We had a great time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. And Lori gave us some great restaurant recommendations!

I would actually give this VRBO stay a 4.5, but that was not available. The walkway from our room had several sections in standing water, and the trail was a bit narrow. The raised wooden walkway did not extend far enough to allow easy access to the beach.

We are so sorry to hear your stay was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, the Shipwatch boardwalk can only extend up to the point where the Dept. of Natural Resources allows. However, there is a new public boardwalk that runs parallel to the walking trail. The new public boardwalk, approved by the DNR, takes you directly out to the beach. This information is included in the guest arrival info. We hope you will come back again to St. Simons sometime when the weather is better. Thank you for your review.

Condo was clean and neat, was a little bit of a walk to the beach and ocean, pool area was clean, and host was responsive to messages.

We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed our weekend! Thank you for providing a welcoming, relaxing space. Our favorite area to relax in the condo was the patio!

Condo was smaller than i thought and needs to be updated. For example, the kitchen appliances are older and the bathrooms need new shower heads, etc.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate guests’ input and take suggestions into consideration. I would like to note that the refrigerator was purchased new in 2025. The range and dishwasher are less than 5 years old. The vent hood over the stove, however, looks a bit outdated. We do want to replace that item soon, but thought more benefit was provided in replacing old beach chairs, purchasing a keurig and refreshing the kitchen inventory. The shower heads have taken a beating in the coastal climate, but they still work great! Thanks again for your review, and we hope you can visit St. Simons Island again.

Saint Simon Island Beach

Well maintained gated facility with ocean views, swimming pool, and beach access. There is ample parking. Our host provided excellent service and communication.

Baseball Tournament

We chose to stay at this location for our son's baseball tournament nearby. The proximity to both the beach, and the "down town" St. Simons area was perfect for the time away from the diamond. We would highly recommend this Property and would look to book again the next time we visit St. Simons!

Had a great time at St Simons Island. The condo was convenient to everything. We visited the lighthouse, Ft Frederica, and the WWII Homefront Museum and of course the beach and pool. The only thing missing in the condo was ice for drinks -- but we bought a bag and all was good. We would stay there again.

We arrived at the property to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo to see how out of the way our host had gone to ensure our special week-end was a happy occasion. The condo couldn't have been any cleaner, it was exactly as described. The beds were comfy and the sheets so soft. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the cool breeze afforded there. The property was aesthetically pleasing and updated. Our host made sure everything was as wonderful as could be. We couldn't ask for better.

Great place

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and just as described. Steps from the pool and beach. Gated condos with plenty of parking. Close to downtown and a short drive to Jekyl Island. Easy access with keypad entry to parking lot, condo and beach. TV is a little tricky with 3 remotes but the owner has detailed instructions for use. The only complaint is the toilets have some kind of water saving devices or something and they get stuck ALOT and run nonstop unless you manually fix them. Other than that the whole experience was one of the best we have had. Beautiful, clean area and one could not ask for a better location to relax and unwind.

The condo was fine. We had issues with the elevator not consistently working. Door Would not open on ground floor and/or other floors. Would appreciate more detailed info from the property owner on tv, ie xfinity guide. Kitchen was well stocked but would prefer coffee maker that uses pods. Pool was great, clean and pool furniture was excellent. Shower to wash off from the beach was not working

First of all, Lori was super nice and helpful throughout the entire booking process and during our stay! The unit is perfectly located on the top floor of the building. There is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the nice, shaded balcony. There's an open, full view of the ocean from the walk way in front of the condo. The inside is laid out nicely. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has ample room and all the kitchen necessities. Just note that the coffee pot uses grounds and not pods. The living room is perfect for watching a movie in between trips to the beach or pool. Lori has everything set up and decorated nicely. This unit is located close to the elevator. The beach access is convenient and easy to walk on. We were a party of five best friends ranging in ages from 73 to 47, and this was a perfect place for us! We highly recommend!
