse station for washing off sand from the beach. Condo was well equipped with items that made our stay more enjoyable - beach chairs & towels, boogie board, pickle ball paddles & balls, washer, dryer, dishwasher, nice patio. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked exceptionally well, and we enjoyed having access to the well-equipped, air-conditioned fitness center.Our arrival was a bit stressful. We were delayed getting into the condo because the parking garage was locked. We waited for parking passes and keys to be delivered. We parked on the main deck and received notices on our vehicles warning they could be towed without parking passes. We also discovered there was no key for the fitness center in the condo, despite the listing indicating one would be available, so that had to be brought to us as well. To management's credit, they acknowledged these inconveniences and provided us with a gift card. There were also maintenance issues during our stay. Some of the towels had noticeable stains, although there were enough clean ones for our group. The bathtub drain in the front bathroom was clogged, causing several inches of dirty water to accumulate while showering, and the shower head repeatedly came loose and fell off. The TV in the front guest bedroom never worked because it required a PIN. Despite these frustrations, we had a great vacation.

We also regret the maintenance concerns you encountered with the drain, shower head, and TV access. These don't meet our standards, and we're taking immediate action to address them.
