Amazing place

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as expected. Perfect location! Condo was well stocked with all needed items in the kitchen. We will definitely be interested in staying in the same condo next year!

We really enjoyed the whole process with checking in and checking out with Seabreeze vacation! The condo was beautiful and clean! The only issue we had was there wasn't a parking pass left for us, but we did get them delivered a few days later. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone else. We look forward to staying here again!!

PERFECT LOCATION AND AMMENITIES

Unit was positioned perfectly flush with the beach and equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs fishing poles all appliances and utensils. Everything was clean and worked as it should. I have never stayed anywhere so well equipped.

Island living

Anna Maria Island was amazing and the property was perfectly located and had all the amenities needed. Hot tub was 104 which is too hot so one at the complex used it which is ashame and condo unit was very nice but needed a few small things and better cleaning.

We did take your report and inform the property management company for the condo, but we did not received any news that they had addressed this problem. We did not receive any feedback on the cleanliness of the property during your stay, we would of loved to have fixed this! Exceptional experience with Seabreeze

Our experience with Seabreeze vacation rental was exceptional from start to finish. They were very attentive even when we didn't need anything. They checked in via text and kept us up to date prior to checkout. Our unit was perfectly located, the unit was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds and an amazing view. We would love to return and use Seabreeze on our next visit.

Our experience with Seabreeze Vacation was very good. The reservation, check in and check out process worked well. The representatives we spoke with were very helpful. Our issues were with the unit in which we stayed. It was nice. Beautiful views. The master bathroom had been nicely updated, but they did not install any towel bars. Since they only provide one towel per person, it was challenging. Relative to the condo complex, the elevator quit working several times while we were there.

This is our second stay at AMI Club and we enjoyed it!

Another great stay at Unit #22! Second stay at this unit, and we love the location. The SeaBreeze team was helpful with communication the entire week. Maintenance responded quickly to repair a faucet handle, and we were notified the dryer motor was broken. Anytime I washed laundry, I would call SeaBreeze office and they came by to pick up clothes and dry and deliver to us, so kind! Love beachfront location, ease of getting to, room to spread out and unit has everything you need.

PARKING

After talking to there office several times as to the parking of 2 vehicles , when we arrived we only had permit for one . I called and they told us we could only park 1 vehicle and that the second one only during the day, this was Saturday , so they told me they would call the HOA on Monday , and I could park at thier office about 2 miles away, so my car would not be towed away. I am the Primary, but gave my spot to my Cousin which is 88 years old with Dementia , and all he was going to do , is sit on the Balcony and watch us on his Favorite Beach possibly for the last time. On Monday the management called the HOA and they refused to allow us to park the second vehicle . They showed no Compassion under this situation and stated if they broke the rule for one , they would have to do for all.... Even though the parking lot was half empty in both Buildings... I can undrestand this as I live in a Condo with an HOA and similar rules apply... My main concern is why did'nt the Managenent Co. make it clear on the Vacation Rental Agreement , that there would only be daytime parking for a second vehicle on site !!!!!!! There was also Handicap Parking to the left entry and they never bothered to inform us of this after me telling them that we were both HC. Luckily we found a neighbor resort on Tuesday , when my Wife explained they problem , they immediately issued us a parking pass for the duration of our stay until Saturday the 18th.... Thank GOD for GOOD PEOPLE... I have never encountered such a problem which emotionally damaged our stay here. I have been going to ANNA MARIA ISL. since I was a Kid in the 1950's , this was very dissapointing and confusing .. I would ask them to be transparent on the rental aggrement, rather than refer a renter to all the legal mumbo jumbo on the amount of paper work , background checks etc.... Yes all that stands up in Court , but is poor Customer Service as a result of unresasoble rules by an HOA . I would never stay there again.

We hope you had a good stay and apologize for the inconvenience with the parking. As we only manage 2 condos in the complex we don't make the rules we just have to follow them. We tried everything we could to convince the Condo Association to let you park 2 vehicles overnight but they wouldn't allow it. The best we would do was allow you to park at our office about a 4 min drive away. This information is stated in all documents and is listed in the Property Description. Unfortunetly this issue was out of our control.

Had great stay, steps from beach, comfortable accommodations, anything you would need for the beach, one issue with air conditioning that was promptly resolved. Will reserve same unit for next year. Love AMI.

Fabulous condo!

I've stayed at many condos up and down the gulf coast and this is one of the best equipped and comfortable units. Also the Seabreeze Realty company was excellent!

We had a lovely stay and would be an all around 5 star however the ice and water dispenser did not work and the after asking for a late check out which could not be accommodated, the cleaning crew arrived at 8am.

Beautiful location and spacious condo.

Four people were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Wonderful location directly on the beach with magnificent sunsets! The beds were very comfortable and we were very pleased. Check in and check out process should be simplified. Very inconvenient to drive two miles away to check in and out, when the keys could be left in the condo.
