Hyggeligt, privat, og helt er dette bedårende stå alene hjemme i Santa Margarita. "Margarita" er bekvemt placeret midt i vores fantastiske San Luis Obispo County vinland. Kun 10 minutter til San Luis Obispo på den sydbundne HWY 101 og 20 minutter til Paso Robles på nordbundne HWY 101. Hjemmet er meget tæt på byen og et vidunderligt sted at gå. Du vil finde dette denne ejendom meget ren og veludstyret til dit ophold. Jeg sørger personligt for at alle sengetøj og møbler er i top stand til din komfort.

Shari is a great host and provides a clean welcoming experience. We have family in the area and this is our go to stay when we visit. And the location is perfect for visiting SLO or wine country (which we did!).

Shari’s home was absolutely lovely! I highly recommend staying here if in the Santa Margarita area. Her home was immaculate, bed & pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Our stay at Shari's place was outstanding! She was warm and welcoming, the little house was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the neighborhood and town were quiet and felt safe. The kitchen, laundry, bathroom and linen closet were all well stocked and contained everything we needed. We were able to cook several great meals for ourselves to save a few bucks on our trip, and after longer days of walking, hiking, and swimming, we had no problem getting comfortable and having restful nights of sleep. We highly recommend Shari's place!

A nice retreat

A cute, charming, clean and comfortable cottage with an accommodating owner. In a sleepy rural town a quick drive from San Luis Obispo, this was a nice place to wind down after graduation in SLO. Walking distance to a good breakfast and a few antique/vintage stores. .

Great place for a weekend getaway

Owner is very responsive and we particularly liked how well stocked the kitchen was. Only glitch was to find the house. This house is at the back of the property (with 2 houses on the same lot). Google Maps (and the map provided by the owner) took us to the driveway of the other house on the lot. One has to drive down the access road (which does not have a name) at the back of the house to get to the property. A map with detailed directions to the house would have been helpful.

Perfect Hideaway

Sheri’s Place was perfect! She’s a friendly host. And the house was clean, neat, inviting, cozy and less than ten minutes from the wedding venue. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Sweet stay in Santa Margarita

Very cozy with everything we needed during our weekend staying in Santa Margarita. We came to Santa Margarita for a wedding and Shari's place was just a mile away from the venue. The cottage was thoughtfuly decorated and she even left us a couple delicious pastries from a local bakery. The place was spotless, quiet, lots of blankets, towels, and everything in working order. I loved the print outs w/ maps and lists of local restaurants and attractions too. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone who plans to stay in the area!

Santa Margarita Gem

Shari’s Place is a very comfortable spacious cottage on a quiet private lane. With many special touches, the cottage has everything needed for cooking, relaxing, and restful sleep. We enjoyed walking the streets of the small friendly town of Santa Margarita and loved the hikes nearby at the Lake and beyond.

Cute cottage

Shari's place was perfect for my husband and I, in town to visit friends for a long weekend. It was clean, well equipped for basic cooking and food prep, and an all around cozy home.

Sharon was an amazing host, even had some wine and dessert for us upon our arrival. Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality. Santa Margarita is a great location, between Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo.

Charming Santa Margarita Getaway with Perfect Outdoor Spaces

The house was lovely and perfectly located for my stay. I could easily walk into town for a light meal or wine tasting at Ancient Peaks. It was also ideally situated between San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. The house itself was beautifully outfitted with everything I needed for a weekend away. I especially enjoyed the two outdoor seating areas where I could sit with my morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Wonderful, Clean and Cozy Place!

We enjoyed our stay at Shari’s place. From the moment we booked she was very communicative and responded promptly to all my inquiries! It is a nice and cozy home away from home. We enjoyed the privacy, cleanliness, and comfort of the home. She was gracious to welcome us with a bottle of really good wine. All the amenities listed were available that made for wonderful stay. We used the air fryer and it worked well. The place is nicely decorated, bathroom and bedroom are both spacious. WiFi worked well. Private parking was a plus! Check in and check out was seamless! Washer and dryer super beneficial for longer stays! Overall, great place, centrally located, and 2-3 minutes walk to the Main Street and local restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay Shari and Tim. We look forward to staying at your place again.

Cozy spot

Instructions for WiFi not clear. Different password on app and paper inside. Paper password is all uppercase, but we discovered it only works lower case. All in all, comfy little spot. Perfect for a couple day get away. Not having to clean anything at the end is a nice touch.

When it works, it works!!

Goodness, there are just so many positives of Shari’s Place that it’s difficult to write a review! We stayed at Shari’s Place while traveling for a wedding. The cottage was exactly as pictured except Shari had left pastries and wine (from the vineyard we attended the wedding at) for us and our arrival. Shari is an exceptionally thoughtful and intentional host and her place mirrors that. There are so many amenities that make this place feel perfect. We were able to cook for many meals and everything I could have possibly needed was there. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are down, and the cottage is very clean. An aunt of mine who has helped manage luxury rental properties for work stopped by before the wedding. After no more than a few minutes in Shari’s place she exclaimed, “wow when it works, it really does work!”. It truly is what a Vrbo or any vacation rental should be. We would love to return, there is so much to see and do but always so little time. When we do, Shari’s place is the obvious lodging choice.

NEW ITEMS: ALL NEW WINDOW COVERINGS, BETTER WI-FI, NEW SET OF SHEETS, NEW HALL CLOSET AND QUARTZ COUNTERS. FYI - The power went out yesterday, but our vacation rental had power because of our solar program with battery backup!!!

My husband purchased this property in 1982. Many things have happened between then and now, but it's our favorite house - loving it more than our residence next door! The front house was built by a carpenter. The back house was originally a garage and has expanded and improved throughout the years.

Cozy, comfortable, nice size rooms, storage, separate laundry room and you cannot help but feel a specialness while you are here. We are unique in that I think we are the only one bedroom in town and I will bet it is the cleanest! I actually use your cleaning fee to pay my excellent cleaners - and then, I look at it again and again.

In the living room you will find a new GOOD QUALITY sofa with a pull out standard bed. No middle bar and a comfortable, good mattress.
