Important Notice: Beach Replenishment Project During Your Stay (June 1 – August 31, 2026)

Please note that a beach replenishment project will be underway at the Marriott property adjacent to Regal Beach Club from June through August 31, 2026. This project is intended to preserve and protect the beachfront for years to come.

During daytime working hours, (Monday-Saturday) construction vehicles and heavy equipment will be operating on portions of the beach, and part of the beach area will be closed for safety. However, the remaining beach will remain open for guests to enjoy the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea and white sand beach experience.

In consideration of this temporary inconvenience, we are offering a deeply discounted rate during this period. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to this island getaway.

Policies

The condo is non-smoking, pet-free, and no parties or events are permitted. The primary renter must be 21+, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–8 AM. The unit is located on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator). Complimentary parking is provided.

Travel insurance is recommended for added peace of mind when visiting Grand Cayman.
