We are so glad to hear that you loved the house and had a great stay. It is correct that you may have to walk through the outflow of Eastern Lake to get to the dry sand beach. This is a constantly changing occurrence as the lake depth rises and falls. The Eastern Lake outflow is however an amazing place for young children when the Gulf may be rough, our when they are just looking for a place with calm water. It's especially popular in the Spring when it is generally warmer than the Gulf. It's just a natural occurrence in our area. Fortunately, there is a continuously dry sand entrance a block away that you can also utilize, and then walk back down to the Eastern Lake public beach area. We are fortunate to have both options. We look forward to welcoming you back again!

Christa- So glad to hear you enjoyed your quiet get-a-way on 30A. Our Seagrove/Eastern Lake neighborhood is heavily wooded, with nice lot sizes, just overall tucked away and quiet. And yet with all of that, we are minutes from one of the largest public beach accesses on 30A. If. you are looking to be close to everything 30A has to offer but want a relaxing home base, Ms Millie's Cottage is the right choice. Trent- We were very happy to welcome you back to Ms Millie's Cottage. Sounds like your second stay was as good as your first. We do try to make sure that all of your cooking needs are meet. There are wonderful restaurants all along 30A but is also really nice to pick up the fresh catch from Buddy's Seafood Market or prime meats from The Salty Butcher and have an excellent meal in. Sarah-We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay at Ms Millie's Cottage. Our location really can't be beat. We are so close the the beautiful Eastern Lake public beach access which is one of the largest and least crowded public beach access on 30A. With the opening of the Greenway Station complex we now have a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants within a quick 5 minute walk from the house. Our calm, wooded neighborhood is a quiet respite from some of the Spring Break crowds in other areas along 30A. Location, location, location, Ms Millie's can't be beat! Brandy- I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and noticed the terrific job our cleaning people do. They really are fantastic and we could not be successful without them. The golf cart is a great add on for young kids. Even though we are a short 7 minute walk to the beach, the beach gear and tired kiddos can be a lot at the end of the day. The golf cart is definitely not necessary, but does make life easier for the parents :) I sure hope we can welcome you back soon-Tim
