We loved this unit for our stay with 3 littles. The unit was clean with a good view. The walk in kiddie pool and on site restaurant were huge pluses for us. The host was quick and helpful with all communication! Would definitely recommend.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great experience. Only downside was the balcony was "closed". There was a sign on the slider stating this was due to maintenance. During my entire stay, I did not observe any work being done on the building balconies during the hours described on sign. Suspicious 🧐

Could have been cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was somewhat mediocre, as in very dated furnishings and not as clean as one would expect. There was sand on the floor and in one of the beds. Very dark interior, especially the kitchen. The balcony was nasty with two rugs full of sand wadded up in a corner and worn furnishings that needed cleaning. I would not stay there again, frankly. The rental agency screwed up the check out date and had us leaving one day sooner than what we signed up for.

Review of Ariel Dunes 1; unit 404

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience with this unit was fine overall. liked it well enough to reserve for 2022-2023. HOA, however was a little clunky in response broken elevators, dog poop next to building and smoke alarm troubles.

Winter in 904 Ariel Dunes 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the unit. Clean, well decorated and well managed. We have been spending winters in this building for 10+ years and 904 is a favorite. Not too impressed, however, with the HOA. Constant, winter long troubles with elevators, dog dirt all over grounds and balky smoke alarms would be highlights.

Aw - thank you soooo much for the wonderful review and perfect scores! We so appreciate the continued loyalty and the opportunity to welcome you home again and again. I'd also like to thank you for stopping in to let us know you accidentally mistyped on the review - and the unit is AD0404 not AD0904 and I am making note of this for you in our response as we relayed - so that we can "correct" the mistype for you. Thank you again for the wonderful scores and we can't wait to welcome you home again!

No to Seascape Unit 404

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view. Unit was dark. Dining room light flickered. Unit floor was full of sand. I had to sweep the floor so I could walk. Only two forks and spoons. Kitchen is not properly equipped. Outdoor terrace was filthy. Cigarette butts, glass, dental picks, sand and dirt embedded into the rug under the table. Will not return to Seascape

Perfect for a 2 night stay

Great location and place. The only problem was there was only one parking pass issued when I was told 2 were going to be issued. Also if you are staying longer, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, laundry soap, and bathing necessities. Great stay overall.
