This third-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (1,200 sq. ft./112 sq. m.) provides a serene retreat with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and unforgettable sunsets.

The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for hosting intimate dinners, cozying up on the deep-seated couch or swivel chair with a good book, or enjoying evening breezes under the stars on the screened-in patio.

Luxurious Bedrooms for Restful Nights
The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV, offers a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with a guest bathroom just steps away. For extra guests, the living room’s queen-size pull-out sofa ensures comfort for all, accommodating up to five guests in total.

The Regal Beach complex features two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, and a fitness room. Racquets and balls are provided for your convenience. Two gas BBQ grills make outdoor cooking a breeze. An on-island property manager is available to assist during your stay, and optional maid service is offered (excluding Sundays and holidays).

This condo will ONLY host a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.

Important Notice: Beach Replenishment Project During Your Stay (June to August 31, 2026)
Please note that a beach replenishment project will be underway at the Marriott property adjacent to Regal Beach Club from June through August 31, 2026. This project is intended to preserve and protect the beachfront for years to come.

During daytime working hours, construction vehicles and heavy equipment will be operating on portions of the beach, and a small part of the beach area will be closed for safety. However, the remaining beach will remain open for guests to enjoy the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea and white sand beach experience.

Please note that the southern end of Seven Mile Beach occasionally experiences migratory sand shifting, which can affect beach access at certain times of the year. This is a natural and cyclical occurrence. This condo will ONLY host a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.
