Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting the many features you enjoyed, including the well-stocked kitchen, convenient location, pool, parking, and our team's responsiveness. We understand that pest activity impacted your experience; however, several of the concerns mentioned were not reported to us during your stay, which limited our ability to investigate and address them at the time. As with all properties in Maui's tropical climate, occasional encounters with pests can occur despite regular professional pest control services provided by the HOA. When you notified us of activity, we promptly arranged treatment and remained available to assist. We take great pride in providing clean, comfortable accommodations and responsive service, and we always encourage guests to reach out right away if anything falls short of expectations so we can help. Thank you again for your feedback, and guest comfort remains our top priority. -Albert M., Maui Paradise Properties 🌺
