It was a good condo, but with the tile floors and lack of carpets, it can get slippery. Also, furniture is not as comfortable as other condos in the building. But the master bed was decent.

Location amazing! Unit great for value. Would have been helpful to have some instructions on unit, main tv in den had 3 controls, we were never able to use it. Kitchen could definitely use a refresh! Otherwise would rent in building again

Great week on Anna Maria island

Beautiful beach, great location, weather excellent! 4 adults in 2 bedroom 2 bath unit ....we all had a wonderful week! Hopefully we can make it back again next year!

Sunset terrace

Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and I’m still waiting on that phone call.

Great beach condo

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

Fantastic Location and even a better view

Property, location, view, and pool were fantastic. Several maintenance issues in the unit and check in issue have been reported to the property manager to help make the next guest's stay better, We love the property, but this unit needs some routine maintenance and some TLC. Had a great stay. Thank you.

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didn’t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

RVA was a great management company to work with. Location was great. Living room and porch furniture VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Kitchen needs to be updated.

Beautiful view

The view from the condo was beautiful. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable but overall it was very nice place to stay. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are hard. We will stay there again. The view is worth it.

Our favorite beach

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didn’t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.
