Wonderful condo!

This was probably our most favorite beach rental. The community is clean and beautiful, the condo has so much room, the view from the balcony is amazing and the beach is right there. We will definitely be back to Watersound and will rent here again.

Beach vacation

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for 2 couples with each having a king suite with a beach view. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Great place

Great property! Long walk to beach because they would not set up umbrellas in front of our condo. Otherwise it would have been a short walk to beach.

We really enjoyed this condo and the location! The condo is very spacious and roomy. It was nice to be so close to Seaside and other beautiful beach towns. We loved the 2 master bedrooms as we were traveling with another family. The check-in process and beach chair access was a little confusing. It would’ve helped if we could’ve had our parking passes mailed to us in advance or a map of where to go for the parking pass and beach chair access. Other than that, it was excellent! The water was incredible, and we loved that the beach was not crowded.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fantastic location on 30A right near The Hub and just 5 min drive to Rosemary. The view from this unit was perfect with the deck looking out on the beach. Main reason we chose Watersound was because of the private beach where you don't have to stress about getting up early to claim your spot. No crowding at all. Place was very spacious and clean! All appliances worked properly and kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils. Would love to stay here again!

Mother’s Day vacation

The property was lovely. The only suggestion is that parking was not optimal. As we were loading our cars a security person came and gave us a warning ticket… we were only in the loading area briefly and while we were upstairs making sure we hadn’t forgotten anything she swooped in. That wasn’t very pleasant. But the condo was splendid

Great views!

The beds were very comfortable but some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. We did not have a designated parking place and had to move our car twice. We picked up a nail in our tire probably from the nearby construction. When we called called a mobile service to com patch the tire he said he had just been to Watersound earlier in the day with the same issue. Getting to the beach required a rather long walk and wading through a small waterway!! Otherwise a very nice place!

The Heat!

Would not recommend it! Old appliances and does not work, dryer does not work, construction working under us the entire time we were there, and mainly it was so hot in the room after calling and letting them know the AC wasn’t working, the person that “came to look at it” said that it was all that it could do, it was just the time of the day that it gets hot but it stayed on 80 degrees the entire time! Miserable! Do not recommend coming with family.

September 2021 Stay

Terrible management from 360 Blue. They failed to inform us before arrival that the roof directly overhead was being replaced during our stay. Hammering begins at 7:30am every day. There are roof tiles and nails littering the walkway which are incredibly dangerous. They refuse to help us move to another location or compensate us for our ruined vacation. In addition all the other complaints from previous guests- mold in the shower, broken blinds and furniture still exist. Rent with another agency!

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Watersound. The condo itself is lovely, and the location cannot be beat. The only complaint we had is that there was some confusion about beach access, parking, and utilizing the beach chair setup. A map showing which boardwalks actually go to the beach and which do not would be very helpful! There was an issue getting out parking pass because 360 Blue had entered the wrong unit number for us into the system so the security guard could not find us in the system, but we were able to get this straightened out fairly quickly. We also knew that our reservation came with complimentary beach chair setup, and if we wanted *additional* chairs we just had to call to arrange that. We did not realize that we had to call to utilize the included chairs also, so that took a while to work out. No big issues at all, just kinks that took some time to figure out but we all agreed that we would definitely stay in this community again!

Absolutely beautiful.

The property was amazing, clean, quiet and everything we expected. The beach access is a little inconvenient but it is nice walk to get the day started. The condo itself was very spacious, clean and classy. The entire family had a great experience.

November 2021 Stay

Had an amazing time. I really want to give a LOT of credit to 360 Blue. they made the whole reservation through check out process very easy. I received 3 calls from them just checking on me to make sure everything was going well with my stay. The place I stayed was great. there were a few things that could have been improved, but not worth listing them here. All-in-all it was a great experience. I would definitely stay at a 360 Blue property again.

October 2021 Stay

As business owner, understand good customer service & quality assurance. Disappointed in this stay compared to April visit on same property with different management. Vacation is to unplug - nearly every day we were in touch with 360. Day 1 - parking unclear Day 2 - blinds (aka view) / TVs Day 3 - black mold master shower (Hmm. Safe Haven Protocols that meet Healthcare Standards?) and fire alarm beeping. 360 let us know that they would notify us if maintenance could not make it that night. We waited until 11 - no show and no notify Day 4 - call back about service for Day 3 and can't find garbage Day 4/5 - request discount, speak to manager Day 6 - request check out info This review was not necessary: 1. Most of this is easy fix with customer handout - parking, etc. 2. If I had been allowed to speak with Manager and w/ empathy, offered a token credit or discount to this stay. Unfortunately, I was offered a 10% off next stay. No thanks - 360 reminds me to turn around and go in different d

Superb view and location but some minor problems

Incredible view, great location, very nice community and the property had some very nice features, appliances, furniture, beds were all great. However, there were a few minor issues that we would not expect in this at this cost. Very cheap, broken patio furniture, make the "million dollar view" more difficult to enjoy, very disappointing. Many of the patio items shown in pictures were not present. Some of the rental equipment from 360 blue was not present upon arrival and didn't arrive until 24 hours later...high chair, wagon. One of the rental chairs was broken and had to be exchanged. The refrigerator smelled strongly of fish upon our arrival and should have been cleaned better. Dinning room chair seats were broken down and not comfortable. Air conditioner would not cool down below 72 degrees, made it a little warm at night . Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to park in the street. Granted many of these things were relatively minor(except patio furniture) overall, outstanding view and great location.

There is no way to describe how wonderful our stay at Watersound Crossings was. This was the perfect place for our needs, with so much space for our 1 1/2 year old grandson to run around. The unit was equipped with most everything we could possibly need, and if we needed something all we had to do was call and it was brought immediately. The view of the ocean from the balcony was our favorite place to hang out. Love the entire place, and we will definitely be booking for Christmas again next year.

We have stayed at WS for several years. Our comparison is based on the previous condos that we have stayed. Which have been same size & location. As we compared this unit to the previous ones it could have been cleaner --the stove & many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as the utensils with food still on them and one of the living room upholstered chairs was stained. The kitchen needs items added that you need to prepare meals.Master bath floor was very dirty. Left over toothpaste spit from prior rental was on sink. When wewalked into the unit the temp was 78. It took 24 hrs for the unit to cool down. I am not sure if this unit sat with no rentals for a week or what but it was had a musk smell. We were called prior to let us know the living ceiling fan didn’t work. As of our last day it was still not fixed. The coffee pot also was on the frits but 360 said they would fix it right away. Unfortunately, all of our previous rentals had amazing beach decor and clean.Not sure what has changed with WS

We had another wonderful trip to Watersound. It is such a fun place to go to the beach and everyone made our stay very easy. We will definitely come back again.

Our family had 2 great weeks at this location. The amenities and service were outstanding. Beautiful Gulf views and the access to The Watersound Beach Club, pools and beach was very convenient. The only inconvenience was the lack of a dolly for taking our belongings to & from the condo which was on the 4th floor~ other than that it was s perfect vacation and we plan to return!

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the beach. The location was perfect - a very short walk on the boardwalk to the beach, as well as the beach club. Gorgeous view of the beach from the unit. Will definitely be returning 😊!!!
