30A Blue is the spectacular, expertly-remodeled and thoughtfully designed beach house you have been waiting for. All new in 2022, our home is in the highly sought after area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. We are South of 30A and under a 3-minute walk to the beach or community pool (unheated). The neighborhood is calm and quiet with a wooded nature while being minutes from the expansivePublic Beach access at Eastern Lake, no private beach concerns. The location could not be more perfect for sun, sand, pool time, and relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in booking a PET STAY or a SPRING BREAK STAY, please reach out prior to booking. We do require PRE-APPROVAL for both of these instances.

Once you arrive at 30A Blue, you will see that our home has been designed for your every convenience and comfort. Better than new, our home has been remodeled from top-to-bottom, inside and out. The first and second floor wrap around porches offer plenty of choices for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. Listen to the waves and catch cool ocean breezes from the second floor porch, while the 'kids at heart' enjoy the first floor side porch with a hanging chair and fun outdoor games. Step inside and prepare to be wowed with sunny and bright, open-concept living. From gathering for family meals or laughter-filled family game and movie nights, to creating gourmet meals, our indoor space provides room for everyone. The living room offers comfy seating options and a wonderful fireplace for the cooler winter months. A large farmhouse dinning table seats 6 and the breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. The gourmet kitchen has all the bells and whistles for the chefs in the group. The kitchen is fully stocked from the gas range, French-door refrigerator, microwave drawer and dishwasher to the blender, toaster, pancake griddle, waffle maker, and options for your morning brew include a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine. We have provided it all for you.

30A Blue has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find the bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twins total). The bunk room has a large closet and 2 fun, hang-out chairs so the kids can have their own special space. Next to the bunk room is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs you will find 2 primary suites. Each has a wonderful king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double sink vanities and a beautiful walk-in shower. We have also provided desk space in each of the suites if working while away is necessary. Additionally, each suite has its own entrance to a private outdoor space.

Outdoors 30A Blue has multiple porch options. The front porch is great for relaxing before and after the beach. The lower side porch has a large bench and hooks and serves as a perfect location for all of your beach gear. The back of the lower porch is the 'kids porch' with a fun hanging chair, an outdoor Connect 4 game, and outdoor Bags. The upper porches, both back and front, are wonderful for listening to the ocean and catching soft ocean breezes. At the back of the house you will find the grilling deck with a propane Weber grill, table for 4, outdoor shower, and beach chairs and umbrellas. We have provided 6 back-pack, beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use. At the front of the house, 30A Blue has driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

If you are interested in renting a Golf Cart during your stay at 30A Blue we have one 6 seat, electric golf cart exclusively for the use of our guests at 30A Blue and 30A by Kaja. For either property it is available on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in golf cart rental during your stay please inquire as to its availability. The cost is $600 for stays 5 nights or more, and $400 for stays 4 nights or less. The golf cart must be rented for the full duration of your stay.

Pet owners can delight knowing 30A Blue is a pet friendly house. Please note that ALL PET STAYS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please reach out prior to booking so we can discuss terms. Non-shedding, dogs under 40lbs, with extremely diligent owners are preferred. The pet fee is $250. Exceptions may be made for 2 very small dogs but this is on a case-by-case basis and will involve a second pet fee. Please be aware that all visiting dogs are prohibited from the beaches in Walton Co. per Walton Co. regulations. This includes all of 30A.

30A Blue is the perfect getaway for a family, 2 couples traveling with children or a family traveling with extended family. Our tight-knit neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and vacation rentals always looking out for one another. Parties and loud, rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. After booking, a copy of the valid drivers license/ID will be required from the primary renter. The primary renter is required to stay on property for the duration of the rental. 30A Blue is sure to become your favorite Seagrove Beach getaway.

This is our 2nd remodeled home on this street. We absolutely love the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach. When this home became available we knew we could make it into something special

Proximity to the beach is under a 3 minute walk, that was a huge selling point for us. Additionally the added benefit of having the community pool so close by. Listening to to waves from the upstairs porches is wonderfully relaxing
