Hodnett Cooper is very pleased to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 217 features new furnishings, an upgraded kitchen, and tile flooring.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Excellent St. Simon’s Condo!

This property was excellent, clean, and comfortable. Location was convenient to town/shops/eating. Only steps away from private beach access and a lovely community pool. We will definitely stay again!

Fourth of July Getaway!

We come to St. Simon’s every year for the week of the 4th. This was our first time in this condo and we will absolutely be back! The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. A very clean property and everything worked great! Easy access to the beach and pool! Thank you for hosting!

The Beach Club

The property was wonderful!!! Beautiful pool area, short walk to beach, close proximity to the pier with shopping and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning .

Excellent stay

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kitchen stocked really well for cooking. Just bring your own pillows.

Nice beach weekend with friends

Spent the weekend in this condominium with friends from out of state. This was the halfway point to meet and we enjoyed Saint Simons Island and enjoyed the property.

Lovely condo

Lovely condo. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Close to great restaurants. Only concern was they changed the condo key code a little earlier than 10am check out. Thankfully, someone was still in condo to open door.

Beautiful property

The condo was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. The size was great for our family, including two 17 yo girls. The only negative is the balcony space—no privacy and you can hear all of the neighbors conversations. The pool and beach were wonderful—the pool staff we’re continuously cleaning . Perfect location to walk to restaurants.

Great family time

Unit was as represented clean and comfortable. Perhaps my own fault, but we were very surprised/disappointed by the distance and difficulty getting to the beach…ankle deep water between us and beach at LOW tide, obviously much deeper at high tide. Could not make use of beach chairs and umbrella. They just took up space on our already tiny balcony. All in all, however, a fun family get away…enjoyed the history and the wonderful restaurants.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. Our beaches change every season with storms and wind. The tidal pool is definitely a new change! During the summer, the county placed floating bridges over the pool in a few spots. We are hoping the will bring them back soon. And we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again soon!

Fantastic Find on SSI

What a treasure to have found this nicely appointed and well maintained two bedroom unit on St. Simons Island. The Beach Club property has lovely grounds, a large inviting pool with ample lounge chairs, and a beachfront location. Unit 217 is light and airy with subtle nautical touches and a very pleasing decor. The only negative is that while the property is beachfront, the actual water is a pretty far walk from the premises. You can take a beach wagon as the boardwalk is a ramp rather than stairs. We enjoyed umbrella and chair setup from Barry’s Beach Service on-site. If you have young children, bring some plastic plates for them to use.

I came into town early for my daughter’s college golf tournament. I loved the property. I worked a few days, took a day off for me time, and attended her tournament. Everything was perfect. I loved the balcony, the access to the beach, the other residents were so nice and friendly, the sunrise was amazing and the condo was very comfortable.
