Vand udsigt fra hvert værelse! Denne smukke 2 soveværelser, 2 bad beachfront villa har et opdateret køkken med Corian tællere samt trægulve. Beliggende på 1. sal ser denne vidunderlige havpine villa ud over poolen til vandet og Daufuskie Island. Du kan gå lige ud fra stuen til dit dæk med et spisebord og nem adgang til det smukke poolområde. Villaens hovedområde omfatter et åbent køkken med morgenmadsbar, spiseplads med plads til 6 og stue med stort fladskærms-tv. Det store soveværelse er indrettet med king sengetøj og har et privat en-suite badeværelse. Gæsteværelset har 2 queensize senge og har eget bad. Føreren og gæstesoveværelset har begge adgang til dæk, perfekt til at nyde din morgenkaffe.

Ud over en smuk swimmingpool på stedet og beboernes grillområde er du inden for gåafstand til den fortryllende South Beach Marina Village. The location was amazing. The condo was well appointed with the necessities. The beach gear credit was a great benefit. The communication with the rental company was easy & very professional. We were a last minute rental & they made sure we had everything we needed in expedited time. I would suggest updating some of the decor & furnishings. They were adequate but could be improved. A new set of wine glasses would be a nice addition. All in all it was a great rental & we would definitely come back again!

The pool was lovely. I loved this area. We saw dolphins every day on our walk on the sound/beach. We could walk right across the street to Salty Dog.

Perfect location! Loved the proximity to the beach, the pool and the Salty Dog! The condo was clean and spacious! Only issue was the shower curtain rod in the second bathroom kept falling down.... nothing a new one wouldn't fix!

Amazing Family vacation

We had an amazing time! Location is perfect. Pool right out back. The pool gate lock is terrible and needs to replaced. Pool was clean and fun! Two easy access points for the beach. Some of the sprinkler times were strange and kind of annoying when going back and forth from the pool or beach to the condo. The GPS will want you to turn early keep going another 200 ft and youre there! We had dolphins every day at the beach! beautiful birds! Could not be better knowing the kids are safe to run around and be kids! Golf in sea pines was first class.

Yearly stay

The location of the condo was perfect! Being on the first floor, so close to the pool and the beach was amazing! The views were incredible as well. We loved getting to see the deer every day. The condo was very nice as well. We loved the wrap around porch and the individual porches as well. The kitchen and the bathrooms could use an update but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Quaint beach condo with great access

We really enjoyed our stay here. While it's a little dated, it's clean and cute, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family staying for a beach week. Nice views of the interior courtyard and pool - with access right from your deck and just a short walk to the beach access from there. Location is also ideal for bike rides to the Salty Dog and local racquet club (tennis, pickleball). Couldn't have been happier!

Overused furnishings and lighting

We both felt the furniture was very uncomfortable because it was so old. The sofa and chair in the living room sunk down, and the blankets, cushions had an odor which was unpleasant. The lighting was very inadequate, and when we attempted to change a light bulb, it caused the circuit breaker to pop. We have stayed at Beachside tennis for many years, and this was the first unit that we felt lacked attention updating and proper cleanliness.

Great location!

Well appointed. Spacious. Bathrooms could use updating. MBR king bed is lumpy but mostly comfortable. Great views of Calibogue Sound.

Nice place great location

Location location location amazing. General amenities were fine. Front screen door was sticking and some of the wooden pieces appeared stressed or broken. The appliances were out dated. Rear of place was great.

Amazing

Perfect location!! Great for kids (place had a pack n play, booster seat, umbrella stroller, baby gate). 2 min walk to the beach. Seriously perfect!!!

Beach getaway coincides with tropical storm

Condo condition is well used but comfortable for a few days at the beach. Pool and beach just outside our deck. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Vacation Company Management and Property Manager were responsive to our needs and provided regular email updates.

Great location!

We loved everything about this place. When entering Sea Pines, get a week pass for parking or you will have to pay $9.00 every time you enter the Sea Pines Resort.

Good Friends

Condo was perfect for 2 couples with 2 master suites with decks. Lots of deck space for drinks, dinner, and sunset views. Beautiful grounds and views. Only problem with the unit is the very poor maintenance of the building. All of the decking needs to be replaced. One of the bedroom decks has a hole big enough for an adult foot. Sliding doors need replaced.

Great Location, Tired Condo

We love Sea Pines and especially South Beach. We found the condo with a well stocked kitchen and a good layout. The patio and the proximity to the beach was a definite treat. The furniture needs cleaning as it is worn and dirty. The towels were thin, small, gray and rough. I washed them before we used them. They were what you would expect to find at a cheap motel not a Sea Pines rental. Finally the shower fixtures in the room with 2 beds is broken. It is not possible to adjust. It is either scalding or cold. We were hoping to use the grills but the code for the pool did not work.

Great Family Vacation!!

We loved this property at Sea Pines. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location. Loved being able to walk over to the Salty Dog for a bite to eat or some ice cream😃

Place is perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. Watched dolphins every night. Not sure how you can improve upon this place. Discounts with bikes/beach stuff outweigh bennes you get thru Sea Pines resort, which aren’t much. This is the place.

Sea Pines Getaway

Great location, right next to the pool and very short walk to beach. Accommodation was spacious and exterior decking to sit outside. We enjoyed the short walk to Salty Dog Cafe.

Quick trip

Love this particular location. Wife and I dropped daughter off at Disney College Program, decided to stay a few days at the beach on the way back. Property was fine, is due for some updates. Would have been nice to know MTC would be working on unit…scrapping and painting front door, not a problem, just would have preferred to know

Family Getaway

Great location for walks on the beach, bike rides and enjoyable dining. We have stayed on this property location twice now and we will be back again. Wonderful stay on HHI like always.
