Velkommen til Hala Kahiki - vores skjulte paradis beliggende i hjertet af det sydlige Kihei kun få skridt fra Kamaole Beach! Denne luksuriøse Penthouse Condo er virkelig en af en slags.
Fra vores Condo på 7. sal har vi uovertruffen udsigt over Ocean, West Maui Mountains og Haleakala. Vi har en fantastisk privat terrasse på 1600 m² med boblebad og grill. Slap af og nyd morgenmaden med udsigt til den rolige morgensolopgang og en fantastisk udsigt over havet, inden du tager ud på dagen. Når du vender tilbage, slap af i vores komfortable udendørs opholdsområde, nyd solnedgangen og et glas vin, grill nogle fisk til middag og nyd den fantastiske udsigt over vores smukke ø. Efter solnedgange kan du nyde en aften udenfor ved ildbordet eller sidde i vores private boblebad under stjernerne, og du vil forstå, hvorfor Maui er hjemsted for verdens største solteleskop.
Vores lejlighed på øverste etage er stille, og udsigten kan nydes fra alle værelser. Master suite tilbyder en king size seng sammen med et privat badeværelse. Vores gæstesuite tilbyder en queensize-seng med luksuriøst strøelse og smuk udsigt over den majestætiske Haleakala. Om nødvendigt kan vores sofa konverteres til en dronningssoveplads til de ekstra gæster. Vores køkken tilbyder alle de vigtigste ting i hjemmet, så selv de mest kræsne gourmeter kan piske et fantastisk måltid. Hvis du ikke har lyst til at lave mad, er mange gode restauranter en afslappet gåtur væk. En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse er også i lejligheden for din bekvemmelighed. Vi har central luft til at holde dig kølig på de ekstra varme dage! Vi har tænkt på alle detaljerne ned til badehåndklæder, strandstole og en køligere. Medbring masser af solcreme, slap af og nyd alt hvad Maui har at byde på. Vi er glade for, at du er her.

Everything you could ask for

There were so many amenities available it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and sat outside as much as possible. My 83 year old mom loved it as she is not as active anymore, but could still enjoy listening to the waves and watching my sister and her husband snorkel from the lanais

Beautiful place in paradise

This property was wonderful. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and evening sunsets. Close to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time.

Breathtaking views!!!

From the moment you open the door the views are amazing. The pictures don’t fully translate how beautiful and spacious this condo is. Private rooftop with hot tub was our favorite spot watching the sunset. Tastefully done interior with quality furnishings. We will definitely return in the future. The owner and staff were very accommodating

Family trip

The property was better than I anticipated. It was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We loved both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Sitting in the hot tub or drinking coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was amazing. The location was perfect for dining out, going to the beaches and shopping. We loved staying at this property so much. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing

This is probably the most spectacular property we have ever stayed at. Perfect location to all amenities, great host, attention to detail was unsurpassed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Maui Trip

Loved our first trip to Maui. Staying in this beautiful condo with a view of the ocean made the trip more memorable. The outdoor space at this condo is wonderful. Only thing people need to be aware of is this is off the beaten path so you will need long Uber rides to events and things you plan to do.

Spectacular penthouse - highly recommended!

What an amazing stay! Deanne the owner was fantastic and responsive to all our questions. The space was amazing from top to bottom. Our family enjoyed every moment in this luxurious penthouse and felt welcomed the instant we arrived. Both the indoor and outdoor space were simply amazing. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect - steps to the beach with loads of food options all around. We'll likely be booking back again!

Hidden Gem

Amazing place to stay! So clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved the rooftop deck with hot tub! My kids loved sitting in it at night. Also so many places to sit and stare at the beautiful Hawaiian shoreline. It is in walking distance to the beach and many food options. We hope to revisit again someday. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway

Property was wonderful and exactly as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and well maintained home and the additional amenities like the spa and table top fire on the lanai. Views were amazing, especially at sunset. The close location across the street from the beach, shopping, and restaurants were very convenient. Owner Deanne kept us well informed which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing getaway vacation. Thank you, Deanne, for a memorable trip and allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Don’t miss out on this property!!

I have traveled and stay at beautifully locations all over the world. Do not miss out on the opportunity to stay at this location. The communications prior to booking was excellent. You can not get a better view and the location was perfect. I often read prior reviews and everyone that you read is accurate and then some. Looking to book again.

Million Dollar Views!

Excellent Property, definitely would recommend! Only issue was the master suite bathroom door not closing properly and wish we had access to a vacuum and a mop. Half way through our 9 day trip I really would have liked to have cleaned the floors properly. Thank you for a lovely first trip to Maui!!

