The view and location of this unit are a 12 out of 10. AMAZING. We chose this unit because of its proximity to the pool and beach—perfect. Husband played golf every day and I had options of either pool or beach —without having to use the trolly—or stay on balcony and view both of them. Unit is very spacious and clean. Welcome package was very nice and starter sets had enough supplies for the week.

Wonderful family vacation

Everything about the stay was perfect! The location was a short walk to the beach, which was perfect with little kids, the pool never felt crowded, every room had views of the water, and the unit had everything we needed. We will be back!

My stay in Hilton Head was overall okay, but it had a mix of good and bad points. The location was nice and the property had potential, but old, worn-out mattresses made sleeping hard, and finding a cockroach in the bathroom ruined the experience. The Good • Nice overall location on Hilton Head Island • Decent amount of space and okay room layout • Calm and quiet neighborhood feel The Bad • Mattresses felt old, hard, and need to be replaced • Found a cockroach crawling in the bathroom • Cleanliness fell short of basic expectations Final Verdict The stay was just okay. It was fine for a quick roof over our head, but I cannot recommend it until they fix the bugs and buy new beds.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your stay. The property is treated on a monthly basis by a local pest control company and unfortunately this time of year it isn't unusual to see a palmetto bug during your stay. If you contact us in the future we can have an additional pest control treatment. I will give the owner your feedback regarding the mattresses. Regards The Vacation Company

Great LOCATION and Great rental!

The stay was well worth the extra we paid for the location. The condo was spacious even through we had 5 people. The balcony overlooking the pool and Ocean couldn't have been any better. The beach with private path made for effortless beach day set up. I would rent this condo again in the future.

Great property, great location

The property, the view and the location were amazing. Would have appreciated a heads up as they were painting the outside of the building our entire stay. Sometimes it was even difficult to enter the condo but the condo itself was great. We would definitely go back.

Location was excellent, quiet and not crowded at all. Few small things needed to be fixed in the condo but nothing that affected our stay . Pool had a sign that said closed and didn’t say that in the listing but still enjoyed our stay .

Lovely unit

This is the third time we have stayed in Beachside Tennis, and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. The views and setting are great. We enjoyed looking out over the pool. The unit is very comfortable. My only complaints are that none of the sliding doors seemed to lock, and we were not left with the proper code for the pool. Minor things though--we would stay again and would recommend.

Summer Fun

I love this area. I have stayed at these condos twice now. These are the only complaints i have about this condo. The bathrooms need a little updating. Also, we had trouble getting the lock to work properly sometimes. Other than that we totally enjoyed tge condo and the area. The condo is perfect for two couples because you can totally close off your bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Thank you for the stay.

1855 Beach Tennis- great stay!

My spouse and I stayed for seven nights. The unit was well spacious and equipped- fast internet for doing a bit of work, kitchen equipped for all meals, washer/dryer, beach towels, smart tvs in each room, balcony was furnished and clean. I his unit was on the second floor next to the stairwell so easy access and there was an elevator for bringing up suitcases and groceries. The unit had a wonderful of the pool, beautiful landscaping, and the Calibogue sound. We even saw deer several times in the yard and the beach dunes. It was great to be on the beach! Beach Tennis is a short walk from the South Beach racquet club offering tennis and pickleball. The Salty Dog cafe was great for breakfast and ice cream later in the day. We enjoyed our stay and it is one of the best all around condos we’ve stayed in on Hilton Head.
