Altid sommer - Bedøvelse 5 soveværelser, 3. 5 bad Crystal Beach (East Destin) ferie udlejning! Gæsterne bydes velkommen af en plantage stil veranda med gammeldags gyngestole for et strejf af sydlige klasse! Ved ankomsten til ejendommen ud til venstre er en af to master suiter med komplet badeværelse. Lige til højre er et stort åbent opholdsområde. Spisestuen har spiseplads til 8 sammen med dejlige franske døre, der fører til poolen og adgang til en halv bad. Det åbne køkken har en ø med plads til to, og den udenfor køkkenet har tilbage dæk / pool dæk adgang. Det andet niveau tilbyder fire soveværelser herunder en anden King Master Suite med et fuldt privat badeværelse og balkon adgang. Et værelse med en dronning, et værelse med en dronning + twin seng, en sjov køjerum til børnene og en fuld hal badeværelse. Denne ejendom har også på stedet vaskeri tilgængelig fra det ydre af hjemmet. Der er masser af udendørs siddepladser og samle områder omkring poolen. This was an awesome family vacation!

I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to enjoy an incredible family vacation. We had three generations under one roof, and it was phenomenal! This is the type of place you want to visit every year.

Always Summer

We had an amazing stay! This property is spacious and clean, the walk to the beach is very manageable and the check in/out process was by far the easiest we have experienced with any previous properties.

Great Place

Perfect stay for our family. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Pool is more of a sports pool but big enough to jump in and cool off or play some volleyball. Kitchen is very well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

House was great, location was easy to to access the beach. We weren’t able to use the pool unsure if the heater didn’t work or it’s just not available. Cute room very spacious kids enjoyed their rooms.

Wonderful Management

We had an amazing time. We had problem with fridge and someone was there within an hour and a new fridge within a couple of hours. Wonderful location!!

Great family vacation

Destin is our new favorite place. We had 14 in our family stay and was comfortable for all of us. Location was great and we loved the house and pool. Only improvement needed is appliances, washer was not the best and the stove also. Would definitely return though - thank you!

If the weather would have been better our trip would have been much better.

The property was nice. It needed a little painting & TLC on the back lower deck near the outside laundry room. Laundry room could use some work as well. Washer and dryer were great.

Amazing Vacation!

ALWAYS SUMMER delivered! The home was spacious and had all the amenities you needed while on vacation! The pool was clean, the rooms had an abundance of storage, and you had all the pot and pans you needed to feel at home. The adults were able to enjoy morning coffee on their own bedroom balconies. Spring Break 2024

We loved our stay at Barracuda- the locations is amazing - so close to the beach and to great shopping/dining. The house was big and had tons of places to hang out. I think the things that would improve the stay would be to add a few more things to the kitchen- a couple of good pots/pans. The non-stick enamel was coming off a lot of them and that is not great for cooking. Also cushions for the outdoor chairs would be amazing- they are super hard and the pool area is a nice place to hang out! Overall great stay- would love to return again.

Perfect House & Location

This place was perfect overall! Ocean Reef was great to work with and very accommodating. IThe only thing I wish we knew has to do with the beach access and "chair/umbrella" policy. The instructions told us we could not bring our own and that there was ONE company to call for us to rent them. The price was ridiculously expensive. Furthermore, there are public accesses all over that DO allow folks to bring their own.

We recently stayed at this crystal beach property. The house is a quick less than two minute walk to the beach. My children ages 9 to 3 had no complaints. The house was larger than we needed. Two families could definitely stay at this property. The pool is shaded so it was cold. However my children did go in it for a short time. The check-in process was very easy. The management company was very responsive. It’s a short walk to Camille’s for food. The area is perfect. Plenty of dining nearby. Would definitely say again. Five stars Easily!

Property was great, only minor inconveniences

The property is beautiful. It's a five minute walk or less to the beach. It's a short drive to great restaurants and entertainment for the family. Unfortunately, we had to spend a lot of time with the management company as the internet service was spotty for the majority of our stay. Dan (management company representative) was apologetic, and spent a lot of time trying to correct the issue, which we appreciated. There was also a family of bees on the back patio near the pool, which made it impossible to enjoy that portion of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the beauty and layout of the house, and would definitely seek booking there again.

The photos of house are very deceiving! The house needs a lot of work. Back fence falling off, front and back of outside need cleaning and painting, mold and mildew in upstairs bathrooms. Needs more in the way of ice machine and was shocked we had to buy our own propane for grill. Have stayed up and down Destins coast for years and was truly disappointed in this house.

Book this adorable home today!!!

Girls trip in April!! My 3 girlfriends and I visited Destin and spent a lot of time researching properties. These photos don’t do it justice. We each had our own bedroom with plenty of room to spare. Most of us had individual bathrooms. One of the post was misleading because they made it sound like the property was old and outdated. I’m not sure if that was the case when they stayed there and if since the property was updated. But we were beyond pleased with the property. I stayed in the primary bedroom on the first floor and was loved the master bath… the shower…modern glass… tile and double sinks. How far to the beach? Only about a seven minute walk. How far to restaurants? Always less than a 10 minute drive unless we went to a fancy restaurant which was less than 20 minutes. We’re already talking about returning with our spouses.

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!

We really all were stunned by how beautiful the property was! The pool was the perfect size for us, it was really clean when we arrived, they had fresh linens and towels for us to use, and the body soaps were awesome in my opinion. The house is super close to EVERYTHING in town! I hope to rent this again in the future! We had a great stay!

This house was very nice and clean. It has everything we needed. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not heated for the winter and it very rarely gets any sun to warm it up. Other than the pool the house was wonderful.

October Break

Everything was great. Only thing I would note is that the pool is not heated. Kind of put a damper with four kids not doing a lot of swimming the whole week. But overall, great time and house!