Stettler vacation

We have stayed at the penthouse before when it was owned by someone else and loved it then, we are so pleased with the new renovations and service by the new owner Deanne, she not only supplied the beautiful penthouse but treated us like family. she was always very courteous and informative when periodical maintenance was needed or if someone needed to access the condo. Deanne also has a rock star for a cleaning company who also over see's general needs that you may encounter. Multiple times over the month I had questions or needs like propane or laundry detergent for our stay and Deanne's crew were on it immediately, if I ever buy a place in Maui, it would be Deanne's crew I called. If you are looking for a vacation condo with spectacular views, spacious areas and an all-round perfect location in Maui, this is it. or host other family members close by in the same complex that includes many other condos for rent. Deanne is a landlord who cares about her tenants and delivers what she promises. I would recommend the penthouse to anyone and we plan on staying there again, we love it so much we actually extended our stay and was there from April 18th to March 11th for a total of 24 days! it was GREAT! Pictures don't do it justice

We (two couples) loved our stay at this property. It was so easy to relax and unwind here. It is a beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was easy to prepare meals here than enjoy them outside on the patio. And after a busy fun day to enjoy the hot tub.

Beautiful Views

What a great place to stay! The condo is beautiful, and the views are amazing. You can see the ocean from the living room and the deck. The beach is right across the street. It is even better than the pictures. We appreciated having four beach chairs and a cooler. We grilled outside for several nights. Lots of fun places to eat are within easy walking distance. The kitchen could use a few extra things for cooking (it's pretty basic), and we would have appreciated coffee for the first night and shampoo in the bathrooms—but the ocean views are so amazing we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Omg, this condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, amazing views, wonderful outdoor patio and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach is less than a block away. It was perfect; I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

A Little Taste of Paradise

We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes, and this is the best one so far. Amazing location right across from the beach made daily swimming trips with the kids a delight. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items for use, which made life simple. The condo is beautifully decorated, with a great balance of island and modern touches, that felt like relaxed luxury. The lanai is stunning, simply stunning. Enjoy your sunrise coffee with the birds, and your evening glass of wine with the tabletop gas fireplace. With the lights turned off, you are able to see part of the Milky Way Galaxy at night. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to try to return soon. Mahalo!

Beautiful Spot in Kihei

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described-clean, updated, well stocked and comfortable. They left clear instructions to make check in, check out and everything in between so simple. We really enjoyed having a private deck with access to our own jucuzzi and bbq. The welcome gift was such a nice way to start our vacation. Veronika was available for any questions that we had. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to stay at this beautiful condo again.

Amazing!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Maui, stop looking and book this condo. The condo is beautiful and clean on the inside with plenty of space. The lanai is amazing! Whenever we were at the condo, we were on the lanai. The views and the sunsets are amazing. We loved spending our evenings relaxing outside. The condo is in a great location. The beach was a 2 minute walk to get to and we enjoyed spending our time there. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. We also traveled around the island to do a variety of excursions. The location of the condo made it very easy to get to all that we wanted to do on Maui.

Private sunset dinners every night

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Deanne was great to work with and very responsive to my questions (even the dumb ones lol). It was spotless upon our arrival and immediately welcomed us with a stunning view of the ocean. The huge lanai was wonderful for watching the sunrise with our morning coffee, having dinner while enjoying the beautiful sun sets, and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of fun. If the big lanai got hot, we also had the shaded lanai along the entire width of the condo so there was always a way to comfortably be outside. The Sonos speaker system was great for playing music while we relaxed with a drink and gazed at the stars. I mentioned dumb question...There is an Ipad there for controlling the music or looking up any info you need on the condo. I couldn't find it and asked Deanne about it. Just as she was responding, my daughter-in-law spotted it right where it was supposed to be. It was propped on a stand and had a cover on it that simply says "Aloha" I thought it was just a little decorative plaque lol. So when you're looking for the Ipad, just find the Aloha sign. The laundry room is equipped with full size Samsung washer and dryer and the little shed has beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, snorkel gear and beach toys. You're all set for fun. We were a little concerned about road noise from Kehei Rd as we had experienced a few years ago from another condo, but for somehow, the noise was minimal and was for the most part, masked by the sound of the waves. We had a wonderful stay here and hope to return. I highly recommend this condo.

Just WOW...and the turtles...

WOW! This property is absolutely amazing. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice since there are several upgrades and the plants on the deck are very bigger and more beautiful. We had everything we needed for a lovely week in Kihei. The bedding and furniture was all very comfortable. They have great beach chairs, noodles and snorkels. LOVED the laundry room. We were close to easy snorkeling to see the turtles everyday! Close to restaurants and shopping. Deanne was incredible responsive and helpful with ideas etc. We loved it here and I would definitely stay here again! It was amazing! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

We traveled to Maui in 2012 for our daughters Senior Trip. We stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale and stayed in The Penthouse. We loved the location and found a Condo on the 4th floor that was for sale, which we purchased, renovated and have been renting out for the past 6 years. When we found out that The Penthouse was for sale we jumped at the chance to own such a truly unique and beautiful property. We live in the Seattle area full time but visit Maui as often as our schedule allows.

The location of The Penthouse and it's proximity to Kamaole Beach can't be beat! We walk miles on the beach every day we are on-island and enjoy being able to walk to everything we need for daily living - health food store, massages, nail salons, coffee, ice cream, and numerous dining options!

The Hala Kahiki Penthouse is a beautiful condo with vaulted ceiings, large living spaces, a private rooftop deck with it's very own BBQ and hot tub! The views from this 7th floor condo are some of the best in Maui!
