Get ready to feel the ocean breeze in one of the most popular spots along the Gulf Coast. With 4,806 square feet of luxurious living space, expansive balconies, and a private pool, this two-story home is sure to provide you with the relaxing vacation you have been hoping for.
Located in a gated beach community on Holiday Isle, Island Blue is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home that can accommodate up to eleven guests. The master suite and guest suite have a king bed with private bathrooms and access to one of the four expansive porches. In the third bedroom is a queen bed; in the bunk room, you will find a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over queen bunk bed.
Take a step inside and the spacious living room will offer a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of adventure and fun. The living area will transition into the generous kitchen with granite countertops, a considerable amount of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances; you will surely have everything you need and more!
Enjoy the beautiful views of Destin Harbor from any of the four porches, take a dip in the private saltwater pool, or take a bike ride with our four adult bikes included in your rental. With access to both the East Pass beach and Gulf beach and a picturesque home to unwind and relax in, you are sure to enjoy your much-needed vacation here at Island Blue!
*An additional pool heat fee of $300 is required to heat the pool and must be arranged before your stay.

It’s was a great place but the upstairs bunk room door didn’t stay shut and I contacted the owner with no response! And we did see a few roaches in the kitchen and living room!

We booked this property for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and were really looking forward to a fun, relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.Upon arrival, the cleanliness was a major concern. The pool was dirty, there were cigarettes and matches left around the pool area, and several items inside the home were not properly cleaned. The coffee pot and dishes had visible mold, which was very concerning. The dishwasher was not working, and there was also a leak under one of the bathroom sinks.Additionally, there was broken furniture, which made parts of the home unusable and raised safety concerns.We did report these issues and provided photos. The host did offer a partial credit, which we appreciate, but it did not fully reflect the condition of the property or the impact on our stay—especially given this was a special occasion.I would recommend future guests confirm the current condition of the property before booking. This home has potential, but it needs significant attention to cleanliness and maintenance to meet expectations.

Once we became fully aware of the concerns, we addressed them internally with our housekeeping team to ensure this is not repeated moving forward. We also worked directly with you to resolve the situation and provided the compensation requested, as you had expressed a preference to handle things amicably. The home overall was very nice, but could use some attention in areas. The stovetop is missing the markings to show the temperatures.(I marked it with a marker) The oven won't heat past 250 degrees. The home could use some updated pots and pans as well. The ones there are in very worn out shape. I am a custom home builder so I'm very familiar with the type of exterior doors. For safety reasons some of the doors are very hard to or won't latch and need to be adjusted so they lock easier. The lighting in the upper master is very dimly lit and one of the bulbs is out. suggest changing the bulbs to LED with a higher lumins. The outdoor grills propane bottle was empty so we attempted to use it unsuccessfully. The provided pull cart that's used to haul items to the beach has two broken rear wheels and needs to be thrown away and replaced. Please understand that this is not intended to be a complaint. We were very satisfied with the stay. The place could use a little attention and maintenance for a convenient stay.
