Casita Artista-

Slap af i en dejlig Santa Fe casita; sæt dine fødder op, gør dig derhjemme. For nylig renoveret i ægte Santa Fe-stil, det ene soveværelse, en badenhed har en kunstners fornemmelse af stil og farve. Originale kunstværker findes i hele casitaen (Denver-kunstneren Patricia Zilinski er med).
Nyd din første kop kaffe for dagen på dit private dæk, mens du ser på de mystiske Sangre de Christo-bjerge. De lokale fugle vil være din serenade.
Udforsk Santa Fe… Plaza er blot blokke væk, og Canyon Road er så tilgængelig til fods. Casita ligger lige ved Artist Road, hvilket gør Santa Fe-skiområdet og 10.000 bølger så tæt på. Santa Fe Opera er let at komme til ... afslutte din dag med underholdning i verdensklasse om sommeren. Eller smag med din yndlingscocktail på Casita-dækket, før en fabelagtig middag i byen.
For koldt til at sidde udenfor? En velsmagende ild i Pueblo-stil pejs med en kop te eller et glas vin vil varme dig op!
Fra gaden parkering ved siden af den coyote indhegnede have gør ankomst let. Adgang er til et stort fuldt udstyret køkken og morgenmadsområde. Gulv i rød mursten og en pejs, der arbejder i træ, bidrager til stemningen; et højt loft og ovenlys lyser køkkenområdet.
Stuen har flisegulve, en kiva-pejs og vigas, som alle tilføjer Santa Fe-atmosfæren. Sofaen er også en queensize sovesofa til rådighed for ekstra gæster. En læderstol med fodskammel giver et behageligt sted at nyde en lokkende ild i kiva-pejsen.
Lige ud af stuen er et stort badeværelse med brusebad, varmelamper og ekspansiv tæller. En vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i placeret i badeværelset. Det store soveværelse har trægulve med en queensize smedejernsseng.
For prisen finder du ikke en bedre værdi for denne fantastiske placering. Sørg også for, at din korttidsleje er lovlig og har en tilladelse fra byen Santa Fe. Vi har en tilladelse.

Just finished a wonderful stay in Santa Fe! This was a perfect home base - easy walk or drive to the plaza and easy access to highways to head out for day trips. The courtyard is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Bob is a wonderful host and very attentive and responsive. I’m looking forward to my next stay!!

The Casita Artista is a lovely place to call home while in Santa Fe. It has everything, and then some, a guest might need or want! It gets top marks for cleanliness, comfort, decor including wonderful artworks, and convenience. I loved spending mornings on the porch sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains while planning my day. Parking was good. is in a very nice neighborhood and easy walking distance to the Plaza, museums, shops and restaurants. I appreciated the call from the owner to find out if I was enjoying my stay there. Santa Fe is my favorite city to visit and I look forward to staying at Casita Artista again.

Great location, easy to get to town, hiking trails, & galleries, bonus- dedicated parking spot. Very comfortable for one couple, plus small dog- 2blocks to park & dog park. Nice small private sitting area & yard. Kitchen well equipped for meals. Very responsive host.

Perfect for walking

The location of this property was ideal for being able to walk into downtown and get coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Perfect size for me and offstreet parking was ideal.

A Place To Relax

We enjoyed our stay at the casita over Thanksgiving. Very cozy and a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Both the queen bed and sofa bed worked well for our needs.

Just the right size and close to town

We enjoyed staying at this place. We were able to walk to the old town where there are many galleries, shops, and points of interest. The "casita" was very comfortable and had a well-supplied kitchen. Having the washing machine inside was a real plus. Thank you for a great stay.

A true find!

The casita was warm and welcoming, well-equipped, with a great fenced backyard. The location was very convenient to many of Santa Fe's treasures. A block away was Ft. Marcy park - a wonderful destination for a swim and to take our dog for a morning walk.Hope to return in the future.

Charming, well-located casita

We enjoyed our stay in this charming adobe casita. It is in a great location -- an easy walk to the central plaza square, restaurants, churches and museums, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We also enjoyed morning coffee and late afternoons on the outdoor porch and fenced in garden and patio.

Wonderful Place in Santa Fe!

This place was wonderful! It was very convenient to walk to the plaza and Canyon Road. We enjoyed the back yard for our dog. It was also convenient to the road that leads to the mountains. Everything was provided in the place. Fantastic communication! Thank you!!

Great stay in a super town. Lots to do in and around Santa Fe and the Casita is a wonderful place to relax after a day of sight seeing. The Casita had everything we needed for our two week stay. And it was fun. We got to use a red toaster and a powerful red blender. The bed was super comfy. The washer/dryer was easy to use and very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect home base

I came to Santa Fe for a workshop, and used the casita as my home base. I wanted a place that gave me a Santa Fe vibe - not a generic hotel feel. It fit the bill perfectly and I enjoyed coming home each evening and spending a little time in the garden. The location was great and the casita had everything I needed. I felt comfortable that my host would be available if I needed any help. It began to feel like home after a week, and I hated to leave!

Good Location

The location of this property was ideal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed and the scent free linens and towels. I found the interior of the property to be very dark and depressing. The one window air conditioning unit in the living room was not sufficient to cool the entire casita. Central air conditioning and updated decor would make this a 5 star plus location.

In summer, the Casita Artista is usually a cool oasis during the heat of the day, perfect for a traditional Siesta. In winter it is a warm, cozy retreat. Our guest experienced Santa Fe during an extreme heat event all over the southwest U.S. Normal high summer temps are mid 80's during the day and mid 50's at night. The High Desert (7,000 ft above sea level) climate is dry with low humidity; we have a window AC unit in the living room, ceiling fan in the bedroom, and several free standing movable fans if needed. Because of the dry climate and high altitude, AC is rarely needed

Wonderful Week at the Casita Artista

We came to NM for business, leisure, and seeing friends from 20yrs ago. Our stay at Casita Artista helped us accomplish all of these. We were able to walk to the Plaza for dinner, shopping, meeting friends, sightseeing - only about a 10 minute walk. As a home base for hiking and exploring the NP and historical sites, the Casita was perfect - Bandelier, Los Alamos, Puye Cliff Dwellings, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Tsankawi - we could do these in the mornings and still be back to enjoy downtown Sante Fe. Both the Host and the local contacts were prompt in replying to any concerns. Would stay at the Casita Artista again if visiting Sante Fe again.

Santa Fe is in many ways the cultural hub of New Mexico if not the western US. Being one of the oldest cities in North America, it has a long and intriguing history. Because of its history and diversity, Santa Fe has attracted people who love the beauty of the high desert along with the freedom and creativity of the West. We both hope that you enjoy your stay at our condo and your time in Santa Fe.

As they say in real estate, Location, Location, Location!!! We are blocks from the Plaza and Canyon Road. To explore downtown, we park the car and walk.
