The lady and family were wonderful and fantastic people. We still ask you to apologize but we had a problem with the air conditioning (brand new and of the best brand) as the electronic board was faulty but we had to wait 3 days for the replacement as the problem occurred Friday night. We apologize again for the inconvenience that occurred. Warm regards sincerely Monica
