The flat was perfectly clean, tidy, and in a great location - just 15 min walk from the beach, in a very quiet and secure area, away from noise and crowds, but still at a 20 min walk from the town centre. Plenty of restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and some minimarkets arpund. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of tools allowing you to cook your own meals (pretty much anything, really). The bathroom is decently sized, very thoroughly cleaned as well, and with a great shower. Showers are also available outside, to clean sandy feet before getting inside. We appreciated the washing machine (hard to find in vacation rentals), that allowed us to run 3-4 quick cycles during our stay, to get fresh clothes and beach towels. We also loved the beds, which have good, sturdy mattresses allowing a good rest after full days at the beach. Good outer space with table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining. The A/C works well, and it was a MUST to get decent sleeps at night, when temperatures don't drop any lower than 27-28 in August. A fan is also available. Finally, our host: what can I say about Angela? She is very responsive to messages and calls, and always eager to help even if she lives far away. I can only thank her for having let us stay at her place and enjoy the beauties of Salento. Angela has been one of the best hosts we've ever had... and we've used rentals 4-5 times a year, for the last 15 years - this tells you a lot. Enjoy!
