NY LISTE - Denne to-værelses lejlighed med to bad ligger i Fort Morgan, Alabama ved The Plantation. NYE GRANITE bordplader installeret i køkken og badeværelser. GENERELT REPARATION.
Det store soveværelse har en queensize-seng, privat balkonadgang og et stort badeværelse. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og sit eget fulde bad. Hvis du har plads til mere end fire gæster, er sengetøj til rådighed til sovesofaen i stuen.
Du kan også nyde et komplet køkken med alle de bekvemmeligheder, du har brug for til at lave mad til en mængde. I opholdsrummet finder du en anden udgang til balkonen med udsigt over bugten og er det perfekte sted at se en kystnedgang.
På ejendommen er der otte puljer (inklusive en indendørs og en kiddie-pool), flere udendørs og indendørs boblebad, et damprum, saunaer, et motionsrum, en putgrønt og tennisbaner. Der er grill på hele ejendommen. Adgang til stranden ligger kun få skridt fra condo-elevatoren.
Sassy Bass, en restaurant med fuld service, åbnede for nylig i lobbyen ved stranden i vores bygning.

Vaskere og tørretumblere fås i stueetagen. De er møntstyret eller kreditkort.

Kiva Dunes golfbane ligger ved siden af. De har også en restaurant på stedet, der ligger i gåafstand fra lejligheden.

Delightful place by the ocean. Extras with the indoor pool and drying rack, which impressed us. Beautiful kitchen full of kitchen supplies. Easy to travel to since it is close to the Ferry ride, an adventure in itself. We plan to stay again there soon.

Very nice place to stay

Loved everything about it excepts had to buy own trash bags paper towels and toliet paper that we did not know we had to and had to wash the towels every day but other then that very nice place

I always send an email to guests prior to arrival stating that the cleaning staff provided a setup of paper products, soap, & trash bags and tell them they will need to provide additional products depending on the length of stay & number in their party. The same with towels. There are 4 provided for each bathroom & then there are washers & dryers on the ground flood if needed.

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at this property many times in the past, but this was our first stay at this specific condo. Having access to the umbrellas/chairs set up already was great and we loved the condo itself too. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Loved the property with many great amenities to keep the family busy for the week. Condo was perfect for our family and just as described. Having the beach chairs available to use was a huge plus. Great communication with the owner. Would most definitely rent this unit in the future. This was our first time in Alabama and hope to be back again.

Great Get Ready for Back to School Trip

We’ve stayed at units in several of the buildings at Gulf Shores Plantation before. I was always reluctant to go with a unit in one of the resort high-rise buildings, but this one was fantastic. The view of the beach was stunning and the condo clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it.

Clean and cozy condo

The condo is very clean and cozy. The kitchen is stocked with many pots, pans, bowls, and utensils. This was a wonderful getaway for my family. The outdoor pools where well maintained and clean. I felt very safe staying here and can’t wait to return.

So happy that you enjoyed your week at our condo. Hope you will return next summer and enjoy the updates that we will be making this fall. We are painting the entire condo and installing new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Also purchased a new recliner for living room.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at the property. The beach was amazing and it was so convenient that chairs and an umbrella were provided. There were also a lot of beach toys at the room that the kids could use to play in the sand. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was clean. I was a little disappointed in the state of the hot tub and the pools, but that's out of the owner's control. Overall we had a great time. The property was really laid back and gave you a break from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores.

Very pleasant

Everything was as described - had plenty of towels / dishes etc . Property Was clean , everything worked … really appreciated the provided chair / umbrella rental .. we would definitely stay again ! And I recommend it . The only down side and this would probably apply anywhere

Beautiful Relaxing weekend

We stayed in Ft Morgan for a quick weekend at the beach. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The food at Sassy Bass is delicious. The pools were great to relax in during the hot days. Our teens enjoyed the tennis courts (bring your own racquets if you can). The beach chairs were a wonderful treat and the guys working down there are friendly and knowledgeable. The beach is ❤️ beautiful here but unfortunately we went during a jellyfish outbreak and did not swim. There is a beach store by Rouses up the road where we snagged some good beach towels. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Beds were comfortable but we didn't spend much time inside the unit.

Family beach trip

This property was perfect for us. Two adults and 3 little girls. We had a great time. The condo was clean and exactly as described. I was worried staying in this big of complex things would be crowded but that was not the case even though we were there over the 4th of July. We were always able to find a spot at the pool no matter what time we went out. We also loved the fact that the beach chairs and umbrella came with the stay. That made it much easier going to the beach with the little ones when I didn’t have to worry about carrying chairs and a tent or umbrella. Also was great that sand toys were provided which saves us space in the vehicle when driving down. We will definitely be booking again.

First time staying in Fort Morgan and we loved it! It’s peaceful and away from the busy Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. The beach wasn’t crowded at all—you’re not on top of other people. Condo location was perfect and secluded, but close to everything. Jessie’s on the Bay and Sassy Bass are right there. Dollar General is just down the road, and Walmart delivers to the resort!We had breakfast daily at Kiva Resort next door and took Ubers when we wanted to head into town. Loved our early morning beach walks—we saw stingrays and crabs! The area was quiet, family-friendly, and clean. No loud music or nonsense. The resort has tons of pools, tennis courts, grills, and 24/7 gated security, which we really appreciated.The condo itself was great for our family of 3. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in shower, two balconies (one off the master), cold A/C, fresh linens, basic kitchen supplies, and even beach chairs and umbrellas included. Super easy to access with a code—no keys—and plenty of luggage carts made move-in simple. Never had to wait on an elevator!Only downsides mattress in the master needs replacing (my husband fell off when the edge collapsed), and parking is 35 per vehicle with a 2-car max—this should be listed more clearly. My family that lives here couldn’t visit. Also, for the cleaning fee, some areas (like baseboards/shower track) could have been cleaner (little clean freak over here). We’d definitely return!

Great condo right on the beach with ocean views

My family and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious. The WIFI was fast with no issues streaming. The location was great close to elevator and high enough to have beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The pool and beach just steps away from the building and ample parking.

This is our 10th year staying at these condos, this is by far one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. Very clean, decor was great, beds were comfy, and owner was great as well!
