We have stayed at several places in Canmore, and this is now our very favourite! The space is clean, peaceful, beautifully decorated, cozy and has everything you need to enjoy the best mountain getaway. From being greeted with local coffee, chocolate and beverages, to the supply of Rocky Mountain Soap Company products, the beautiful moutain view, the amazing pool and sauna area, and THE most comfortable bed we have had in a rental property, this place makes it hard to want to go home! The owner communicated clearly and timely, and we honestly have nothing but glowing reviews of this property. We will definitely be recommending this unit to family and friends, and hope to enjoy another stay in the future!

5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!Our stay at this beautiful mountain condo in Canmore was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The mountain views from the condo were breathtaking, and the location made exploring the area so easy.Check-in was quick and seamless, thanks to the hosts’ clear and helpful instructions. They were incredibly polite and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we booked. I’m a light sleeper and usually struggle with beds on vacation, but this one was wonderfully soft and comfortable—I slept better than I have in ages!The provided park pass was such a thoughtful touch and made our adventures even easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Canmore. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay. Unit was well supplied for a family with kids and the outdoor pool and hot tub was awesome! Troy provided clear instructions and was responsive to any questions or comments.

We stayed 6 nights in July while visiting Banff National Park. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location was convenient for day trips around the Banff and Lake Louise area. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Parking in the building was a plus too. The kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable place and was hard to leave when we moved on to the Jasper area and stayed in a hotel for a few days.

Great property- true to description!

Really lovely stay in Canmore. The property was as pictured and described and very clean. Having a pool and hot tub to relax in the evening was great. The hosts made check in and checkout very easy with an app, and provided helpful tips for where to visit and eat. The first night we had an issue with the fireplace and the owner was super responsive and fixed it right away! Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect Place!

My husband and I have been wanting to travel to Banff and we knew that we didn't want to be in the middle of it all. This was perfect! We loved that we could cook dinner every night, enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking, and sleep in the most comfortable bed! It was nice to enjoy dinner on the balcony, with the mountains in the background. The property was extremely clean and had all of the necessities to be comfortable for a week. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for the area. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was comfortable, roomy and was sufficiently supplied to allow us to cook dinner during our stay. All of the appliances were in good working order and the bed quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub enhanced our stay. The parking garage is large enough that we never had an issue finding a space. The condo was on the top floor, away from the elevator, which was beneficial in that it was very quiet.We would definitely stay here in the future.

Exploring the beautiful Rockies

This location was perfect for our needs. Not only was it walking distance to restaurants and shops but since it was more isolated it was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The space itself was ideal for the 2 of us. Kitchen to cook our own meals if wanted and a cozy couch to rest after a good day of hiking. Thank you Jayne and Troy for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Canmore Retreat

Our stay in the Raven Suite at Stoneridge was spectacular! The suite was fully equipped with everything one needs and the grounds were very nice. Check in/out was extremely easy and the hosts provided all the necessary information in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Canmore/Banff area.

Beautiful place

My husband and I visited Banff National Park and decided to stay in Canmore. I read lots of reviews on the area and fell in love with this place. Very clean, felt at home and great view from fourth floor. Stayed 7 nights and loved all our time in this great town.Thank you!

Exceptional property

This is an amazing property. It was clean and well stocked. They even had a Park Pass available to us. The hosts were very responsive. When we arrived we asked our host if they had a blender. They did not, but dropped off a new top of the line blender the next day. This is one of the best VBRO rentals that we have had.

Great Home Base for Canadian Rockies Vacation

The Raven Suite was perfect for our vacation. It is located close to Canmore town center and is only a short drive to Banff. The condo was exactly as it was described online. We arrived to a clean and well-equipped temporary home. The owners kept in touch and checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. The local products left for our use were fantastic and appreciated. I highly recommend the Jaybird suites for anyone planning a similar vacation.

Three Great Nights in Canmore

Súper easy check in and instructions. Free garage parking is very convenient and safe. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. No issues at all with the lodging. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommended for the apt itself and the amenities (communal heated pool & hot tub; convenient Black Dog cafe; and nearby eateries).

Charming condo in Canmore

We were very pleased with this property. A lot of extra touches-drinks, coffee, park passes, fluffy towels, comfy pillows, special toiletries. We did a lot of exploring of the area and it was nice to go back to our temporary home. We felt very safe here.

Perfect!

My daughter and I were completely comfortable at the Raven Suite. We appreciated the clear arrival directions, spotless & safe accommodations and particularly comfortable bed. The space allowed us to spread out and prepare meals. The pool and hot tub, which we used briefly, were lovely too. Naturally we spent most of our time adventuring and it was a pleasure to have a safe space to return to. The hosts were attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. There are many places in walking distance and the town of Canmore is charming.

25th Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful fully appointed suite. Great view of the mountain range. Cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. The hosts’ (Troy and Jayne) hospitality was fantastic and provided timely and clear helpful communications. We really felt welcomed from the beginning and felt appreciated as we left. Our stay was very pleasant and we’d highly recommend Jaybird to others.

Our stay here was exceptional! Two tvs outfitted with fire sticks meant there was no lack of programming and movies for down time. It was beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked so cooking was an easy task. Even a slow cooker for days spent on the slopes. Beautiful bathroom. Large tub and separate large shower. A games cupboard, washer dryer and barbecue on the deck rounded out the experience. We’ll definitely book this condo again. 10/10

Just book it!

This was our second stay with Jayne & Troy. The Raven Suite was great! The location was super convenient to do a bit of shopping, and you have lots of options for restaurants in Canmore. Just hop on the Trans Canada highway and you're in Banff in no time. The unit was super clean, and well appointed, with all you will need to enjoy some meals in the suite if you're tired from hiking all the great trails that are just minutes from the resort--while you take in the amazing views from the living room window!

Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay. Traveled back-and-forth to Banff area activities for the four days that we were there. Thank you for the park pass. We used the pool and hot tub. We lucked out with the weather. Canmore is a cute town with lots to see and do. The condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay! We would definitely come back.
