Great location, quiet neighborhood, amazing yard

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and we loved every minute of the stay. The house is so nice, the yard is perfect, and the location is very convenient to everything. Will 100% stay again!

Lovely Home Quiet Neighborhood

The home was perfect for our short stay and our host was very accommodating with our request for early check-in. Our daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the front room pool table and the neighborhood where they went jogging and played some basketball in a park that was in walking distance.

Beautiful home!

The home had a great kitchen to cook thanksgiving dinner. We sat outside to eat- which was a big treat for us! We walked to the grocery store for supplies. The home was clean, the back yard was great for relaxing, and the location was close enough to walk back and forth to our daughter’s. Thank you for such a nice, if short, stay.

Gorgeous, perfect location! Everything we needed and more.

From the outside, the house has a very simple but homey feel to it. Once you walk inside, you will notice what a great job the owner has done to make the right improvements and renovations. Perfect place for hosting gatherings with plenty of room for everyone to convene in a general area inside and outside. The covered patios were some of my favorites parts of the house but there were a number of them. The location made it very convenient as there are nearby places like restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in any direction you drive. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again. The owner was very nice and informative.

This home was everything we hoped for and more ! The property manager and owner took care of things before we even noticed we needed something. Neighborhood felt safe for walking the dogs . The back yard was awesome and we loved picking the lemons every day ! We made fresh lemonade on repeat ! My only complaint is that we can’t return next year because someone else already knows about this best kept secret. Luiciana and Janelle were top notch . Thank you for a great 2 months!

Fun Visit to Phoenix

Our family of six (two children, their parents and grandparents) spent several days together at this property during a recent visit to Phoenix. The home is open, spacious, bright and welcoming. We found everything to be comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen is very well stocked so, although we ate out quite a bit, meals could easily be prepared in the highly functional kitchen. The hot tub and pool table are wonderful additions and were greatly enjoyed by all. The covered back patio is large with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing or dining, and also features a very nice grill. The citrus trees, which were loaded with fruit, were a huge plus, as well, providing us with fresh orange juice and lemonade every day. We had a wonderful 11 days in this home and hope to return on another visit to Phoenix.

Wonderful! Comfortable and clean- easy living!

We had a wonderful stay here- easy to stay and we would love to return. Details- the pictures were accurate in my mind. Clean and plenty of room in the living area. Everything was well laid out. It was very nice to have the use of the garage, which isn’t a given for VRBO’s. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed with dishes and supplies. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster for 4 slices. The hot tub is large-we never had more than three at a time but I think it would have fit 6-8. The master bedroom is quite large- plenty of space around the bed for movement and luggage. The bunk beds were much appreciated by my daughters - I can’t remember if they were full or queen, but they were very comfortable! Flooring was tile and laminate- nice and clean! The citrus trees in the backyard were lovely too.

Fit us well

Luciana is a great communicator. She was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. Kitchen has basic essentials. If you are planning on cooking alot, ask what is there. We were in and out and were able to cook what we needed with what was available.

Perfect house for kids!

Perfect house for kids! We had a great time staying at this property. Our kids loved the backyard and they had some toys at the house which our boys really enjoyed. The layout was great for sleeping and bathtime. Would highly recommend.

Great Location & Space

Excellent location and well-maintained property. Spent only two days, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Large indoor common rooms with large back patio and backyard area. Easy to gather with others, or find space off to yourself. Luciana was great and made sure everything was to our satisfaction after we arrived.

Great winter escape

We loved our 1 1/2 months at this home. It has everything you need. The outdoor TV and hot tub were great. Luciana was easy to work with and quick to respond. A patio chair broke and she immediately had two new ones delivered.

Great house!

Beautiful house in a great location! Luciana was easy to get a hold of and very friendly. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the area!! Loved the fruit trees in the back and you can’t beat a hot tub!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Privacy and Host

We stayed while searching to buy our new home. Came from Northern California and ended up staying 80 days as it took awhile to purchase! We loved this property so much that we actually miss it! Best location PERIOD!!! Private and Clean and a very gracious host as well in Luciana!! Highly recommended for short or long stays!! 10 out of 10!!!

Location, Privacy and a wonderful Host!

We were relocating from Northern California and stayed here until we bought our new house. Originally scheduled for 30 days, we ended up staying here for 80 days! There is not a better location for everything you need!! Communication with your host is wonderful and easy. We have 2 dogs and the yard is absolutely perfect for them to get exercise and be completely safe from getting out. We would highly recommend staying here for a weekend or for months at a time!

Very Peaceful Getaway

The house is very updated and clean with plenty of room. We really liked the backyard, multiple places to sit and an excellent hot tub to enjoy in the evening. Our dog loved the backyard, there was plenty of room for her to play in a safe area. Luciana was the best! If we had questions or needed anything she was always there to help us out. Enjoyed the fresh lemons and oranges from the backyard trees. We would highly recommend this property!

Relaxing Stay in Gorgeous Home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, leading up to Easter Sunday! When we walked in my teenage son told me he could live there! The pool table immediately caught his attention and provided hours of entertainment for him and my husband. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay, other than groceries and our personal effects, was there. Nothing was overlooked by our hosts - even the Keurig with Starbucks coffee! Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available, although we brought our own. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! After a long day, it was very nice to have a shower and fall into a super comfy bed. Great neighborhood with lots of shopping, restaurants, gas and grocery stores nearby. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a television (it was the room where my mom slept), but we have a Direct TV account so I set up my laptop for her to use in that room. It wasn't a problem for us. Our hostess, Luciana, was wonderful! I could not figure out how to lock the door so I contacted her through the HomeAway app and she responded within minutes to help me out. This new listing has been one of my favorites in my few years of using the service. I wish the hosts much success in their future! They're definitely providing a great experience for travelers. I highly recommend staying there.

Excellent!

Wow, the house was amazing. There are not complaints what so ever. They thought of everything that you would need while away and some. Very clean, comfortable beds even the top bunk, everything was in working order and location was close to everything you may need. Backyard was an oasis, very peaceful! Would stay here again if I come back to the Scottsdale area. Job well done!

Great Home!

Our family was in town to play in a baseball tournament. The location was convenient to jump on and off the 101 to get to the ball fields. The house was amazing, very clean, the owner evened stocked the Keurig with Starbucks! The hot tub was a bonus for the cool evenings. You can tell the owner had the vacationers interest in mind with all the amenities. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay. The only draw back was that there was no pool for those warm days but with our busy schedule, not sure we would have had time to enjoy it.

They thought of everything

Great find after our AirBNB booking was cancelled a month before our trip. I’m not sure what we could have wanted anything that was not provided. We were so impressed by the quality of everything - beds, showers, kitchen appliances, patio, hot tub, Kurig, and on and on. Details matter to this host with luxurious towels, quality place setting, stemware, a google assistant, garage door opener . . . We were 3 guys on a Spring Training long weekend. We got a lot of enjoyment out of the pool table. About the only negative I can think of is that the space for the pool table is not adequate. We made it work and still played many games. Thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back!
